      • 그람양성구균에 대한 Teicoplanin과 Vancomycin의 시험관내 항균력

        An increasing frequency of methicillin resistant S. aureus(MRSA), methicillin resistant coagulase negative staphylococci(MRCNS) and Enterococcal infection have been observed in recent years. Teicoplanin is a new glycopeptide antibiotic obstained from the Actinoplanes teicomycetius. The molecular structure and spectrum of antimicrobial activity of teicoplanin is simillar to those of vancomycin, and has been reported to have an excellent in vitro and in vivo effect against various gram-positive infections. Therefore, we evaluated the in vitor susceptibility of gram positive cocci, such as, S. aureus, coagulase negative Staphylococci(CNS), and Enterococci to teicoplanin and vancomycin. The total 253 strains consisted of MSSA(40), MRSA(53), MSCNS(47), MRCNS(48), and Enterococci(65). They were assayed by disc diffusion and agar dilution. During the study, 57% of S. aureus and 49% of CNS showed resistance to methicillin. The inhibitory diameter of teicoplanin was 15-20mm in MSSA, 12-19mm in MRSA, 13-24mm in MSCNS, 11-23mm in MRCNS, and 15-22mm in Enterococci respectively, and showed sensitivity in all but 8 strains(3.2%). The range of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of teicoplanin to MSSA, MRSA, MSCNS, MRCNS and Enterococci were 9.12-2.0㎍/ml, 0.25-2.0㎍/ml, & 0.25-32㎍/ml, 0.12-1.0㎍/ml respectively. One case of S. haemolyticus was resistant to teicoplanin (32㎍/ml) by the agar dilution method. Eight minor (3.2%) and one major(0.4%) error was observed when the MIC and disk diffusion data were correlated with teicoplanin. As for vancomycin the inhibitory diameter was 17-21mm in MSSA, 15-21mm in MRSA, 18-26mm in MSCNS, 18-25mm in MRCNS, and 16-22mm in Enterococci respectively. The range of the MIC of vancomycin to MSSA, MRSA, MSCNS, MRCNS, and Enterococci were 0.25-1.0㎍/ml, 0.25-4.0㎍/ml, 0.5-2.0㎍/ml and 0.5-2.0㎍/ml respectively. One minor error (0.4%) was seen with the vancomycin disk. The MIC90 of MSSA and MRSA exhibited the same results in teicoplanin (1.0㎍/ml, 1.0㎍/ml), and vancomycin(2.0㎍/ml, 2.0㎍/ml). MSCNS and MRCNS exhibited greater MIC90 with teicoplanin(4.0㎍/ml, 8.0㎍/ml) than vancomycin(2.0㎍/ml, 2.0㎍/ml). Incontrase Enterococci were more susceptible to teicoplanin(0.5㎍/ml) than to vancomucin (2.0㎍/ml). Results from this analysis indicated that both teicoplanin and vancomycin were very excellent for gram positive infections, especially those resistant to methicillin.

        At the present time, the LCD (liquid crystal display) not only emitsless radiation and consumes less power, it also takes up less space allowing for a more comfortable work environment. This paper looks into characteristics of LCD's CCT. We propose the LUT (look-up table) which adjust the three primary colors'digital input value, for maintaining the fixed value of correlated color temperature. LCD's CCT is maintaining about 6500 K, which is the standard CCT of display systems. Moreover it is the same as the former LCD's luminance that LCD's with using the LUT. In addition, we confirm that the color reproducibility of LCD using the proposed LUT become much accurate than a conventional LCD.

      • 풍력용 농형유도발전기 시스템의 최적제어

        In this study, we proposed high efficiency wind power generator system for induction generator used SVPWM swiching inverter. First, we propose equivalient circuit for induction generator, it's characteristics equation, and power equation of slip. In addition, we suggest pick Power Traction Slip control methods, adapted variable wind power system. We study simulation result for the proposed system and output power by slip effect. and we identify SVPWM of suitable wind power system by comparison between SPWM and SVPWM Consequently, we show tat the system control result form variable wind power is suitable.

