In general, designing a safe and robust automatic landing system is considered as a challenging task because most accidents occur during the landing and takeoff of aircraft. Due to the imbalance of a few external disturbances such as atmospheric turbulence, wind gusts, low altitude, measurement noises, low speed as well as wind shears the unexpected accidents take place. So, to overcome such types of accidents during the landing of UAV and to ensure an exact landing path our paper proposes a novel HDRNN-MBWO based aircraft auto-landing system. Here hybrid deep neural networks and Modified black widow optimization algorithms are integrated so as to form a novel HDRNN-MBWO approach. The main intention of the proposed approach involves designing a safe, robust as well as smooth automatic landing system. Here, the HDRNN-MBWO approach is employed to obtain better optimization performances. In addition to this, this proposed approach detects the fault and provides an estimated output with high efficiency, the smooth landing of aircraft as well as a minimum error value rate. The minimization of the error helps to prevent the crushing of aircraft during auto-landing thereby achieving smooth landing. The performance evaluation and the comparative analysis are carried out to examine the efficiency of the proposed approach under various aspects.

Thangaraj Parimelazhagan,Blassan Plackal George,Yamini T. Kumar,Thankarajan Sajeesh 사단법인약침학회 2015 Journal of Acupuncture & Meridian Studies Vol.8 No.3
The present investigation has been undertaken to study the antioxidant, antitumor, and wound healing properties of Rubus ellipticus. The R. ellipticus leaves were extracted using organic solvents in Soxhlet and were subjected to in vitro antioxidant assays. R. ellipticus leaf methanol (RELM) extract, which showed higher in vitro antioxidant activity, was taken for the evaluation of in vivo antioxidant, antitumor, and wound healing properties. Acute oral and dermal toxicity studies showed the safety of RELM up to a dose of 2 g/kg. A significant wound healing property was observed in incision, excision, and Staphylococcus aureus-induced infected wound models in the treatment groups compared to the control group. A complete epithelialization period was noticed during the 13th day and the 19th day. A 250-mg/kg treatment was found to prolong the life span of mice with Ehrlich ascite carcinoma (EAC; 46.76%) and to reduce the volume of Dalton's lymphoma ascite (DLA) solid tumors (2.56 cm3). The present study suggests that R. ellipticus is a valuable natural antioxidant and that it is immensely effective for treating skin diseases, wounds, and tumors.

<P>The study addresses how surface nanostructuring of AISI 304 stainless steel (SS) by surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT) influences its characteristic properties and corrosion behavior in Ringers solution. SMAT of 304 SS induced plastic deformation, enabled surface nanocrystallization, refined the grain size, transformed the austenite phase to strain induced alpha'-martensite phase, increased the surface roughness, induced defects/dislocations, imparted compressive residual stresses at the surface, decreased the contact angle, and increased surface energy. The change in properties of 304 SS following treatment using 5 and 8 mm empty set balls for 15, 30, 45, and 60 min has caused a deleterious influence on its corrosion resistance in Ringers solution, while an improvement in corrosion behavior is observed for those treated using 2 mm ? balls. The increase in surface roughness, transformation of the austenite to a'-martensite phase, a higher extent of deformation, and the presence of larger number of defects/dislocations are main factors responsible for the lower corrosion resistance observed for 304 SS treated using 5 and 8 mm empty set balls in Ringers solution. In spite of having these attributes with a relatively lower extent, 304 SS treated using 2 mm empty set balls offered a better corrosion resistance and exhibits a better passivity. For those treated using 2 mm empty set balls, the ability of the nanocrystalline surface to promote passivation outweighs the deleterious influences caused by the limited amount of deformation and defects/dislocations. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommend that SMAT of 304 SS using 2 mm empty set balls for 1530 min is the optimum condition to achieve the suitable surface profile, surface characteristics with better corrosion resistance.</P>

