<P>The exciting developments in the World Wide Web (WWW) have revived interest in computer simulation for modeling, particularly for conceiving simulation languages and building model libraries that can be assembled and executed over the Internet, and for analysis, particularly for developing simulation optimization algorithms for parallel experimentation. This paper contributes to this second stream of research by introducing a framework for Optimization via Simulation (OvS) through Parallel Replicated Discrete Event Simulation (PRDES). In particular, we combine Nested Partitions (NP) and Extended Optimal Computing Budget Allocation (EOCBA) to provide an efficient framework for PRDES experiments. The number of candidate alternatives to be evaluated can be reduced by the application of NP. EOCBA, a modification of the Optimal Computing Budget Allocation (OCBA) for PRDES, minimizes the number of simulation replications required to evaluate a particular alternative by allocating computing resources to potentially critical alternatives. We deploy web services technologies based on the Java Axis and .NET framework to create a viable infrastructure for heterogeneous PRDES systems. This approach, which receives increasing attention under the banners of `grid computing' and `cloud computing,' further promotes reusability, scalability, and interoperability. Experimental results with a prototype implementation not only furnish a proof of concept but also illustrate significant gains in simulation efficiency with PRDES. The proposed concept and techniques can also be applied to simulation models that require coordination and interoperation in heterogeneous environments, such as decentralized supply chains.</P>
서비스 수준을 유지하기 위한 대기행렬 시뮬레이션 모델 기반의 최적 필요 인력 산출에 관한 연구

In the parking lot industry, various technologies has been developing with the aim of balancing between the quality of service and the capacity of the parking lot to meet customer"s convenience. One of the typical changes is the expansion of the unmanned parking lot. Due to the limitation of unmanned technology, it is necessary to introduce the control center to raise the level of unmanned management while ensuring the service level. In this study, we propose a 3-step methodology for calculating the manpower optimization for unmanned conversion parking lot and proper manpower allocation - 1) analyzing the service process to define the manned and unmanned processes, 2) analyzing the workload by simulation with queuing theory, and 3) applying a linear programming method that minimizes the difference between the required manpower and the manpower allocation. In order to prove the actual effect of the proposed methodology of this study, the manpower optimization results were derived by using the actual data of the public parking lot of Jeonju city.

This study is to provide a simulation environment by applying only the minimum technology based on digital twin and to provide an easier decision-making environment for SMEs to introduce the innovative manufacturing process. A framework that utilizes a combination of resource library, layout design, and simulation algorithm based on digital twin technology was proposed. In order to verify the applicability and limitations of the proposed methodology, a comparison of productivity performance indicators was performed when the manual process part was replaced with a collaborative robot in the high frequency heat treatment process for saw blade manufacturing.

본 논문은 조직내에서 나타나는 상사의 비인격적 감독이 종업원들이 정보보안 정책을 준수하려는 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 영향 관계를 종업원들이 인식하는 조직공정성이 조절하는 효과도 규명하고자 하였다. 분석한 결과, 비인격적 감독은 조직 내의 정서적·사회적 유대감을 낮추고, 조직원들이 조직의 정보보안정책을 준수하려는 의도에 부정적인 영향을 끼치고 있으며 조직공정성은 비인격적 감독과 보안정책 준수의도 사이의 부정적 관계를 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 분배공정성이 높을수록 부정적 관계가 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how abusive supervision influences on security policy compliance in their work place and find moderation effects of organizational justice. The results is that abusive supervision decreases employees’ affective commitment or social bond to their organizations. And it negatively affect employees’ behavioral intent to comply with security policies. Organizational justice acts to attenuate the negative relationship between the stress from abusive supervision and willingness to comply with the security policy. Especially, distributive justice has a significant effect on decreasing the negative relationship.
