실리콘 웨이퍼 직접 접합(SDB)에서 발생하는 Bubble의 모델 및 원인에 관한 연구

Silicon wafer direct bonding(SDB) technology allows silicon wafers to stick together without any adhesives and thus has been applied to various field, such as silicon on insulator(SOI) and MEMS applications. The success of SDB technology can be established by bonding on the bonded interface with no defects and preventing intrinsic bubbles in the temperature range of 200∼800℃. In this research, The bonded wafer is achieved in the SiO_2-SiO_2 bonding, which generates no intrinsic bubbles in the annealing under the atmospheric pressure. And, we observe the behavior of the intrinsic bubbles by transmitting the infrared light and the increase of the bubble pressure is found. The intrinsic bubbles are generated in the annealing at around 200℃ in the ultra high vacuum. The experimental result proves the relation between the bubble nucleation and the pressure in the thermodynamic model. It will provide the basis for the annealing process at the low temperature and the control of the intrinsic bubbles in the direct bonding of silicon wafers.

External gear pumps are the most widely employed source of power in hydraulic applications, allowing good performance and low manufacturing cost Generally, pumps with involute external gears are most commonly used. The undesired large pressure overshoots or spikes could be excited by virtue of the sudden volumetric change of meshing pockets. In practice, the spikes cause the gear machines to be noisy, inefficient, and have fatigue problems. In order to improve above issue, relief grooves are adopted practically. In this paper, the effects of relief groove configurations are considered by using analysis.

This paper presents a reverse engineering technology for the analysis and design of a high speed air-blower system. The characteristics of air-blower is dependent on a motor and a flow of a impeller. In this paper, a impeller shape and a flow of an air-blower' system are reverse engineered to analyzed the output characteristics. And the results are verified by a practical test. The reverse engineering for an air-blower can be used to improve the performance of blower flow.
관성항법 장치용 Inductance형 가속도계 설계에 관한 연구

A precision accelerometer for inertial navigation applications is developed. The low sensitivity threshold and high thermal stability are considered as design parameters. In order to guarantee low sensitivity threshold while maintaining robustness against shock, the push-pull type long flexures are used in this paper. To improve thermal stability, this paper suggests electromagnets as a source of magnetic field and develops the silicon case together with the temperature compensator. The silicon pendulum assembly and the modified inductance type pick-up is also developed to reduce assembling procedure. After assembling the accelerometer, static tests are carried out. Static test show a sensitivity threshold of 4.6X10^(-5)g and a maximum measurement range of ± 24g.

The silicon pendulum with a flexure hinge is designed and fabricated for the servo type accelerometer which is used in INS(Inertial Navigation System). For the INS application, it is essential to measure low-frequency acceleration with high accuracy. Therefore pendulum could be moved easily at small amount of input acceleration. For the purpose, the long type flexure is adapted. To prevent flexures from being buckled, the special arrangement of flexures is designed. And the paper also describes in detail the etching process for fabricating silicon pendulum assembly. The servo type accelerometer with above mentioned silicon pendulum assembly is developed and is carried out static test. The long flexure reduce its stiffness considerably so that a stiffness of 1.6139 N/m is acquired. Static test show a sensitivity threshold of 4.6×10 exp (-6) g and a maximum measurement range of ±24g. These test results shows that the accelerometer presented in this study can be adequately used in precision motion measurement application such as strapdown inertial navigation systems.
방사선과 교수의 멘토링 프로그램이 학생들의 대학생활적응과 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 2013년 3월 5일부터 2013년 6월 21일까지를 기준으로 멘토링 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 G광역시에 소재한 G보건대학교 방사선과 재학생 362명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부, 315부를 회수하여 멘토링 프로그램에 대학생활적응과 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대학생활 적응에는 멘토에 대한 신뢰(p<0.001), 멘토링 기능(p<0.001), 멘토링 기능의 하위영역에서 경력개발 기능(p=0.002), 맞춤인재육성 기능(p<0.001)이 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 대학생활 만족에 영향에는 동아리 활동 여부와 학기당 멘토링 프로그램 참여횟수, 멘토에 대한 신뢰(p<0.001), 멘토링 기능(p<0.001), 멘토링 기능의 하위영역에서는 경력개발 기능(p=0.002), 맞춤인재육성 기능(p<0.001)이 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 따라서 본 연구는 방사선과 교수의 멘토링 프로그램이 대학생활적응과 만족도에 주는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 향후 보건대학교 학생들과 관련된 멘토링 연구의 기초자료로 사용하여 멘토링 프로그램을 이용ˑ개발하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 졸업과 동시에 취업으로 연계되는 방사선과 특성상 준 사회인 과정에 있는 대학생들이 사회로 나가기 전 멘토링을 경험함으로 취업 후 성공적인 직장생활에 긍정적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. This study conducted a questionnaire survey with 362 students at department of radiology of college of public health located at G city, who had participated in mentoring program from Mar. 5 to Jun. 21, 2013. Out of 362 questionnaire copies, 315 copies were collected. The students" satisfaction with campus life was significantly affected by whether or not they joined a club, the number of participation into mentoring program per semester, reliability of mentors and mentoring functions. According to the study result, More specifically in terms of the mentoring functions(p<0.001), career development function(p=0.002) and tailored human-resource raising function(p<0.001) gave statistically significant effects on the satisfaction. It is considered that the study results will be used as a fundamental material to research mentoring for college and university students, and will be implemental in using and developing mentoring program as a direct way of preventing the student"s dropout. Also it is expected that mentoring program helps college and university students in the transitional period to adulthood experience mentoring before they work at society, therefore playing a positive role for their successful work life as they get employed.
