      • Cost analysis of supply chain financing for SMES

        Supply chain financing is a systematic financing method developed on the basis of trade financing. The supply chain financing model gradually attracted people’s attention in the late 1980s . Due to its characteristics of credit bundling and information sharing, it is of great help to the financing activities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES) in the supply chain, so it is also regarded as an important way to solve the global problem of SMES’ financing difficulties. Based on the existing research results, this paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of supply chain financing in reducing financing risks and costs of SMES, and put forward the future development direction of supply chain financing.

        중국 조선족학교 교훈의 덕육(德育) 기능 연구 : 길림성을 중심으로

        This study investigated the moral education function and practice of the school motto of the Chinese-Korean schools in Jilin Province. Of the 80 school mottos to be studied in this paper, eight Chinese-Korean schools directly used “moral(德)”. What is the educational purpose that the Chinese-Korean schools tried to realize through the moral education? First, Chinese-Korean schools tried to cultivate “true and upright” students through the moral education. Second, Chinese-Korean schools tried to maintain “national identity” through the moral education. Third, Chinese-Korean schools tried to encourage students to live progressive lives through moral education. Fourth, Chinese-Korean schools attempted to inform students of the ‘moderation’ of their actions and hearts through the moral education of school motto. This thesis attempted to find out how to practice morality of the school motto of Chinese-Korean schools. First, it is the establishment of school motto suitable for moral education. Second, it is the reinforcement of instruction for moral education. Third, Chinese-Korean schools should conduct moral education by carrying out didactic activities. Fourth, it is necessary to demonstrate the spirit of school motto by strengthening public relations activities inside and outside the school.

        심리주의 비평으로 보는 타자의 소설 세계 -박은희 소설을 텍스트로-

        박은희는 중국 조선족 3세 작가이다. 창작활동을 개시한 지 십여 년, 소설, 수필, 평론 등 다양한 장르에 걸쳐 문학창작을 이어온 젊은 시야를 확보한 작가이다. 박은희의 소설에 등장하는 인물은 대부분 소외된 타자들이다. 작가는 그들의 고뇌와 상처, 불안과 번민에 대해 잘 이해하고 있다. 부족한 듯 보이지만 완벽한 것, 추한 것 같지만 아름다운 것, 작은 것 같지만 거대한 것, 사라져가고 있는 듯 보이지만 남겨지는 것, 이것이 박은희의 소설 세계가 보여주는 타자의 모습이다. 오늘날 여전히 한글로 창작활동을 이어가고 있는 조선족 작가들이 설 자리는 점점 좁아지고 있다. 이들의 작품활동은 탈경계적인 사유방식과 생활체험을 동반한다. 중국 조선족 문단의 움직임에 대한 깊이 있는 학문적 접근과 이해는 한국학계에 있어서 아주 중요한 연구과제이다. 따라서 중국 조선족 문단의 전모를 파악하고 특히 지금까지 관심과 주목을 크게 받지 못한 조선족 작가들에 대한 발굴작업은 더욱 큰 의의를 지니고 있다. 본고는 심리주의 비평으로 박은희의 소설 세계에 대한 텍스트 분석을 진행하고자 한다. Piao Yinji is a third - generation Korean writer in China, and has been involved in literary creation activities for more than a decade. Piao Yinji’s young vision has been expressed through their novels, essays, reviews, and other literary formats. Most characters in Piao Yinji’s novels are depicted as excluded others. The writer has showcased their deep understanding of the anguish, pain, uneasiness, and problems of the excluded hero. In recent years, due to the needs of language use environment, the changes of national education policy and other factors, the writing space of Korean writers in Korean has become increasingly narrow. Their novels feature cross - cultural perspectives and life experiences. Examining and understanding Chinese Korean people"s literature is a crucial research topic in Korean academia. Therefore, understanding the landscape of Chinese Korean people"s literature is a significant task, particularly for the Korean writers who have not received much attention thus far. This paper provides a textual analysis of Piao Yinji’s novels by using the method of psychological criticism.

      • Research on vibration control of a transmission tower-line system using SMA-BTMD subjected to wind load

        As a vital component of power grids, long-span transmission tower-line systems are vulnerable to wind load excitation due to their high flexibility and low structural damping. Therefore, it is essential to reduce wind-induced responses of tower-line coupling systems to ensure their safe and reliable operation. To this end, a shape memory alloy-bidirectional tuned mass damper (SMA-BTMD) is proposed in this study to reduce wind-induced vibrations of long-span transmission tower-line systems. A 1220 m Songhua River long-span transmission system is selected as the primary structure and modeled using ANSYS software. The vibration suppression performance of an optimized SMA-BTMD attached to the transmission tower is evaluated and compared with the effects of a conventional bidirectional tuned mass damper. Furthermore, the impacts of frequency ratios and SMA composition on the vibration reduction performance of the SMA-BTMD are evaluated. The results show that the SMA-BTMD provides superior vibration control of the long-span transmission tower-line system. In addition, changes in frequency ratios and SMA composition have a substantial impact on the vibration suppression effects of the SMABTMD. This research can provide a reference for the practical engineering application of the SMA-BTMD developed in this study.