      • SMD 자동화 공정의 부품 혼입 방지 시스템

        SMD (surface Mount Device : Print된 기판에 부품을 장착)공정은 완전 자동화 시스템이며, 이 작업을 진행하기 위하여 백 수 십여 가지의 부품을 정해진 부품 카트리지에 삽입한 후 자동화 설비는 그에 맞는 부품을 장착하게 된다. 그러나 부품을 카트리지에 삽입하는 작업을 작업자가 하게 되는데 이는 사람이 하는 일이라 Human Error가 발생할 가능성이 높다. 본 논문에서는 Chip Mounter에 센서를 부착하여 카트리지의 탈착 여부를 실시간으로 감시하는 모니터링 시스템과 부품 카트리지에 표시된 정보를 Bar-code Reader로 판독하게 함으로서 SMD Chip 장착 자동화 공정의 부품 혼입 방지 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 장비를 현장에 투입, 실 생산활동에 활용하게 하여 해당기업의 생산성 향상에 크게 기여하고 있다.

      • 日·韓 慣用句의 比較對照 : On the Basic of Nominal Expression

        We contact with another languages which are different grammar or meonings of vecabulary itself. Korean do not feel these languages but Japanese feel much difficulty. The characters of thes concept of the idioms have to be studided in advance and two coutries use that for many year habitually form their charateristic expresson methods point of view. The concept of idioms is not yet difined. And I look at that on the basis of characters. The concepts of the idiom is created as the expressional methods for their life usage and cultural style on the base of with is fixed union of two mor words and Koreans uses naturally but forigners do not understand the words individual meaning. Therefore the purpose of this study is to indentify charcters of idioms, to investigate the present state of the Nominal Pharase which use a word of high frequen and how the meaning metaphor, hint and franster using each the concept of the Nominal idioms. Which is compared whith meaning diversion of each the Nominal Expression in two countries. The change of meaning of the Nominal Expression 「顔, 腹, 手」 is as fallow ; 顔(face) ; expressed, honor, person, a look, person relation, trust, intention, and metaphorcally represent social dignity and reputaion. 腹(abdomen) ; mind, idea, courage, boldness, anbition, and disire as a psychalogical meaning. 手(hands) ; work, skill, possession, assorciation, intercourse, power, cooperation etc. Two languages are caused by the function of the Nominal Expresson as in diversion meaning. Although two lanuages are used the same expression as composing factors around the parts of body at the meaning in diversion of the Normial idioms, but they each used many idioms as their characteristic of the meaning in diversion. Therefore studing the unique meaning diversion the Nominal Expression of the two languagus, I have considered as follow ; The idiom of 「personal relation」, the Japanese is expressed 「顔·手」, the Korean is expressed hand and foot. These expression is different from the social and human activity in fwo countries Korean is selected as the object of the parts of body for more actural expression. The idioms of 「stop a wrong」, the former is expressed 「wash the foot」, the latter is expressed 「wash the hands」. The idioms of 「be larcenous」, the former is expressed 「手」, the latter is 「bad the hand habits」. In these expression, the former is caused by visual similarity consciousness having 「長い」. Two languages are transfered to similar meaning but they are expressed each their characteristic meaning in diversion. The idioms of 「get angry」, the former is expressed 「腹」 as the composing factors around the parts of body, the latter is expressed neck. These expression is caused by parts of body which are bing into relief in angry situation, the former is expressed the top the power of the abdomen the latter is expressed the top arising form power of neck. The idioms of withdraw having responsibility, the former is experssed 「腹」, the latter is not looked entrely. From the foregoing studies, I have considered as follw ; Although two countries used many idioms as the same meaning, they each used many idioms as their characteristic the unique meaning. And the difference of idinoms in two countries much influenced conversation and understanding two languages. The difference in language of two countries was due to social, cultural and common life.

        In order to manufacture a precision mold/die by machining, users need high speed & precision mold/die machining center. So, for development of this machine, we intend to use linear motor that is instead of ball-screw, servo-motor and coupling, high-speed spindle of pressurized air journal bearing and composite materials. In this paper we research column moving type and table moving type. The former is mainly piling 3 axes on one moving body, the latter is consist of two independent carriages. Both types are available to high speed & precision machine, but we finally draw a conclusion column moving type due to an advantage of high-speed control of linear motor.

