This studies were conducted to investigate the effects of rain shelter and netting on the tree growth, fruit set fruit quality of kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa). In rain shelter and net house, shoot falling wasn't occurred by strong wind, and fruit set, fruit weight and also fruit malformation, side flowering increased at the same time. In rain shelter house the increment temperature forced blooming date and increased shoot length, leaf number and diameter but in net house these tendencies were not observed. Relative light intensity of rain shelter house was higher than that of net house with standard of field culture (relative light intensity: 100%). Soluble solid content was higher in rain shelter house, and acid content was higher in net house. With the effect of rain sheltering the occurrence of bacterial bloom rot and canker significantly decreased in both rain shelter and net house but insect injury increased. These data showed that rain shelter house is more suitable for kiwi fruit culture.
칼슘제 수관살포가 참다래의 과실 품질과 저장에 미치는 영향

This study were carried out to improve Kiwifruit quality and storage life. Three kinds of calcium compound were sprayed and calcium content of fruits, weight loss during fruit storage and fruit quality were investigated. Calcium contents within leaves and fruit were lower in Clef-non treatment than that of control. The calcium content in fruit pericarp of Kalk-H and CaCl2 was 0.04 to 0.05% higher than that of control. Fruit weight and soluble solids content at harvest was a little higher but acidity and fruit hardness was lowered. Fruit weight loss of Kalk-H and CaCl2 treatment was 1.39 to 1.53% lower than that of control during storage. The soluble solids of ripen fruit was 1.0 to 1.3% higher in all treatment and 0.8% higher in Kalk-H treatment in 120 of after storage. Fruit hardness of control fruit was higher at harvest but that of CaCl2 treatmented fruit was 0.39㎏/φ 5㎜ higher in 120 days of storage.
전자우편을 이용한 악성코드 유포방법 분석 및 탐지에 관한 연구

본 논문은 해커가 정보절취 등을 목적으로 전자우편에 악성코드를 삽입?유포하는 공격 대응방안에 관한 연구로, 악성코드가 삽입된 전자우편은 정보유출 時 트래픽을 암호화(Encoding)하는데 이를 복호화(Decoding) 하는 ‘분석모델’을 구현 및 제안한다. 또한 보안관제측면(네트워크)에서 해킹메일 감염時 감염PC를 신속하게 탐지할 수 있는 ‘탐지기술 제작 방법론’을 연구하여 탐지규칙을 제작, 시뮬레이션 한 결과 효율적인 탐지성과를 보였다. 악성코드 첨부형 전자우편에 대한 대응책으로 공공기관이나 기업의 정보보안 담당자?PC사용자가 각자의 전산망 환경에 맞게 적용 가능한 보안정책을 제안함으로써 해킹메일 피해를 최소화하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. This paper proposes the detection method of spreading mails which hacker injects malicious codes to steal the information. And I developed the ‘Analysis model' which is decoding traffics when hacker’s encoding them to steal the information. I researched ‘Methodology of intrusion detection techniques’ in the computer network monitoring. As a result of this simulation, I developed more efficient rules to detect the PCs which are infected malicious codes in the hacking mail. By proposing this security policy which can be applicable in the computer network environment including every government or company, I want to be helpful to minimize the damage by hacking mail with malicious codes.

전남도내에서 자생하고 있는 무안의 백련과 나주의 홍련을 대상으로 부위별 이화학적 성분을 분석한 결과 품종별로 큰 차이는 발견할 수 없었으며 두 품종 모두 무기영양성분 중 세포 내액의 산ㆍ알칼리평형에 가장 중요한 mineral인 potassium이 월등히 높은 함량을 보였고 다음으로 sodium, calcium, magnesium이 주요 무기영양성분으로 나타났다. 특이한 것은 뿌리에서의 철분 함유량이 무안의 백련에서 14.70㎎%, 나주 홍련에서 9.26㎎%로 다른 농산물에 비해 높게 나타나 철 결핍성 빈혈환자나 임신, 출산 등으로 철분의 균형을 잃게 될 수 있는 여성에게 연근이 좋은 영양식이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 유리당 함유량은 부위 별로 큰 차이를 보여 뿌리의 경우 sucrose가 월등히 많은 반면 잎의 경우는 glucose와 fructose가 대부분을 차지하였고 종자의 경우 sucrose raffinose 및 stachyose가 대부분을 차지하는 것으로 나타났는데 종자의 경우 oligosaccharide를 이용한 기능성 식품으로의 개발 가능성도 있다고 판단된다. 구성아미노산 함유량 또한 부위별로 큰 차이를 보여 종자와 잎에서는 glutamic acid가 가장 많이 함유되어 있는 반면 연근의 경우 간 기능 회복과 숙취제거에 효과가 있는 aspartic acid가 월등히 높은 함유량을 보여 각각 이를 이용한 기능성 식품으로의 이용 가능성도 있을 것으로 사료된다. The nutritional compositions of different parts (roots, leaves, and seeds) of two lotus species (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner), Muan’s white-flowered and Naju’s pink-flowered, are as follows; crude protein content in the seed was four times higher and the carbohydrate content was three times higher than those in the root and leaf. Comparing between the species, the crude protein content of the white lotus was the higher than that of the pink lotus, but the carbohydrate content was comparatively lower. The potassium content of the minerals in all samples was much higher than those in others. Additionally, the iron content of the root was much higher than those in the leaf and seed. In both species, the major tree sugar in the root was sucrose; the main sugars in the leaf were fructose and glucose, and those in the seed were stachyose, raffinose, and sucrose. Among amino acids, glutamic acid showed the highest level in the leaf and seed, while aspartic acid was the highest in the root.