The braconid wasp Cotesia plutellae is an important larval parasitoid of the diamondback moth (DBM) Plutella xylostella, which a major pest of crucifers in the tropics and subtropics. The peripheral olfactory responses of antennal chemoreceptors of C. plutellae to various cruciferous host plants of DBM and host larval body (cuticle) extracts were examined by electroantennogram (EAG) detection and the behavioral response to a concentration of 1% was analyzed in a Y-tube olfactometer. Females of C. plutellae exhibited dose-dependant EAG response for all the extracts tested. Antennal stimulation with 0.1 and 1% concentrations elicited stronger EAG responses than lower concentrations for all the extracts. Host plant extracts were more stimulatory to virgin females, while gravid females exhibited increased antennal sensitivity to host larval body extract odors. In the flight orientation studies, virgin females exhibited increased orientation toward host plant extracts, while gravid females oriented more toward host larval body odors. The EAG response profile and the corresponding orientation behavior revealed a differential preference by the parasitoid wasp to host plant and host-related cues. Mustard and cauliflower extracts were more attractive to females than other extracts. The possible behavioral manipulation of this specialist parasitoid using these extracts for effective biological control of diamondback moth is discussed.
Lipophorin transport of hydrocarbon during early vitellogenesis in the silkworm, Bombyx mori
Thangaraj Pratheep,Muthukalingan Krishnan,Muthu Ravikumar 한국응용곤충학회 2021 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.24 No.2
Lipophorin transports the hydrophobic molecule from origin to destination in time specific manner. Here, we investigate the hydrocarbon composition in the lipophorin during day 2 of pupal silkworm, Bombyx mori. Lip ophorin was isolated from hemolymph by immunoprecipitation; lipid extracted and analyzed in GC-MS, resulting in seventeen compounds including eight hydrocarbons. Which were searched with the Pherobase (Pheromone database) and functional roles analysed. All hydrocarbons denoted as a pheromone except pentatriacontane in lepidopteron insects. Other hand, hydrocarbons such as hexadecane, nonadecane, undecane and hexacosane specifically refer as an attractant, additionally heptacosane, octacosane and docosane indicate as an allomone in non-lepidopteron insects. As well as, docosane and undecane perform as kairomone. Identified pheromone interaction with lipophorin was analysed by molecular docking and shows the best binding score. All hydro carbons bound in a lipid binding pocket, most of these sharing the same binding sites for hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bonding. Overall findings elucidated that lipophorin associated with different hydrocarbons by hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions, and each of the hydrocarbon having various functional roles.

Poly(chlorobenzalimino thiourea amide) (PCBA) resin was synthesized by using the phosphorilation polycondensation method. PCBA was characterized by analytical techniques, and it was used for the adsorption of heavymetals (Ni2+ and Zn2+) and anionic dyes (methyl orange (MO) and acid orange (AO)). The variables which affect theadsorption efficiency, such as pH, adsorbate concentration, adsorbent dose and contact time were studied. The resultsshow that the adsorption of Ni2+, Zn2+, MO and AO follows the pseudo-second order kinetic model. The maximummonolayer adsorption capacity of PCBA for Ni2+, Zn2+, MO and AO, calculated using Langmuir isotherm is 191.2,247.1, 153.8, 149mg/g, respectively. Surface area (21.1m2/g) and crystal size are 21.1m2/g and 0.35 nm, respectively. High efficiency of the polymeric resins may be due to their amorphous nature and the presence of strong binding sitesin the polymer structure. Thermodynamic parameters such as change in standard free energy change, enthalpy andentropy ΔGo, ΔHo and ΔSo were evaluated, and the adsorption process was found to be feasible, exothermic and spontaneous. Desorption studies show that adsorption efficiency of PCBA was retained even after four cycles.

In this paper, the concept of fuzzy F-spaces is introduced and studied. Several characterizations of fuzzy F-spaces are established. It is established that fuzzy F- spaces in which fuzzy $G_{\delta}$-sets are fuzzy open, are fuzzy normal spaces and fuzzy F-spaces in which fuzzy $G_{\delta}$- sets are fuzzy closed, are fuzzy F$'$-spaces. It is established that fuzzy F-spaces are not fuzzy hyperconnected spaces. A condition for fuzzy F$'$-spaces to become fuzzy F-spaces is obtained. The conditions under which fuzzy globally disconnected spaces and fuzzy perfectly disconnected spaces become fuzzy F-spaces are also obtained.

G. Thangaraj,S. Muruganantham 원광대학교 기초자연과학연구소 2022 ANNALS OF FUZZY MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS Vol.24 No.1
In this paper, the notions of fuzzy P-sets and fuzzy P'-sets in fuzzy topological spaces are introduced and several characterizations of these sets are established. A condition for the existence of fuzzy σ-nowhere dense sets in fuzzy hyperconnected spaces is obtained by means of fuzzy P-sets. The conditions under which fuzzy co-σ-boundary sets and fuzzy closed sets in fuzzy perfectly disconnected spaces become fuzzy P'-sets are established. A condition for fuzzy closed Fσ-sets in fuzzy F'-spaces to become fuzzy P'-sets is also obtained in this paper.
