        Electro-hydraulic coupling jet printing technology based on Weissenberg effect under pulse voltage

        In this paper, electro-hydraulic coupling jet printing technology based on the Weissenberg effect is put forward for the first time, and the pulse voltage is used to realize the on-demand printing. The experimental results show that the Weissenberg effect can inhibit the solution reflux and make the solution converge into a cone tip at the nozzle, which is more conducive to position printing precisely. By exploring the influence principles of process parameters on printing, it is found that droplet diameter is positively correlated with rotation speed and negatively correlated with voltage frequency. The printing frequency is negatively correlated with the rotation speed and positively correlated with the voltage frequency. However, the effect of voltage amplitude and duty ratio on the printing effect is not obvious in a certain range. It is found that the rotation speed of needle core within the range of 1800 r/min-7500 r/min can print out the ideal lattice structure, which proves the feasibility of this system to realize on-demand positioning printing. Finally, by using the printing equipment, the sacrificial layer structure of PDMS microfluidic chip was successfully made and the function of the microfluidic chip was realized, which further verified the practicability of the technical scheme proposed in this paper.

      • Blind Separation of Tampered Image Based on JPEG Double Quantization Effect

        The double quantization effect of JPEG provides important clue for detecting image tampering. Whenever an original JPEG image has undergone a localized tampering and saved in JPEG again, the DCT coefficients of the areas without tampering will be compressed for twice while the tampered areas only suffered once. The Alternating Current (AC) coefficient distribution accord with a Laplace probability density distribution described with parameter. This paper proposed a new double compression probability model of JPEG image to describe the change of DCT coefficients’ statistical properties after the double compression. According to Bayes’ theorem, using the posterior probability, the model can also show the eigenvalues of the double and single compressed block. We assign a dynamic adaptive threshold for the eigenvalues with the Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm. Then the tampered region is detected and separated automatically by using the threshold. The experimental results show that the method can detect and separate the tamped area effectively and it outperforms other algorithms in terms of the detection result especially when the second compression factor is smaller than the first one. Compared with other traditional methods, the proposed approach could effectively separate the tampered regions from the tampered image without respect to the location, size and number of tampered images.

        Three new ent-abietane diterpenoids from the roots of Euphorbia fischeriana and their cytotoxicity in human tumor cell lines

        Three new ent-abietane diterpenoids, termed fischerianoids A–C (1–3), were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extracts of roots of the medicinally valuable plant Euphorbia fischeriana. The planar and relative structures of 1–3 were established via high-resolution electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry and one- and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic analyses, and the absolute configuration of 1 was further established via X-ray crystallography experiment. Compounds 1–3 showed selective inhibitory potency against certain human tumor cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 8.50 ± 0.13 to 35.52 ± 0.08 μM.

        Specific Mutations in APC, with Prognostic Implications in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

        Purpose Loss-of-function mutations in the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene are common in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). However, the characteristic of APC specific mutations in mCRC is poorly understood. Here, we explored the clinical and molecular characteristics of N-terminal and C-terminal side APC mutations in Chinese patients with mCRC. Materials and Methods Hybrid capture-based next-generation sequencing was performed on tumor tissues from 275 mCRC pati-ents to detect mutations in 639 tumor-associated genes. The prognostic value and gene-pathway difference between APC specific mutations in mCRC patients were analyzed. Results APC mutations were highly clustered, accounting for 73% of all mCRC patients, and most of them were truncating mutations. The tumor mutation burden of the N-terminal side APC mutations group (n=76) was significantly lower than that of the C-terminal side group (n=123) (p < 0.001), further confirmed by the public database. Survival analysis showed that mCRC patients with N-terminus side APC mutations had longer overall survival than C-terminus side. Tumor gene pathway analysis showed that gene mutations in the RTK/RAS, Wnt and transforming growth factor β signaling pathways of the C-terminal group were significantly higher than those of the N-terminal group (p < 0.05). Additionally, KRAS, AMER1, TGFBR2, and ARID1A driver mutations were more common in patients with C-terminal side APC mutations. Conclusion APC specific mutations have potential function as mCRC prognostic biomarkers. There are obvious differences in the gene mutation patterns between the C-terminus and N-terminus APC mutations group, which may have certain guiding significance for the subsequent precise treatment of mCRC.