        남북상사중재위원회 운영상의 문제점과 활성화방안

        The commercial relationship between South and North Korea is defined under the concept of economic relation and cooperation. To resolve any dispute that can arise from the trade and investment relations between South and North Korea, 'Agreement on the Procedures to Resolve Commercial Arbitration of South-North Korea' came into force in August 2003. Commercial Arbitration Committee of South-North Korea will be organized as the member lists of the committee were exchanged in July 2006 between South and North Korea. This committee must become a central system to settle the trade and investment disputes between South and North Korea. North Korea's Foreign Economic Arbitration Act was enacted to provide the foreign investors with the safe measures in their investments such as dispute resolution. But this Act can not dispute the trade and investment disputes between South and North Korea. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of arbitration between South and North Korea by studying Commercial Arbitration Committee of South-North Korea introduced by Agreement on the Procedures to Resolve Commercial Arbitration of South-North Korea and Agreement on the Construction and Operation of Commercial Arbitration Committee of South-North Korea and finding the problems and solutions of Commercial Arbitration Committee of South-North Korea.

      • 임상실습에 임하는 학생들의 비강 및 피부에 분포된 포도구균과 환자병소에서 분리된 포도구균에 대한 병원성의 연관성에 관한 연구

        The authors have studied the pathogenecity of staphylococci isolated from 96 patients in Chungnam National University Hospital and Staphylococci isolated from nose and axilla of 50 medical and 50 nursing students in Chungnam National University. The authors conducted the survey from January 1986 to June 1986. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Out of staphylococci isolated from 96 patients, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were 59.4%, and 32.3%, respectively. In staphylococci isolated from nose of medical and nursing students, Staphylococcus aureus was 13.6^(male), 17.2%(female) and Staphylococcus epidermidis was 61.0%(male), 75.9%(female), respectively. 2. In the biotype of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from patients, the rate of biotype 1 was 93.5%. In the staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from nose of medical and nursing students, the rate of biotype 1 was 55.6%(male), 31.8%(female). In the axilla, the rate of biotype 1 was 56.5%(male), 52.6%(female), respectively. 3. In the biotype 1 of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from patients and control groups, enzymatic activities were more active than other biotypes. 4. Crystal violet ring test of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from patients, biotype 1 was WR type 22.6%, SR type 67.7% and DR type 3.2%. 5. To the antibiotic activities of staphylococci isolated from patients, Staphylococcus aureus was resistant to gentamycin(96.5%), penicillin(78.9%), lincomycin(47.4%) and erythromycine(35.1%). In the nose of medical students, Staphylococcus aureus was resistant to penicillin(11.9%), gentamycin(11.9%), lincomycin(6.8%) and tetracycline(5.1%). 6. In the multiple antibiotic resistance of staphylococci isolated from patients, Staphylococcus aureus was resistant to 2 antibiotics(35.1%), 3 antibiotics(17.5%), 5 antibiotics(15.8%) and, Staphylococcus epidermidis was resistant to 3 antibiotics(32.3%), 4 antibiotics(19.4%) and 5 antibiotics(16.1%).

      • 원자력발전소 증기발생기 수위 제어에 관한 연구

        About a half of Electric power is generated by nuclear power plants in korea. So, a stable operation of nuclear power plant is very important for suppling the essential national eletric power. A S/G (Steam Generator) level control is the most difficult system in PWR(Pressurized Water Reactor) nuclear power plant. Because of the non-linear and the non-nominal response of S/G level control, it is very difficult to control the level by automatic mode or manual mode. The goal of this study is to establish and verify a advanced control alogorithm by analyzing, modeling, stability calculation, controller parameter calculation, simulation for S/G level control system. The response of a S/G level was analyzed and understood mathmatically by modeling. Some parameters of nuclear power plant were analyzed by modeling and used to simulate the S/G level control. The S/G level control system was tested and analyzed with the S/G level model, the result of the analyzing the control loop is unstable with the present control parameters. The Nyquist mapping method was used to analyze the stability of a control loop. The phase crossover frequency is calculated and applied to verify the stability of a control loop. By calculation of a control parameter which let the phase crossover point be allways in the stability region with the phase crossover frequency, the control loop applied the caulation control parameter is also stable. The S/G level control is more stable and faster by appling the feed-forward control with the calculated control parameter. The result of this study may be applied to analyze and approve the S/G level control system of the nuclear power plants.
