        BTXA Could Induce Fibroblast Apoptosis and Inhibit the Expression of α-SMA and Myosin II in Scar Tissue of Rabbit Ears

        Purpose This study aims to explore the effects of BTXA on the proteins that affect the contraction of fibroblasts. Moreover, the optimal dose of BTXA on hypertrophic scars has not yet been determined. The current study investigated the effect of different doses of BTXA on scar formation. Materials and Methods 18 rabbits’ ears of New Zealand rabbits were used to establish hypertrophic scar model. These wounds were divided into four groups as group B (treated with deferent dosage of BTXA), group T (treated with TAC), group S (not treated), and group C (normal skin). Fibroblast apoptosis was detected by the method of TUNEL. Collagen I, III, and TGF-β1 expression were examined by western blotting method. The immunohistochemical staining and computerized image analysis were used to measure the optical density (OD value) of positive staining of α-SMA and myosin II. Results With increasing BTXA dose, the apoptotic rates increased. Western blot showed that Collagen fibrils and TGF-β1 proteins were expressed lower with the increasing of dose of BTXA (P < 0.05). α-SMA and myosin II in Group B were significantly decreased than those in Group T (P < 0.05), moreover, more myosin II can be reduced with high concentrations of BTXA (2.0 IU). Conclusions It was shown that BTXA could induce fibroblast apoptosis and inhibit the expression of α-SMA and myosin II, which can inhibit FB contraction. It plays a positive role in the treatment of scar.

        The updated role of exosomal proteins in the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cancer

        Exosomes are vesicles encompassed by a lipid bilayer that are released by various living cells. Exosomal proteins are encapsulated within the membrane or embedded on the surface. As an important type of exosome cargo, exosomal proteins can reflect the physiological status of the parent cell and play an essential role in cell–cell communication. Exosomal proteins can regulate tumor development, including tumor-related immune regulation, microenvironment reconstruction, angiogenesis, epithelial–mesenchymal transition, metastasis, etc. The features of exosomal proteins can provide insight into exosome generation, targeting, and biological function and are potential sources of markers for cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. Here, we summarize the effects of exosomal proteins on cancer biology, the latest progress in the application of exosomal proteins in cancer diagnosis and prognosis, and the potential contribution of exosomal proteins in cancer therapeutics and vaccines.

        The in-situ TEM isothermal aging evolution in a μ-Cu/NiAu/Sn/Cu solder joint for full intermetallic compounds interconnects of flexible electronics

        A structure composed of various Cu–Ni–Sn IMCs would develop from severe Joule heat and excessive elemental diff usionunder high-density current in the solder joints of fl exible printed circuit (FPC). Herein, we fi rstly observed the evolution ofa Cu 6 Sn 5 + Cu 3 Sn/(Ni,Cu) 3 Sn 4 hybrid structure in a μ-Cu/NiAu/Sn/Cu solder joint for full intermetallic compounds (IMCs)interconnect of fl exible electronics under isothermal aging condition by in-situ TEM. The joint was divided into two regions,the IMC type on the right region remained unchanged with dwell time prolonging, while the ratio of Cu 3 Sn on the left regionat various dwell times fi tted the JMAK model when the kinetic parameter n picked 1.5, indicating that grain boundary diff usionwas the predominant mechanism for transporting Cu atoms. The nucleation and growth of Cu 3 Sn grains were fi nishedin the Cu 6 Sn 5 layer. The nucleation of a Cu 3 Sn grain with a spherical cap shape was fi rstly captured by HRTEM, and Cu 3 Sngrains underwent a transformation from columnar to equiaxed when the dwell time was increased, making the morphologyof Cu 3 Sn grains in a μ-Cu/NiAu/Sn/Cu solder joint signifi cantly diff erent from the situation in larger solder joints. This studyis expected to provide an in-depth study of the microstructural evolution of micro Cu/NiAu/Sn/Cu solder joints under agingcondition and thereby expand their application in the microelectronic industry.

        The Motivation, Characteristics, and Development Prospects of e-Commerce in China

        Purpose: 본 논문의 목적은 중국 전자상거래의 발생, 다양한 발전원인, 특징, 발전 전망에 대해 분석정리하고, Alibaba 사례를 중심으로 중국 전자상거래의 현주소와 미래 발전방향을 제시함에 있다. Composition/Logic: 본 논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 제1장은 서론이며, 제2장은 중국전자상거래의 다양한 발전원인에 대해 언급한다. 제3장은 중국 전자상거래의 현황과특징에 대해 소개하며, 제 4장은 중국 전자상거래의 발전 전망에 대해 분석한다. 제 5장은 결론이다. Findings: 본 논문은 중국 전자상거래에 대한 발전원인과 현황 및 특징, 마지막으로 발전전망에 대해 언급하였으며 향후 발전방향에 대해 다음과 같은 세 가지로 요약면(1) 빅데이터와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 전략 (2) 농촌 전자상거래 전략 (3) 글로벌 전략이다. 중국의 위와 같은 전략을 통해 한국에 미치는 시사점을 유추해 볼 수 있다. Originality/Value: 본 논문은 중국 전자상거래 발전원인과 특징, 발전전망에 대해 주로 알리바바를 중심으로 분석하였다. 특히 발전방향에 대해 자세하게 제시하여 한국에 미치는 시사점을 유추해 볼 수 있다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. Purpose: This study examines the origin, dynamic motivation, characteristics, and development prospects of e-commerce in China, and focusing on the case of Alibaba, suggests directions for development. Composition/Logic: This paper is structured as follows: The first section provides the introduction. The second section considers the various motivating factors behind the development of e-commerce in China. The third section discusses the current situation and characteristics of China s e-commerce. The fourth section analyzes China s e-commerce development prospects. The final section concludes. Findings: This study suggests three development directions for further progression of the Chinese e-commerce trend: (i) Big data and cloud computing strategy; (ii) rural strategy; and (iii) globalization strategy. The implications for Korea can be inferred from the above strategies. Originality/Value: This study contributes by presenting an analysis on the origin, prospects, and characteristics of e-commerce in China, with a focus on Alibaba. In particular, this study offers detailed directions for development that could have implications on Korea.
