Factors Supporting Business and its Distrubution to Business Resilience In New Normal Era

Purpose: The current study aims at knowing and testing factors supporting business and how to distribute it for resilience business in new normal era. Factors Supporting business resilience will be seen in terms of entrepreneurial competence, technology utilization and government support for business resilience through entrepreneurial spirit as an intervening variable. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in direct survey and interview was conducted with 97 respondents in South Sulawesi. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: This study indicated entrepreneurial competence and utilization of technology have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit, while government support has no significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. This study also indicated that entrepreneurial spirit has a significant effect on business resilience. Conclusion: To increase business resilience, it is very important to have entrepreneurial skills and mastery on utilization of technology. To anticipate future crises, entrepreneurial competencies must be evenly distributed both for business owners and for all members of the organization. To institutionalize crisis management in business, it is important for SMEs in Indonesia to develop an institutionalized Business Crisis Management.

This work considers the elliptic restricted three-body problem under effects of radiation of the bigger primary, and an oblate spheroid for the smaller primary to mimic an exoplanetary system with a gas giant planet. Under the influences of both effects we look for the existence of the triangular equilibrium points and the influences of the radiation and oblateness on the locations and motion of the points. We set the system in a normalized rotating coordinate system and derive equations of motion for the third infinitesimal object. Our study shows that the effects modify the equilateral/isosceles triangle shape with respect to the primaries. The triangular points also have non-planar motion with period depending on the value of the planet oblateness.

The modern electrical industry in Indonesia faces escalating energy demands, projected to reach 1,413 Terawatt Hours by2060. Meeting these demands necessitates enhancing the quality of electrical transmission systems, particularly insulators, witha focus on local materials to reduce dependency on imports. Porcelain Alumina Ceramic Insulators (PACI) offer promisingalternatives due to their high resistivity and mechanical strength. This study investigates PACI synthesis using locally sourcedmaterials: kaolin, ball clay, alumina, and feldspar. Chemical analysis confirms alumina as the primary component (99.7%Al2O3), while other materials contribute to silica content. Fabrication involves crushing, drying, grinding, sieving, and sinteringat 1280 °C, yielding specimens (K1S, K2S, K3S). Material characterization employs XRD, XRF, SEM and electrical testsreveals phase compositions, morphological changes, and electrical properties. K3S, rich in feldspar, exhibits superior materialstrength (74.62 N/mm²) and hardness (190 N/mm²) with limited conductivity. Utilizing local resources for PACI productionpromises economic benefits and reduces import dependence. This study illuminates the interplay between material compositionand resulting properties, offering insights into ceramic synthesis for improved electrical infrastructure.
