        Philosophical Consultation Research on “Hollow Disease” of Chinese College Students

        The hollow disease of Chinese college students has attracted wide attention since it was put forward by Kaiwen Xu. From the meaning, specific manifestation and judgment criteria of hollow disease, "Hollow Disease" refers to "mental disorders caused by value deficiencies", and its specific manifestation and judgment criteria are marked by the fact that drug treatment of hollow disease does not work. The main treatment methods of hollow disease are value nihilism criticism and treatment, inhibition of autonomous development and "freedom" therapy, acquired helplessness and therapy, enlightenment and treatment of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, the enlightenment and treatment of Freud's personality structure theory, cognition and treatment of life education for college students, treatment from the perspective of Modernity, early warning and intervention in the view of network micro, treatment based on socialist core values, skillfully using target guidance to help students in special economic zones cope with "Hollow Disease"; one person one policy and care for students. Due to the different cognitive perspectives of the "value deficiencies" of Chinese college students with hollow disease, the corresponding treatment methods are also varied, but these treatment methods should not only stay in the field of psychological counseling, but also in the field of philosophical counseling. Regardless of the meaning, concrete college students with hollow disease, the corresponding treatment methods are also varied, but these treatment methods should not only stay in the field of psychological counseling, but also in the field of philosophical counseling. Regardless of the meaning, concrete manifestation, judgment criteria and treatment plan, hollow disease of Chinese college students is a suitable customer problem for philosophical counseling, and should be treated in the field of philosophical counseling instead of psychological counseling. Therefore, the philosophical consulting research on "Hollow Disease" of Chinese college students is worth combing and discussing in depth.

      • Circular Formation Control of Car-like Robots with Local Position Measurements

        This paper investigates the circular formation control problem of car-like robots with limited sensing range. A path following strategy is proposed to drive the robots to the target circle by controlling the steering velocity. The forward speed controller is designed using the relative position measurements of neighboring robots to guarantee collision avoidance, and finally makes the robots realize a desired spacing configuration. Simulations on enclosing a static target and a moving target with circular formation are both given to validate our results.

        SURF4 maintains stem-like properties via BIRC3 in ovarian cancer cells

        Objective: As cancer stem cells (CSCs) are considered as the origin of tumor development,recurrence, and drug resistance, we aimed to explore the mechanism related to modulatingstemness in CSCs, thus facilitating to search for new therapeutic strategy for ovarian cancer. Methods: In this study, ovarian cancer stem cells (OCSCs) induced from cell line 3AOand A2780 were enriched in serum-free medium (SFM). The effect of SURF4 on CSC-likeproperties was evaluated by sphere-forming assays, re-differentiation assays, quantitativereal-time polymerase chain reaction, flow cytometry, Western blotting, cell viability assaysand in vivo xenograft experiments. The downstream molecule participating in SURF4maintaining stemness was screened by RNA-sequencing and identified by the experiments ofgene function. Results: SURF4 was upregulated expressed in OCSCs. Knockdown of SURF4 reduced theexpression of the related stem markers (SOX2 and c-MYC), inhibited self-renewal ability,and improved the sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs (paclitaxel and cisplatin) in OCSCs. SURF4 knockdown also inhibited tumorigenesis in nonobese diabetic/severe combinedimmunodeficiency mice. BIRC3 expression was controlled by SURF4, and BIRC3 showedthe similar effect as SURF4 did, and BIRC3 overexpression partially recovered stem-likeproperties abolished by SURF4 knockdown. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that SURF4 possesses the ability to maintain stemness ofOCSCs via BIRC3, and may serve as a potential target in stem cell-targeted therapy forovarian cancer.
