Surveillance systems play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of various environments, including public spaces, critical infrastructure, and private properties. However, detecting abnormal human behavior in lowlight conditions is a critical yet challenging task due to the inherent limitations of visual data acquisition in such scenarios. This paper introduces a spatiotemporal framework designed to address the unique challenges posed by low-light environments, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of human abnormality detection in surveillance camera systems. We proposed the pre-processing using lightweight exposure correction, patched frames pose estimation, and optical flow to extract the human behavior flow through t-seconds of frames. After that, we train the estimated-action-flow into autoencoder for abnormal behavior classification to get normal loss as metrics decision for normal/abnormal behavior.
Clinical Factors Predictive of Metastases from Renal Cell Carcinomas

Background: Lymph node and distant metastases are known as the prognostic factor in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Clinical parameters are needed to predict metastases preoperatively. The aim of this study was to assess clinical predictive factors for lymph node and distant metastases. Materials and Methods: We collected RCC data from January 1995 until December 2015 at Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital in Jakarta. We only reviewed data that had renal cell carcinoma histopathology by operation or biopsy. Clinical information such as patient age, gender, hemoglobin (Hb), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and tumor size (clinical T stage) were reviewed and analyzed by Chi-squre and logistic regression to establish clinical predictive value. Results: A total of 102 patients were reviewed. There were 32 (31.4%) with lymph node metastases and 27 (26.5%) with distant metastases. Age, Hb and clinical T staging were associated with nodal metastases. However, only Hb and clinical T staging were found to be associated with distant metastases. By logistic regression, we found T3-4 in clinical T-stage to be the only predictor of nodal metastases (OR 5.14; 1.87 - 14.09) and distant metastases (OR 3.42; 1.27 - .9.23). Conclusions: Clinical T-stages of T3 and T4 according to The AJCC TNM classification could be used as independent clinical predictive factors for lymph node or distant metastases in patients with RCC.

<P>Here, we report plasmonically enhanced thin dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) in an imidazolium-dicyanamide based ionic liquid, in which size-controlled metal (silver) nanoparticles (AgNPs) with passivation layers of a few nanometers are arranged into the electrolyte and photo-electrodes. It was revealed that the AgNPs in the electrolyte and the photo-electrode have distinct effects on device performance via different coupling mechanisms. Strong far-field scattering is critical in the electrolyte while near-field scattering is efficient in the photo-electrode. Indeed, we find that the power conversion efficiency of the DSSC can be substantially improved by a synergistic arrangement of the AgNPs in the electrolyte and the photo-electrode. Furthermore, an imidazolium-dicyanamide based nonvolatile ionic liquid electrolyte for MNPs is demonstrated to provide thin plasmonic DSSCs with good stability.</P>

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the association between the personal factor and hand musculoskeletal discomfort among computer office workers. Background: Hand musculoskeletal discomfort is commonly among computer office workers due to computer-related work. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 143 computer office workers. The personal factors and prevalence of hand musculoskeletal discomfort were identified by using socio-demographics questionnaire and Cornell Hand Discomfort Questionnaire (CHDQ). Chi-square test was used to identify the association between personal factor and hand musculoskeletal discomfort. Results: The result highlighted that hand musculoskeletal discomfort was associated with age, BMI, computer usage per week and employment period. Conclusion: There is significant association between personal factors and hand musculoskeletal discomfort. Application: The result could be used as a guideline for computer office workers to avoid or decrease the prevalence of hand musculoskeletal discomfort by using the ergonomic computer accessories or adjust their work pattern by reduced prolonged of computer use.
A Method of Discovering Interesting Association Rules from Student Admission Dataset

For the past decades and until now, association rule mining is one of the most prominent research topics in data mining. However, the main challenge among public or private practitioners is to find the interesting rule from data repository. As a result, many efforts have been put forward to explore this rule by applying several methods and interesting measures. Therefore, in this paper, we introduced an enhanced association rule mining method namely Significant Least Pattern Growth (SLP-Growth), where the algorithm embeds with two interesting measures called Critical Relative Support (CRS) and Correlation (Corr). The experiment uses the dataset that contains the records of preferred programs being selected by post-matriculation or post-STPM students of Malaysia via Electronic Management of Admission System (e-MAS) for the year 2008/2009. The experimental results show that the SLP-Algorithm with the embedded measures can successfully in categorizing the association rules. In addition, this information can be used by educators and higher university authority personnel in the university to understand the programs’ patterns being selected by the students. More importantly, it can assist them as a basis to offer more relevant programs to the potential students rather than by chance technique.

Basidiobolomycosis is a rare deep fungal infection caused by Basidiobolus ranarum and characterized by the development of swollen erythematous nodular lesions. Several azoles have been shown to be an effective treatment for this condition. Herein, we report a case of basidiobolomycosis that was initially misdiagnosed as a different disease and resolved after itraconazole medication. A 25-year-old man presented with a 2.5-year history of extensive swelling on his right arm, face, and neck. Initially, he was diagnosed with lipoma and scapular tuberculosis; however, no improvements were observed post-surgery and with tuberculosis medication. Histopathological examinations revealed giant cells, aseptate hyphae, and the Splendore-Hoeppli phenomenon. Fungal culture confirmed the isolate to be Basidiobolus ranarum. The patient was given oral itraconazole 200 mg twice daily, and the complete resolution was achieved after 25 months of treatment.
Onychomycosis Caused by Aspergillus in a Patient with Leprosy: A Case Report

Aspergillus spp., one of the most common nondermatophyte molds (NDMs) that cause onychomycosis, are saprophytic fungi that can act as zoonotic agents and cause various health issues, including onychomycosis, in humans. Predisposing factors for onychomycosis include nail trauma, immunosuppression, and occupation. Nails in patients with leprosy are prone to change and develop onychomycosis due to unrecognized trauma to the nail area. Here, we report the case of a 25-year-old woman with 2-month history of white patches in fingernails and toenails, which were also brittle and damaged. She was a veterinarian who had frequent, direct interaction with animals, particularly dogs and cats. She denied trauma prior to the manifestation of symptoms and was undergoing leprosy treatment, including corticosteroids for leprosy reactions. Examination with potassium hydroxide revealed hyphae, and the nail culture revealed growth of fungal colonies with the characteristics of A. flavus. She received four cycles of itraconazole at 400 mg/day. Two of the three afflicted nails showed complete cure, whereas one nail showed mycologic cure. A. flavus is frequently found in animals, including dogs and cats and might have been a source of Aspergillus transmission, suggesting the patient's occupation and immunosuppression as risk factors for onychomycosis. Onychomycosis due to Aspergillus, particularly A. flavus, responds well to itraconazole pulse monotherapy.
