幹線 道路邊 住宅團地 內에 道路交通騷音의 水平傳播 特性은 道路邊 1列棟과 2列棟 사이에 9dB(A) 程度의 騷音 減衰가 있으며 鉛直傳播 特性은 一般的으로 1層에 1dB(A) 程度의 騷音增加 現象이 있으므로 아파트 團地 建設時 騷音이 問題化될 所持가 있는 團地에 있어서는 아파트 棟의 配置를 考慮해야 한다. 그리고 騷音과 住民意識 關係에서 心理的, 精神的, 身體的 影響은 各 要因別로 10∼40% 程度를 나타내고 있으며, 騷音의 被害程度는 電話걸 때, TV 聽取時, 讀書, 思索, 睡眠 등의 影響은 住民의 20∼50% 程度가 被害意識을 나타내고 있으며 騷音의 影響은 定住意識이나 住居年數에도 큰 關係가 있음을 알 수가 있었다. 따라서 아파트 團地 內의 騷音問題는 深刻함을 알 수 있고 그의 對策 마련이 時急한 實情이다. This stucy is to grasp the noise condition of Apartment development, to analyze the characteristics about horizontal and vertical propagation of noise, and to grip dweller's sense about noise. The major results of this paper may be summarized as follows; 1) Reduction in 7dB at roadside and first row, 16dB at second row and 20dB at third row was appeared in the noise's horizontal propagation in Apartment development. 2) The propagation's characteristics of noise by the number of floors in same Apartment dong was increased about 1dB(A) by each floor. 3) In the relation between noise and dweller's conscious, an intention of settlement is a factor of noise also, the degree of noise is apparently appeared by the number of floors and the influence of dwelling history is appeared very much. 4) Constructing Apartment development, the arrangement of Apartment dong obtaining sound insulation is considered in Apartment development which is going into question of noise.
PEMFC의 효율적 시뮬레이션을 위한 Matlab/Simulink와 PSIM기반의 Co-Simulation

Fuel Cell system is expected to use widely in the near future. Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC) system is broadly investigated due to low operating temperature and fast start up characteristics. To shorten the time and effort putting into development, the simulation procedure is needed, For Simulating Fuel Cell system, specified tools are necessary because Fuel Cell system consists of control system, power generation system and power conversion system. Matlab/Simulink is useful to simulate Fuel Cell's control algorithm and V-I characteristics. PSIM is useful to simulate Fuel Cell system's power conversions. This paper, focuses on Co-Simulation of PEMFC system using Matlab/Sumulink and PSIM. Co-Simulation is an effective method to simulate PEMFC's complicated characteristics.
Neutral Protease를 이용한 닭 간 단백질 가수분해물의 산업적 이용에 관한 연구

영양학적으로 매우 우수한 부존자원이라 할 수 있는 닭 간의 단백질을 protease인 Neutrase를 이용하여 효소적으로 가수분해를 하였다. 가수분해시의 최적조건을 파악하기 위하여 온도, 시간, pH 및 효소 첨가량 (E/S ratio) 의 조건을 검토하고 수분과 기름의 흡수성, 유화활성, 점도등의 기능성을 조사하였다. 아울러 다시료 비교법에 의한 관능검사를 시행하였다. Neutrase를 이용하여 닭 간 단백질을 가수분해 시켰을 때 온도 50℃, pH 6.0에서 최대활성을 나타내었고, 효소의 첨가량이 증가할 수록 가수분해도는 증가하였다. 수분과 기름의 흡수성과 유화활성도는 반응시간이 지날수록 감소하였고 점도는 증가하였다. 동결건조된 닭 간 단백질 가수분해물의 냄새와 색깔에 대한 관능평가에서는 썩은내와 역겨운 냄새만이 1% 범위에서 유의성이 있었다. 또한 효소적 가수분해는 닭 간 단백질 가수분해물의 색을 붉은색이 감소하는 대신 좀더 밝고, 녹색을 띠도록 하였다. Chicken liver is a potential valuable source of nutrients. Chicken liver protein was enzymatically hydrolyzed using a kind of protease, Neutrase. In order to determine the optimum conditions of hydrolysis process, the parameters of reaction temperature, time, pH, and enzyme to substrate ratio (E/S ratio) were investigated. To evaluate the functional properties of hydrolysate, water and oil absorption capacity, emulsifying capacity and viscosity were measured. Sensory tests by multiple comparison test were also carried out. The optimum condition for the hydrolysis were 50℃ and pH 6.0 and degree of hydrolysis incrased with increasing E/S ratio. Water and oil absorption and emulsifying capacity were decreased and viscosity was increased during hydrolysis. The sensory evaluation of odor and color of freeze-dried chicken liver protein hydrolysates showed a significant increase in 'spoiled' and 'nauseous' (p < 0.01). It was also found that the proteolytic hydrolysis caused the color of chicken liver protein hydrolysates to be brighter, less redish and more greenish.
금속판 내고정술과 골수강내 금속정 고정술을 이용한 상완골 간부 골절 치료의 비교

Authors report 42 cases of humeral shaft fractures, which were treated with plate fixation in 19 cases and intramedullary(IM) nailing in 23 cases, from January 1992 to December 1996. The average time of operation in plate fixation was 100 minutes and that in IM nailing was 65 minutes. The nonunion in plate fixation was 2(10.5%)cases and that in TM nailing was 4(17.4%)cases. Other complications of plate fixation were 2 cases of wound infection and 2 cases of radial nerve palsy. Those of IM nailing were 1 case of limited motion of the shoulder and l case of wound infection. After reviewing above results, we concluded that there were no marked difference between the two operative method in bone union of humeral shaft fracture except diversity of complication.
RETENTION MODELS OF CAPACITY FACTOR WITH DIFFERENT COMPOSITIONS OF ORGANIC MODIFIER IN RP - HPLC

A chromatographic retention behavior of five deoxyribonucleosides (dCyd, dUrd, dGuo, dThd, and dAdo) with respect to the mobile phase composition was studied under isocratic conditions of reversed phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC). The volume fraction (F) of organic modifier was changed from 0.05 to 0.30, and to 0.12 for methanol and acetonitrile, respectively. The experimental data of nitro and steroid compound were also considered for comparison of five retention models with various class of samples. The Langmuir-type retention model (k¹= A+B/F) with two parameters shows excellect agreements between the experimental capacity factors and calculated values. although the values by the Log-scale quadratic model with three parameters (log k¹= LF²+MF+N) are closer. Unlike the other four retention models, the slope B of the Langmuir-type retention model can characterize the properties of solute and organic modifier simultaneously. For each solute, the intercepts A calculated for acetonitrile and methanol as organic modifiers are coincident closely.