The surfaces of different-sized endosperm, bran, and husk rice powders were modified using carboxymethylation. Carboxymethylation was carried out using aqueous alkalization and neutralization. After the carboxymethylation process, the centrifuged products were milled and classified by size: particles passed through sieves of 45, 106, and 300-㎛ width. The effect of carboxymethylation on physical properties such as solubility and dispersibility of endosperm, bran, and husk particles were studied. Overall, carboxymethylation increased solubility of the particles, while size reduction increased dispersibility. In particular, carboxymethylation created good aqueous suspensions by minimizing interparticle agglomeration. Our results show that the combination of size reduction and carboxymethylation improves solubility and dispersibility, resulting in better stability of the suspension. This study may be helpful for expanding the use of rice and its byproducts as ingredients in a variety of food and beverage applications.
Ginsenoside Rb2 suppresses cellular senescence of human dermal fibroblasts by inducing autophagy

Background: Ginsenoside Rb2, a major active component of Panax ginseng, has various physiological activities, including anticancer and anti-inflammatory effects. However, the mechanisms underlying the rejuvenation effect of Rb2 in human skin cells have not been elucidated. Methods: We performed a senescence-associated β-galactosidase staining assay to confirm cellular senescence in human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). The regulatory effects of Rb2 on autophagy were evaluated by analyzing the expression of autophagy marker proteins, such as microtubule-associated protein 1A/1B-light chain (LC) 3 and p62, using immunoblotting. Autophagosome and autolysosome formation was monitored using transmission electron microscopy. Autophagic flux was analyzed using tandem-labeled GFP-RFP-LC3, and lysosomal function was assessed with Lysotracker. We performed RNA sequencing to identify potential target genes related to HDF rejuvenation mediated by Rb2. To verify the functions of the target genes, we silenced them using shRNAs. Results: Rb2 decreased β-galactosidase activity and altered the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins in senescent HDFs. Rb2 markedly induced the conversion of LC3-I to LC3-II and LC3 puncta. Moreover, Rb2 increased lysosomal function and red puncta in tandem-labeled GFP-RFP-LC3, which indicate that Rb2 promoted autophagic flux. RNA sequencing data showed that the expression of DNA damage-regulated autophagy modulator 2 (DRAM2) was induced by Rb2. In autophagy signaling, Rb2 activated the AMPK-ULK1 pathway and inactivated mTOR. DRAM2 knockdown inhibited autophagy and Rb2-restored cellular senescence. Conclusion: Rb2 reverses cellular senescence by activating autophagy via the AMPK-mTOR pathway and induction of DRAM2, suggesting that Rb2 might have potential value as an antiaging agent.

<P>Compelling evidence from preclinical and clinical studies has shown that mild hypothermia is neuroprotective against ischemic stroke. We investigated the neuroprotective effect of post-risperidone (RIS) treatment against transient ischemic injury and its mechanisms in the gerbil brain. Transient ischemia (TI) was induced in the telencephalon by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion (BCCAO) for 5 min under normothermic condition (37 ± 0.2 °C). Treatment of RIS induced hypothermia until 12 h after TI in the TI-induced animals under uncontrolled body temperature (UBT) compared to that under controlled body temperature (CBT) (about 37 °C). Neuroprotective effect was statistically significant when we used 5 and 10 mg/kg doses (p < 0.05, respectively). In the RIS-treated TI group, many CA1 pyramidal neurons of the hippocampus survived under UBT compared to those under CBT. In this group under UBT, post-treatment with RIS to TI-induced animals markedly attenuated the activation of glial cells, an increase of oxidative stress markers [dihydroethidium, 8-hydroxy-2′ -deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), and 4-Hydroxynonenal (4-HNE)], and a decrease of superoxide dismutase 2 (SOD2) in their CA1 pyramidal neurons. Furthermore, RIS-induced hypothermia was significantly interrupted by NBOH-2C-CN hydrochloride (a selective 5-HT2A receptor agonist), but not bromocriptine mesylate (a D2 receptor agonist). Our findings indicate that RIS-induced hypothermia can effectively protect neuronal cell death from TI injury through attenuation of glial activation and maintenance of antioxidants, showing that 5-HT2A receptor is involved in RIS-induced hypothermia. Therefore, RIS could be introduced to reduce body temperature rapidly and might be applied to patients for hypothermic therapy following ischemic stroke.</P>
