        원형 범주 이론 기반의 현대중국어 의문대사의 의미 연구

        Based on the prototype theory, the semantic category and expansion of interrogative pronouns in modern Chinese are examined, and the mechanism and motivation of the semantic category expansion in modern Chinese are analyzed. In the semantic category of interrogative pronouns, [+query] and [+reference] are the two main features of the interrogative pronoun prototype semantics, and the interrogative function of the interrogative pronoun is formed. the semi-edging semantics are generated after the prototype semantics, the semantic features of the semi-edging semantics are [-query] and [+reference], and the non-interrogative referring function of interrogative pronoun is formed. the feature of the edging semantics are [-query] and [-reference], which indicates that all of the prototype semantic features have been lost, and the subjective modal function of interrogative pronoun is formed. The mechanism and motivation of the semantic category expansion of interrogative pronouns include the radiation of prototype semantics, the projection of metaphor and metonymy and the intervention of subjective factors.

        중 · 한 의문사 ‘誰’와 ‘누구’의 비의문 지칭기능 대조 연구

        The interrogative pronouns "Shei’ and "nugu(누구)’ in Chinese and Korean are both used to ask about the name or identity of a person or group of people. Besides their basic usage to ‘express doubt’, they also have several of non-interrogative usages. The reference functions of the non-interrogative usages can be divided into six types: subjunctive reference, indefinite reference, reference, anaphoric reference, citing reference and borrowing reference. thorough contrastive analysis, it is found that both "Shei’ and "nugu(누구)’ have subjunctive reference, indefinite reference, differentiating reference functions, but there are lots of differences manifested in the syntactic structure, which is specifically reflected in word order and collocation of words. In short, the word ‘nugu(누구)’ has more sentence patterns in non-interrogative usages. In addition, ‘Shei’ can be used for anaphoric reference, citing reference and borrowing reference which are not found for its counterpart ‘nugu(누구)’.

        현대중국어 정도부사 ‘好’의 의미변화와 주관화 분석

        From an adjective to an intensifier, ‘h?o’ undergoes a process of strengthening of subjectivity. This paper examines the semantic change of ‘h?o’ as an intensifier first, then analyses in depth its subjectivisation process, finally discusses the motivation and mechanism of the subjectivisation. Subjectivisation of ‘h?o’ is mainly embodied in four shifts : from propositional function to discourse function, from objective meaning to subjective meaning, from sentence subject to speaker subject, from free form to fixed form ; the motivation of subjectivisation of ‘h?o’ is syntactic position change, semantic feature, generalization, and high frequency ; the fundamental mechanism of subjectivisation of ‘h?o’ is re-analysis and analogy.

        Circular RNA expression profile of systemic lupus erythematosus and its clinical significance as a potential novel biomarker

        Background: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a class of endogenous noncoding RNAs that are more abundant, specific, and highly organized than linear RNAs. Increasing evidence supports that circRNAs may serve as diagnostic biomarkers in many diseases, but their potential as biomarkers in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) remains unclear. Objective: We investigated the critical circRNAs involved in SLE progression and explored their potential application as biomarkers in SLE. Method: RNA sequencing was conducted on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 4 SLE patients and 4 healthy volunteers. CircRNA profile data were analyzed to identify differentially expressed circRNAs and visualized via R software. After screening, qPCR analysis of target circRNA expression was performed using PBMCs from 31 SLE patients and 35 healthy volunteers. Correlations between circRNA expression levels and the SLEDAI score were assessed via Spearman correlation analysis. Finally, the performance of circRNAs as biomarkers in SLE was examined by receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. Results: The result identified six differentially expressed circRNAs between SLE patients and healthy controls: hsa_circ_0006689, hsa_circ_0070562, hsa_circ_0006117, hsa_circ_0007683, hsa_circ_0042519, and hsa_circ_0008647. The validation analysis showed differing relative expression levels of hsa_circ_0007683, hsa_circ_0042519, hsa_circ_0008647, and hsa_circ_0006689 between SLE patients and healthy volunteers (P < 0.05), and hsa_circ_0006689 expression in PBMCs correlated with the SLEDAI score (P < 0.05). Furthermore, addition of hsa_circ_0006689 expression increased the sensitivities of anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-Sm antibody levels for SLE diagnosis (from 29.03 to 61.30% and 32.26-71.00%, respectively). Conclusion: Our results suggest hsa_circ_0006689 may be a useful circRNA biomarker for SLE diagnosis and prognosis.

        Repair of flange damage steel-concrete composite girders using CFRP sheets

        Damaged steel-concrete composite girders can be repaired and retrofitted by epoxy-bonded carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets to the critical areas of tension flanges. This paper presents the results of a study on the behavior of damaged steel-concrete composite girders repaired with CFRP sheets under static loading. A total of seven composite girders made of I20A steel sections and 80mm-thick by 900mm-wide concrete slabs were prepared and tested. CFRP sheets and prestressed CFRP sheets were used to repair the specimens. The specimens lost the cross-sectional area of their tension flanges with 30%, 50% and 100%. The results showed that CFRP sheets had no significant effect on the yield loads of strengthened composite girders, but had significant effect on the ultimate loads. The yield loads, elastic stiffness, and ultimate bearing capacities of strengthened composite girders had been changed as a result of prestressed CFRP sheets, the utilization ratio of CFRP sheets could be effectively improved by applying prestress to CFRP sheets. Both the yield loads and ultimate bearing capacities had been changed as a result of steel beam’s flange damage level and CFRP sheets could cover the girders’ shortage of bearing capacity with 30% and 50% flange damage, respectively.
