레고식 차도블록 시스템은 시설물의 설치 및 유지보수를 위한 도로굴착공사지에서 조립된 구조블록을 사용한 임시포장면을 형성하여 차량 및 보행자의 안전한 통행이 가능하도록 개발된 시스템이다. 레고식 차도블록 시스템의 재료적 품질시험, 미끄럼저항시험 및 압축시험을 통해 기초성능에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 현장시험을 통해 레고식 차도블록 시스템의 도로지반 다짐성능을 검토하고 평가하였다. 그 결과, 도로복구를 위한 레고식 차도블록 시스템의 성능 및 다짐 효과는 우수한 것으로 나타났다. Lego block system forms a temporary pavement area using the assembled structure block in the road excavation work for the maintenance and installation of facilities. This system was developed for a safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians. A study on the fundamental performance of a lego block system was performed through material quality, sliding resistance and compression tests. And compaction performance of ground on the road was reviewed and evaluated through field tests. As a result, a lego block system for road recovery showed the excellent performance and compaction effect.
Identification of a Novel Oxadiazole Inhibitor of Mammalian Target of Rapamycin

We performed a biochemical screen against mTOR using in-house small molecule library. Two novel, structurally distinct hits were identified. Among them, a novel oxadiazole scaffold compound (2) suppressed the phosphorylation of both S6K1 and Akt1 in HeLa cells. Docking study suggested that 2 is ATP-competitive and shows a pi-pi interaction with Trp2239 and hydrogen bonds with Trp2239 and Thr2245. Through derivatization, a slightly more potent analogue (2a) was identified with IC50 of 9.6 ?M. Our study provides a starting point for discovery of novel potent mTOR inhibitors.

가상화폐 규제의 구조와 변수: 비트코인 규제 영향요인 비교 연구

정치경제적 측면에서 국가화폐 신뢰 저하, 네트워크 사회의 대안운동 그리고 비트코인에 대한 도입논란 환경에서 비트코인에 대한 각국의 규제는 허용, 신중, 불가, 무반응으로 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 이 글은 이러한 규제수준과 ICT, 금융·경제, 정치적 요인간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 제도적 반응이 가장 활발하게 나타난 2014년 당시 58개 국의 규제 수준이다. 심층분석 결과, 세 요인의 여러 지수 가운데, 특히, ICT 발전지수가 높고, GDP가 높으며, 국제자금세탁방지기구 가입국일수록 비트코인에 대해 허용적인 반응을 보이는 것을 밝혔다. 그리하여, 국가화폐의 위기 구조 속에 나타나는 새로운 가상화폐에 대한 제도적 반응은 기술, 경제, 정치의 복합적 구조로 구성되고 있음을 강조하였다. 앞으로도 네트워크 사회에서 지속적으로 대안화폐 실험이 지속되는 가운데, 대안화폐의 가능성에 대한 분석적 지표를 제시하고, 단순한 경제나 기술요인이 아닌 정치적 요인까지 고려해야 한다는 것을 강조함으로써 새로운 화폐유통환경을 과학적으로 분석하고자 하였다. In the context of a decreasing credibility of national currency, alternative movements of network society and increasing controversy surrounding the introduction of Bitcoin, there have been such different state regulations on Bitcoin as allowance, caution and ignorance. This article analyses these different types of regulation in relation with ICT, financial economy and political factors. It deals with the level of regulations of 58 countries in 2014 when many states actively responded to Bitcoin. This research shows that the countries in which ICT is highly developed, whose GDP is high, and which is a member of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) tend to respond to Bitcoin in a more permissive manner. In this respect, an institutional response to new virtual currencies is constructed by a complex structure of technology, economy and politics in the context of a crisis of national currency. Therefore, in order to analyse the experiments of alternative currencies that tend to be continued in the future, we need to construct an analytical index of possibility of alternative currencies, focusing on political factors as well as technological and economic ones.

Effects of the inhibitors of DNA metabolism such as aphidicolin(APC), dideoxythymidine triphosphate(ddTTP), and novobiocine(NOVO), and Saponin (Panax ginseng) on the frequencies of chromosome aberrations and sister chromatid exchanges(SCEs) were examined in Chinese hamster ovary cells which treated with adriamycin(ADR) and post-treated with the inhibitors and saponin. The frequencies of chromosome aberrations were increased according to dose increment of ADR. The frequencies of SCEs was slightly increased by treatment of ADR alone. None of these inhibitors and saponin alone showed any induction of chromosome aberrations and SCEs. APC, ddTTP, NOVO and saponin did not affect chromosome aberrations induced by ADR. The saponin affected the SCEs induced by ADR plus NOVO.
Anti-Developmental Effects of Imazosulfuron on Zebrafish Embryos During Development

Imazosulfuron is globally considered as a relatively safe herbicide that controls plant growth by interfering with amino acid synthesis. It is stable, persists in the soil, and has low toxicity; however, studies about the toxic effects of imazosulfuron on non-targeted aquatic vertebrates are scarce. In this study, imazosulfuron was able to induce acute lethality on zebrafish embryos within 48 h. Imazosulfuron also had adverse effects on heartbeats and induced abnormal development with pericardial edema and scoliosis. Moreover, apoptosis and oxidative stress were increased by imazosulfuron in a dose-dependent manner. Thus, all our results showed that imazosulfuron has toxic effects on zebrafish embryogenesis.
