      • Sentiment polarity Analysis on Microblogging Hot Topic

XU Yabin,ZHANG Guanglei 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.7

Sentiment polarity analysis on the microblogging hot topic can better understand the Internet user's attitude and tendency toward a specific event, so that government can effectively guide the public opinion. Different from other methods, the sentiment polarity analysis method put forward in this paper gives full consideration to the expression characteristics of microblogging, a particular network media. It particularly considered the network languages and emoticons when calculated the value of sentiment polarity. In this method, we calculate the value of sentiment polarity of each word firstly by combining Pointwise Mutual Information (PMI) and HowNet. Secondly, modify the sentiment polarity value of a word through syntactic dependencies. Finally, accumulate the sentiment polarity value of each word, so the sentiment polarity value of a microblogging can be obtained. The sentiment polarity value of a hot topic can be obtained in the end, through accumulating the sentiment polarity value for all microblogging in a hot topic. Contrast experiment results show that, the method can obtain the sentiment polarity value of a hot topic more accurately and effectively.

Helicobacter pylori Proteins Response to Nitric Oxide Stress

        Wei Qu,Yabin Zhou,Chunhong Shao,Yundong Sun,Qunye Zhang,Chunyan Chen,Jihui Jia 한국미생물학회 2009 The journal of microbiology Vol.47 No.4

Helicobacter pylori is a highly pathogenic microorganism with various strategies to evade human immune responses. Nitric oxide (NO) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) generated via nitric oxide synthase pathway are important effectors during the innate immune response. However, the mechanisms of H. pylori to survive the nitrosative stress are not clear. Here the proteomic approach has been used to define the adaptive response of H. pylori to nitrosative stress. Proteomic analysis showed that 38 protein spots were regulated by NO donor, sodium nitroprusside (SNP). These proteins were involved in protein processing, antioxidation, general stress response, and virulence, as well as some unknown functions. Particularly, some of them were participated in iron metabolism, potentially under the control of ferric uptake regulator (Fur). Real time PCR revealed that fur was induced under nitrosative stress, consistent with our deduction. One stress-related protein up-regulated under nitrosative conditions was thioredoxin reductase (TrxR). Inactivation of fur or trxR can lead to increased susceptivity to nitrosative stress respectively. These studies described the adaptive response of H. pylori to nitric oxide stress, and analyzed the relevant role of Fur regulon and TrxR in nitrosative stress management.

      • A Dynamic Semi Parametric Panel Spatial Lag Model for Brain Drain and Economic Stability Based on the Security Perspective

Shengming Chen,Yabin Zhang,Azhong Ye 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.10

In this article, the authors research on the effect of international mobility of talent impact on Chinese economic development based on nonlinear relationship. From the perspective of the heterogeneity of human capital, this article introduces brain drain into a production function and analyzes the relationship between brain drain and economic development of the home country, and this paper draws an conclusion that moderate brain drain enhance the economic development of home country, but the unlimited brain drain will weaken the home country’s production capacity. On the contrary, it will cause the loss of economic of the home country. On the other hand, this article use Chinese Provincial Panel Data during 1997-2014 to construct the indicators of brain drain, and then use dynamic semi-parametric spatial lag model to empirical test the above inference. And find that there is indeed optimal level of brain drain in our country, but the level of the eastern coastal provinces is too high which inhibit the economic development of this region. Therefore, develop differentiated brain drain policies for coastal and inland, be a reasonable guide to the transnational flow of talent is important to increase China's economic.

The Changes of Proteomes Components of Helicobacter pylori in Response to Acid Stress without Urea

        Chunhong Shao,Qunye Zhang,Wei Tang,Wei Qu,Yabin Zhou,Yundong Sun,Han Yu,Jihui Jia 한국미생물학회 2008 The journal of microbiology Vol.46 No.3

Acid stress is the most obvious challenge Helicobacter pylori encounters in human stomach. The urease system is the basic process used to maintain periplasmic and cytoplasmic pH near neutrality when H. pylori is exposed to acidic condition. However, since the urea concentration in gastric juice is approximately 1 mM, considered possibly insufficient to ensure the survival of H. pylori, it is postulated that additional mechanisms of pH homeostasis may contribute to the acid adaptation in H. pylori. In order to identify the acid-related proteins other than the urease system we have compared the proteome profiles of H. pylori strain 26695 exposed to different levels of external pH (7.4, 6.0, 5.0, 4.0, 3.0, and 2.0) for 30 min in the absence of urea using 2-DE. Differentially expressed proteins were identified by MALDI-TOF-TOF-MS analysis, which turned out to be 36 different proteins. The functions of these proteins included ammonia production, molecular chaperones, energy metabolism, cell envelope, response regulator and some proteins with unknown function. SOM analysis indicated that H. pylori responds to acid stress through multi-mechanisms involving many proteins, which depend on the levels of acidity the cells encounter.

Reinforcement Learning-Based Intelligent Decision-Making for Communication Parameters

Xia. Xie,Zheng Dou,Yabin Zhang 한국인터넷정보학회 2022 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.16 No.9

The core of cognitive radio is the problem concerning intelligent decision-making for communication parameters, the objective of which is to find the most appropriate parameter configuration to optimize transmission performance. The current algorithms have the disadvantages of high dependence on prior knowledge, large amount of calculation, and high complexity. We propose a new decision-making model by making full use of the interactivity of reinforcement learning (RL) and applying the Q-learning algorithm. By simplifying the decision-making process, we avoid large-scale RL, reduce complexity and improve timeliness. The proposed model is able to find the optimal waveform parameter configuration for the communication system in complex channels without prior knowledge. Moreover, this model is more flexible than previous decision-making models. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our model. The model not only exhibits better decision-making performance in the AWGN channels than the traditional method, but also make reasonable decisions in the fading channels.

      • Applications of Appropriate Renewable Energy Technologies in Chinese Rural Houses Located in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

Yan, Wang,Peng, Zhang,Xiaolei, Ju,Yabin, Zhang Sustainable Building Research Center 2011 International journal of sustainable building tech Vol.2 No.2

This paper presents a demonstration project concerning the rebuilding design idea for a rural dwelling located in Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), Qinghai-Tibetan plateau. It develops0-impact approaches to improve the energy diversity, efficiency and to reduce the $CO_2$ emission for rural dwellings. Renewable energy technologies are integrated and applied including solar chamber, solar kang (bed) with cobblestones as heat storage, heat storage by phase change material (PCM) and solar air heater. All the approaches and technologies adapt well to the local climate while following the principles for developing in this region and integrating with local traditional architectural style. Via the application of these technologies, the level of renewable energy utilization is largely improved and the local people's dream of having a safer, warmer and larger house comes true.
