Stress distribution analysis was implemented by using finite element method for the lower arm connecting Independant front suspension. Results were obtained for the 8 load conditions and for the 3 types of section (I, Hand H + 1). On the basis of it, the shape and dimensions of lower arm were optimized. Finally it was pointed out that the H type has an most satisfied strength, among 3 section types and highest safety factor and yield strength in each case of load condition.
In this study, a procedure is presented for the dynamic analysis of a multibody tracked vehicle system. The plannar tracked vehicle model used in this investigation is assumed to consist of two kinematically decoupled subsystems, i.e., the chassis subsystem and track sub -system. The chassis subsystem includes the chassis frame, sprocket, idler and rollers, while the track subsystem is represented as a closed kinematic chain consisting of rigid links interconnected by revolute joints. The recursive kinematic and dynamic formulation module of the vehicle will be developed.
In this study. It is introduced that TiNi/Al shape memory composite as one of new material that used shape memory alloy(SMA). It is a method to produce a better strength of composite by occurring compressive residual stress in matrix. Using shape memory effect of TiNi fiber. The shape memory composites are made by powder metallurgy. Moreover. TiNiCo/Al composite is made by using TiNiCo alloy as fiber. And it is discussed the properties of fatigue crack propagation in the shape memory composite.
The results of fatigue test of a shape memory composite. The fatigue strength of a shape memory composite increase in proportion to adding of wolume fraction of TiNi(Co) fiber at 363K. This fiber reinforced effect is related to the increase of volume fraction and pre-strain.
LOWER ARM which jointed Independant Front Suspension is resulted in stress distribution analysis by using Finite Element Method. These datas represented in the condition of 8 loads and 3- type- section (I, H and H+I) type. On the basis of it, It is optimized shape and dimension of LOWER ARM. The optimized performance shows that the H type of 3 types has an available strength and H' section, which proved by H type, finds safety factor and yield strength in each case of load condition.

In many instances, orthognathic surgical eases require multiple osteotomies in the maxilla and mandible to achieve the most desirable result. When the entire maxilla and mandible are freed from their relationship with the remaining craniofacial complex, accurate repositioning and adequate stabilization can present problems. But, in select cases, with carefu1 treatment p1anniing and meticulous execution of surgical techniques, and optimal postoperative care, the simultaneous of both the maxilla and mandible can be achieved with few adverse sequelae and complications. This is a case of mandibular prognathism including maxillary retrusion of 19 year-old male, which was corrected by simultaneous mobilization, of bath the maxilla and maxilla and postoperative orthodontic treatment.
