      • 기내배양과 자연조건에서의 유자(Citrus junos Sieb. et Tanaka)의 부정배 발생의 특징

        유자(Citrus junos)의 부정배는 자연조건에서는 주심조직과 배낭근처에서 발생하였으며 부정배로 발육될 시원세포들은 매우 큰 핵과 세포질로 충만되어 있고 주로 배낭근처에 있는 주공측의 주심조직에서 발생되었다. 기내배양 조건에서는 자연조건에서 보다도 훨씬 많은 부정배들이 배낭내에서 관찰되었으며 이러한 부정배들은 대부분 배낭과 밀접해 있는 주심세포층으로부터 발생하였다. 또한 몇몇 부정배들은 주심조직에서 직접 발생하는 것이 관찰되었다. Adventive embryo usually occurs inside the embryos ac nucellar tissue in the in Vivo state. Initial cells to be developed in to adventive embryos were conspicuous with large nucleus and dense cytoplasm, and arose mainly from nucellar tissue or from integuments. In the in Vitro culture, much more embryos were observed in the embryo sac. than in the in Vivo conditions, and embryos seemed to arise from the nucellar cell layer lining the embryo sac. Some of the adventive embryos were observed occurring directly from the nucellar.

      • 열전 반도체를 이용한 냉수기 개발에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 기존의 냉매 대신에 열전 소자를 사용하여 구성한 냉수기가 갖는 여러 가지 장점 및 냉수기의 중요 소자인 TEC 모듈(Thermo Electric Cooler Module)에 대한 최대 효율 구동 방법 등을 연구하였다. 또, 열교환기의 재질 및 모양, 방열판과 냉각팬의 크기 등을 변화시키면서 냉수기로서 최적의 효율을 가질 수 있도록 냉수기를 설계하였고, 그 설계를 바탕으로 실험을 하여 TEC 모듈(Thermo Electric Cooler Module)을 이용한 냉수기가 상품화 가능성이 있는지를 검토하였으며, 그 결과를 기술하였다. We developed a new cooling system which applies TEC module using peltier effect. Our cooling system has better effiency and make smaller pollution than conventional cooling system. We applies that cooling system to making cool water dispenser. We designed the cold water dispenser of optimum effiency varying material, shape, and size of heat sink and cooling fan. The possibility of a commodity on this designed cold water dispenser is investigated.

      • 新梢頂端培養에 의한 대추나무(Zizyphus jujuba Miller)의 callus로부터 植物體 再分化

        Organogenesis from callus induced from shoot tip in vitro cultured was examined with using different strength of MS medium containing various concentration of different plant growth regulators alone and its combination in jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Miller). Callus induction was favorable in the treatment of concentration of 2,4-D 1.0, 0.3mg/1 adding on MS medium. Favorable shoot proliferation from callus subcultured on medium for shooting appeared in the treatment of 0.5mg/1 BAP alone adding on 1/2 MS medium. For rooting induction 1/2 MS medium supplemented with the combination of 0.5 or 1.5mg/1 IBA and 0.1, 1.0mg/1 BAP was most effective but 1/2 MS medium containing IBA alone had little effect.       • 茴香(Foeniculum vulgare G.)의 器內增殖 : 1. Embryogenic Callus 誘起 및 器內不定胚 發生에 미치는 植物生長調節物質의 效果 1. Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Embryogenic Callus Induction and Somatic Embryogenesis

        Young stem and leaf segment of Foeniculum vulgare for producing embryologic callus and embryos were cultured in vitro on various medium as well as MS medium treated with different concentration of plant growth regulators alone or in combination with other plant growth on MS medium, whereas was lower in treatments with BAP and kinetin. The combination effect with 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ and cytokinins varied with kind of cytokinins. The plot of BAP added with 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ was effective as high as 2,4-D alone treatment. MS and MT medium were more effective than LS and W medium in production of somatic embryos from incubated embryologic callus. Most favorable plant growth regulator for producing somatic embryos was 2,4-D 0.01㎎/ℓ but IAA, ABA, BAP, and kinetin were less effective at any concentration. BAP 0.01㎎/ℓ added with 2,4-D 0.1㎎/ℓ effective as high as 2,4-D 0.1㎎/ℓ alone in somatic embryo production.

        An electrical accident such as mishap electricity institution occurs frequently because of the increase of demand for electricity, complexity of electricity institution. The techniques that discovered a mishap to electricity institution are electric signal method and supersonic waves method, thermal sensing method by infrared rays. The IRR-camera which is effective monitoring method of electricity institution is diffused in industrial field. Specially, infrared rays monitoring can perceive heat which was visually poor observed objection. Also, infrared rays monitoring can monitor an area of difficulty of access of work human power. In this study, infrared rays monitoring of a transformer substation is periodically performed. The connection between possibility of application and operation, blazing fire occurrence and progress process of body and bushing of large capacity transformer are performed by IRR-camera.

