Mathematical Modeling and Control for A Single Winding Bearingless Flywheel Motor in Electric/Suspension Mode

        Yuan Ye,Huang Yonghong,Xiang Qianwen,Sun Yukun 대한전기학회 2018 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.13 No.5

With the increase of the production of energy from renewable, it becomes important to look at techniques to store this energy. Therefore, a single winding bearingless flywheel motor (SWBFM) specially for flywheel energy storage system is introduced. For the control system of SWBFM, coupling between the torque and the suspension subsystems exists inevitably. It is necessary to build a reasonable radial force mathematical model to precisely control SWBFM. However, SWBFM has twelve independently controlled windings which leads to high-order matrix transformation and complex differential calculation in the process of mathematical modeling based on virtual displacement method. In this frame, a Maxwell tensor modeling method which is no need the detailed derivation and complex theoretical computation is present. Moreover, it possesses advantages of universality, accuracy, and directness. The fringing magnetic path is improved from straight and circular lines to elliptical line and the rationality of elliptical line is verified by virtual displacement theory according to electromagnetic torque characteristics. A correction function is taken to increase the model accuracy based on finite element analysis. Simulation and experimental results show that the control system of SWBFM with radial force mathematical model based on Maxwell tensor method is feasible and has high precision.

Ordered Electricity Consumption Optimization Strategy Considering Real-time Electricity Price

        Xiong Yongkang,Ye Zongyang,Chen Ying,Xia Yonghong,Wang Qikai,Yu Lisu 대한전기학회 2023 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.18 No.2

Aiming at the lack of consideration of real-time electricity price in the orderly electricity consumption strategy, this paper proposes an optimized model of orderly electricity consumption considering real-time electricity price, with full consideration of the impact of real-time electricity price on the orderly electricity consumption strategy. Setting the comprehensive optimization of economic cost and user satisfaction as the goal, the model takes the real-time price of each period and the orderly power consumption measures of each user as the decision variables. Under the premise of ensuring the reliability of power supply and other constraints, the decision variable results under the optimal objective function are obtained. The model's orderly power consumption measures change with the electricity price change. The analysis results of the example show that the application of the decision model can lower the maximum daily load than the maximum supply power. In addition, compared with the orderly power consumption model without considering the real-time price, the power company's economic benefit under the strategy proposed in this paper has increased by 5%, and user satisfaction has increased by 7%.

High yields and soluble expression of superoxide dismutases in Escherichia coli due to the HIV-1 Tat peptide via increases in mRNA transcription

        Yangdong Sun,Qiao Ye,Min Wu,Yonghong Wu,Chenggang Zhang,Weiqun Yan 생화학분자생물학회 2016 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.48 No.-

This study aimed to validate the high yield and soluble expression of proteins carrying the transactivator of transcription (Tat) peptide tag, and further explored the potential mechanism by which the Tat tag increases expression. Escherichia coli superoxide dismutase (SOD) proteins, including SodA, SodB and SodC, were selected for analysis. As expected, the yields and the solubility of Tat-tagged proteins were higher than those of Tat-free proteins, and similar results were observed for the total SOD enzyme activity. Bacterial cells that overexpressed Tat-tagged proteins exhibited increased anti-paraquat activity compared with those expressing Tat-free proteins that manifested as SodA4SodC4SodB. When compared with an MG1655 wild-type strain, the growth of a ΔSodA mutant strain was found to be inhibited after paraquat treatment; the growth of ΔSodB and ΔSodC mutant strains was also slightly inhibited. The mRNA transcript level of genes encoding Tat-tagged proteins was higher than that of genes encoding Tat-free proteins. Furthermore, the α-helix and turn of Tat-tagged proteins were higher than those of Tat-free proteins, but the β-sheet and random coil content was lower. These results indicated that the incorporation of the Tat core peptide as a significant basic membrane transduction peptide in fusion proteins could increase mRNA transcripts and promote the high yield and soluble expression of heterologous proteins in E. coli.

Raman Scattering Study of Relaxor Ferroelectric Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 Crystals

Kohei Suzuki,SeijiKojima,Muhtar Ahart,Yonghong Bing,Zuo-Guang Ye 한국물리학회 2013 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.62 No.8

The effects of B-site ordering and vacancies were studied in the relaxor ferroelectric Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PSN) family by using Raman scattering spectroscopy. Differences with Raman spectra and the depolarization ratios were clearly observed among B-site disordered PSN (PSN-D),B-site ordered with lead/oxygen vacancies PSN (PSN-OV ), and 0.7Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-0.3PbTiO3(PSN-30PT) single crystals. The temperature dependence of the depolarization ratio of PSN-30PT was also studied to clarify the ferroelectric phase transitions and the polarization fluctuations in the polar nanoregions.

A SERIES OF MONODISPERSE SILVER NANOPARTICLES BY A ONE-POT SYNTHESIS

        LUPING TANG,Huichao Zhang,Yiping Cui,Jiayu Zhang,YONGHONG YE,SHENFEI ZONG 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2014 NANO Vol.9 No.1

A series of monodisperse Ag nanoparticles (Ag NPs), whose size can be tuned between 2 nm and34 nm, have been successfully synthesized in one pot by controlling the growth time. The stan-dard deviation of the small-size Ag NPs is 12% while that of the large-size ones is 15%. During thesynthesis process, sodium borohydride and sodium dodecyl sulfate were used as reducing agentand surfactant, respectively, and the e®ect of the synthesis parameters on the size-tuning rangeand the size distribution of Ag NPs was studied to get the optimum growth condition. Moreover, surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra were analyzed to explore the synthesismechanism of Ag NPs
