본 연구는 이차적 이득을 얻기 위해 우울증을 가장하는 사병환자를 탐지하기 위한 목적으로 벤더게슈탈트검사의 효용성을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 정상 집단 33명, 우울 집단 37명, 우울 가장 집단 34명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 측정은 BGT의 모사단계를 이용하였으며, 사용된 채점체계는 Hutt의 정신병리 척도를 이용하였다. 집단별 정신병리 척도의 항목별 평균과 표준편차를 구하여 집단 간 차이를 검증하였고, 다중비교법을 실시하였다. 그 결과, HABGT 정신병리 척도의 총점과 하위항목 중 용지회전, 곡선곤란, 지각회전, 단순화, 정교화 항목에서 우울 가장 집단이 정상 집단과 우울 집단 보다 정신병리 척도 점수가 유의하게 높았다. 상기 다섯 개 항목은 우울증을 가장하는 사병환자들을 선별하는데 중요한 항목이었다. 이러한 결과는 BGT가 사병 탐지를 할 때 질문지형 자기보고식 검사의 한계를 극복하여, 짧은 시간 내에 실시가 가능하다. 아울러 임상 장면 이외에도 모병업무를 담당하는 병무청이나 상해 평가를 위한 사병 평가에 유용하게 활용 될 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the utility of the Bender Gestalt Test to Detect malingered depression. For this purpose, the study was conducted in 33 normal, 37 depressed, and 34 depressed malingerde. The measurement was performed using the copy stage of BGT, and the scoring system used was Hutt psychopathology scale. The measurement was performed using the simulation stage of BGT, and the scoring system used was Hutt psychopathic scale. The differences between groups were verified by calculating the mean and standard deviation of each group of psychopathology scale, and multiple comparison method was performed. As a result, the scores of malingered depressive group showed significantly higher scores than those of normal group and depressed group in paper rotation, curvature, perception rotation, simplification and refinement among HABGT psychopathology scale. The above five items were important for screening privately ill patients pretending to be depressed. These results can be implemented in a short time, overcoming the limitations of the questionnaire self-reported test when the BGT detects a malingering. And in addition to the clinical scene, it may be useful for evaluating the military service in charge of recruitment or for evaluating injury.

본 연구는 상담자가 수퍼비전에서 경험하는 자기성찰 경험과 그 경험의 본질을 이해하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 상담자 발달단계에서 중급 이상의 상담자 4명을 대상으로 반구조화된 인터뷰를 실시하고 Giorgi 현상학적 연구방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 수퍼비전에서의 성찰경험에 관해 의미단위 38개, 하위구성요소 12개, 상위구성요소 6개가 도출되었다. 상담자들은 수퍼비전에서 성찰과 관련되어 ‘수퍼비전 성찰의 촉진과 방해요인’, ‘수퍼비전에서의 정서경험’, ‘나를 돌아보는 과정’, ‘관계에 대한 깊은 이해’, ‘변화와 실천’, ‘전문가로서 성장함’을 경험하였다. 연구 참여자들이 상담자로서 성장하는데 성찰경험이 중요한 요인으로 작용하였고, 성찰은 인식과 실천이 동반되고 그 것이 순환과정을 거친다는 것을 알게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 상담자의 성장 요인인 자기성찰 과정을 상담자들이 어떻게 경험하는지와 그 경험의 본질을 이해하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다. This study was conducted to understand the introspection experience experienced by counselors in supervision and the essence of that experience. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 4 counselors at the intermediate level or higher in the counselor s development stage, and the data were analyzed using the Giorgi phenomenological research method. As a result of the analysis, 38 semantic units, 12 sub-components, and 6 components were derived for the reflective experience in supervision. Counselors related to reflection in supervision, facilitating and hindering supervision reflection , emotional experience in supervision , reviewing myself , deep understanding of relationships , change and practice , as an expert growth was experienced. It was found that the experience of reflection acted as an important factor in the study participants growth as counselors, and that reflection is accompanied by awareness and practice, and that it goes through a cycle. This study is meaningful in understanding how counselors experience the self-reflection process, which is a growth factor for counselors, and the essence of that experience. Based on this, limitations of the study and follow-up studies were suggested.
XVIII. 찰옥수수연구 - 시설하우스에서 2기작 찰옥수수 교잡종의 주요 생육특성 비교

The major characteristics of the developed corn hybrids were compared at each different planting time; 1st time(April 28) and 2nd time(August 20), respectively. Among traits surveyed, stem height showed highly at 1st time than 2nd, while ear height, stem diameter and ear length were similar at two times. Sugar content of the used hybrids showed highly at 2nd planting time than 1st. Pericarp thickness was also high at 2nd planting time. Especially, among hybrids CNU99 was the highest in stem height and ear length, CNU11 and CNU56 were high in sugar content, and CNU51 and CNU124 were thiner than other hybrids in pericarp thickness. Accordingly, these hybrids will be planted and recognized in 2nd yield trial for superior corn hybrid selection.
찰옥수수 연구 - XV. 국내 유전자원을 이용한 찰옥수수 교잡종의 주요 작물학적 특성

This study was carried out to identify the characteristics of 37 corn hybrids, which composed with 18 yellow colored kernel, 9 purple colored kernel, 8 white colored kernel. Days to silking of three colored waxy corn hybrids ranged from 61 to 73 days after sowing as midium-late ecotype. Ear length of hybrids ranged from 10.3 to 22.7 cm, and among them a total 22 waxy corn hybrids including CNU038 showed over 20 cm in ear length. The fresh weight per ear ranged from 58 to 289 g as the 32.9% of large coefficient of variance. In there results, we found yellow colored waxy corn hybrids showed relatively longer in ear length and heavier in fresh weight per ear compare to other colored waxy corn hybrids. In correlation relationships, plant height, ear height, stem diameter, ear length and ear weight showed positive correlation between themselves, while tip filling ratio did negative correlation with silking stage, plant height, ear length, ear weight and kernel thickness. Also, 100 kernel weight did positive correlation between traits related to ear and kernel.

Protein content of waxy corn hybrids ranged from 9.3 to 17.1%, and amylopectin content ranged from 83.9 to 94.5%. Three waxy corn hybrids including CNU043 showed less than 10 percent in protein content, and seven waxy corn hybrids including CNU052 were higher than 94% at the amylopectin content. At the amylogram test the ranges of the pasting temperature, peak viscosity, hot viscosity, cool viscosity, breakdown, setback, and consistency were 71.6~77.5℃, 58~210 RVU, 36.1~114.2 RVU, 47~145 RVU, 21.4~97.8 RVU, -66.4~-9.6 RVU, and 11.1~36.3 RVU, respectively.

In order to investigate the change of physicochemical properties of ginseng root starch during storage and heat treatment. the roots were stored for 15 days at 5℃, 15℃, 30℃ and 45℃, and heated for 15 hours at 60℃, 70℃, 80℃, 90℃, respectively. The starch content was decreased from about 40% to 23-26% and sucrose content was increased from 4% to 12-16% during storage for 15 days at 5-45℃. Maltose, which was not detected in fresh samples, was increased upto 8.5% during storage or heat treatment. Granular size of the starch was decreased and some of the granules were broken during storage. Amylose content in the starch was decreased from 33% to 20%, and blue value and alkali number of the starch were increased slightly, and solubility and swelling power of the starch were decreased during storage. The higher storage temperature and the longer storage time, the starch was more susceptible to gelatinize, and the viscosity of the starch was lowered with the susceptibility of gelatinization. The susceptibility of degradation of the starch by the amylase was increased and amylolytic activities in ginseng root were, also, increased during storage.