      • 모노머비에 따른 MMA/EA 합성 라텍스 폴리머 시멘트 모르터의 성질

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the monomer ratio on properties of the polymer-modified mortars using methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develop appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. This paper deals with the effect of the monomer ratio on the typical properties of polymer-modified mortars with methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate latexes. The polymer-modified mortars using MMA/EA latexes are prepared with various polymer-cement ratio, and tested for strengths, water absorption, and chloride-ion penetration depth. The test results indicate that the monomer ratio is very important factors to characterize the strength properties of polymer-modified mortars, but the water absorption and chloride-ion penetration depth are influenced by polymer-cement ratio rather than monomer ratios.

        Finite element analysis of sheet metal forming process is generally carried out by the explicit and implicit time integration method. And membrane, shell and continuum element are applied to finite element analysis. Membrane analysis can not provides sufficient information for the process which involve considerable bending effects. Shell element allows the consideration of bending effects, but involves too much computational time. In order to estimate in sheet metal forming processes used Auto-Form software using static-implicit method and shell element. Result, by applying this to an industrial site the productivity improvement and cost reduction etc. effect able was predicted.

        초등학교 내 특수학급 교사의 사기 분석 연구

        본 연구는 초등학교내 특수학급 담당교사들의 사기 정도를 교육정책, 보수 등 8가지 문항으로 구성된 설문지에 의한 조사를 기초로 분석하였다. 충청남도내 특수학급 설치교 187개소를 대상으로 표집하였고, 사기 저해 요인을 담당교사들의 성별, 교육경력, 교사자격 소지유형, 도시 농촌등 소재지에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 연구하였다. 연구결과 사기정도는 남자보다 여자 교사의 인식정도가 낮았고, 자격 소지 면에서는 특수학교 교사자격증 1개 소지자가 가장 불만이 높았으며, 특수교육 경력과 학교소재지는 비슷한 수준으로 인지되고 있었다. 특수교사 사기 진작을 위하여 개선해야 할 우선 준위는 특수교육 정책, 근무환경, 승진 등으로 나타났다. This study is designed to make an analysis of what differences the knowledge of teachers for the handicapped regarding the factors of lowering their morale make in accordance with the types of the teachers and to offer measures to promote the morale of teachers in charge of special classes. The researcher worked with the questionnaires of 111 teachers(recovery ratio:59.4%) out of those of a total of 187 teachers in charge of elementary classes in South Chungcheong province. The questionnaire was composed of 24 questions in 8 categories with the help of the opinions of the teachers in charge and my academic adviser as well as literary research and precedent study: educational polices for the handicapped(3), human relationship(3), pay(3), social status(3), working environment(4), principals' leadership(3), promotion(2), and personnel matters(3) It is necessary that educational policies for the handicapped should first be subjected to changes with the view of promoting the morale of teachers in charge of education for the handicapped. And the subjects want working environment and promotion system to be improved. The researcher suggests that such compensation measures as providing additional points and extra benefits should be supplemented and improved and that facilities for the handicapped should be expanded with a view to enhancing the morale of teachers in charge of special classes.

      • 유화제 첨가량이 MMA/BA 합성 라텍스 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 특성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the emulsifier ratio on properties of the polymer modified mortar using methylmethacrylate-buthyl acrylate(MMA/BA) latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develope appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. Polymer modified mortars using MMA/BA latexes are prepared with various monomer ratios, and tested for air content, flexural and compressive strengths. From the test results. we knew that the water-cement ratio is decreased with an increase in the amount of emulsifier. And the air content is increase with an increase in the polymer cement ratios. In general, the superior compressive and flexural strength of polymer-modified mortars using MMIA/GA latexes is obtained ant a bound MMA content of 80 percent and a emulsifier ratio of 6 percent.

        Management is the dynamic force which converts human and nonhuman resources into organizational Performances. It is a process which integrates previously stated resources into something that is greater than the mere sum of its parts. So the role of management is to facilitiate the effective and efficient attainments of organizational goals and personal needs of its members. Today's manager, however, has faced with difficulties in the light of changing environment, and it is his agency to deal with the change and must cope with the environment it has set in turbulent motion. And these difficulties should be solved not by the external factors, but by the internal factors such as motivation, participation in management and self-goal setting or self-control etc. Management by objectives (MBO) is best known as a system which encourages increased participation in management of the organization at all levels and emphasizes accomplishments and results and also a system of management designed to faciliate planning and organizational control, organizing and assigning tasks, problem-solving and decision-making, and motivation and self-control, as well as other important functions and activities. Activities such as performance appraisal, manager development, Compensation and manpower-planning can be meaningfully integrated into this system. The writer assumed that the actual application of this MBO system in organization through member-control by planned objective members and management productivity by objectives should be very helpful trying for the growth of Enterprise, so he studied the above title as the following contents.