        Prognostic Value of TP53 Mutation for Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization Failure/Refractoriness in HBV-Related Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

        Purpose This study aimed to investigate the clinicopathologic features and mutational landscape of patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV)–related advanced hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Materials and Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 38 patients newly diagnosed with HBV-related advanced HCC were enrolled in the final analysis. Their pathological tissues and corresponding blood samples before TACE treatment were collected for whole-exome sequencing. Response to TACE was evaluated at 1-3 months after two consecutive use of TACE. Predictive factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses in a bivariate Logistic regression model. Enrichment of related pathways of all driver genes were acquired using the gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). Results Among 38 patients, 23 (60.5%) exhibited TACE failure/refractoriness. Patients with TACE failure/refractoriness showed higher frequency of TP53 mutation than their counterparts (p=0.020). Univariate and multivariate analyses showed that only vascular invasion and TP53mutation were significantly correlated with TACE failure/refractoriness in HBV-related advanced HCC. Of the 16 patients without vascular invasion, eight (50.0%) had TP53 mutations, and TP53mutation was associated with TACE failure/refractoriness (p=0.041). Moreover, GSEA showed that mitogen-activated protein kinase and apoptosis pathways induced by TP53 mutation were possibly associated with TACE failure/refractoriness. Conclusion Our study suggested that TP53 mutation was independently related with TACE efficacy, which may work via mitogen-activated protein kinase and apoptosis pathways. These findings may provide evidence to help distinguish patients who will particularly benefit from TACE from those who require more personalized therapeutic regimens and rigorous surveillance in HBV-related advanced HCC.

        Norepinephrine/β2-Adrenergic Receptor Pathway Promotes the Cell Proliferation and Nerve Growth Factor Production in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

        Purpose: Invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) accounts for 90% of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). IDC is mainly derived from the breast ductal epithelium which is innervated by the 4th to 6th thoracic sympathetic nerves. However, little is known about the contribution of the interactions between sympathetic nerves and breast cancer cells to the malignant progression of TNBC. Methods: The expression levels of the β2-adrenergic receptor (β2-AR, encoded by ADRB2 gene), nerve growth factor (NGF), and tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrkA) were determined using immunohistochemistry (IHC). NGF expression levels in the serum were compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cell proliferation was assessed using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. The β2-AR, NGF, p-ERK, and p-CERB expression levels were determined using western blotting. TNBC cells and neuronal cells of the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) in 2-day-old Sprague Dawley rats were co-cultured. Using norepinephrine (NE), NGF, and β2-AR, NGF/TrkA blocker pretreatments, the axon growth of each group of DRG neuron cells was detected by immunofluorescence analysis. Results: The sympathetic adrenergic neurotransmitter NE activated the ERK signaling pathway in TNBC cells. NE/β2-AR signaling promotes NGF secretion. NGF further facilitates the malignant progression of TNBC by increasing sympathetic neurogenesis. In the co-culture assay, the sympathetic adrenergic NE/β2-AR signal pathway also enhanced NGF secretion. NGF binds TrkA in DRG neurons and promotes axonal growth. Conclusion: These results suggest that NE/β2-AR pathway promotes cell proliferation and NGF production in triple-negative breast cancer.

        Development of analysis program for direct containment heating

        Direct containment heating (DCH) is one of the potential factors leading to early containment failure. DCH is closely related to safety analysis and containment performance evaluation of nuclear power plants. In this study, a DCH prediction program was developed to analyze the DCH loads of containment vessel. The phenomenological model of debris dispersal, metal oxidation reaction, debris-atmospheric heat transfer and hydrogen jet burn was established. Code assessment was performed by comparing with several separate effect tests and integral effect tests. The comparison between the predicted results and experimental data shows that the program can predict the key parameters such as peak pressure, temperature, and hydrogen production in containment well, and for most comparisons the relative errors can be maintained within 20%. Among them, the prediction uncertainty of hydrogen production is slightly larger. The analysis shows that the main sources of the error are the difference of time scale and the oxidation of cavity debris

        RNA-seq for comparative transcript profiling in leaves of strawberry seedlings under salinity stress

        As a major economic crop, strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) has been widely planted in the world because of their adaptability and high economic efficiency. In the process of strawberry production, the traditional techniques of furrow irrigation, irrigating irrigation and water and fertilizer management are still relatively common, resulting in secondary salinization of the soil and an imbalance of nutrient ratio, resulting in a decrease in strawberry yield and quality. A total of 2334, 2718 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified in the 3-day, 6-day salt-treated leaf tissues compared with the controls, respectively. Based on the analysis of DEG function annotation and enrichment, a pattern of strawberry leaves response to NaCl stress was proposed. The processes related to plant hormone signal and lipid metabolism pathway were noted in the response of strawberry leaves to NaCl. Our transcriptome data provides valuable insights into genes involved in the growing process of strawberry seedlings under salt stress, and may help in developing seedlings with enhanced responses to salt stress in the years to come.
