기업경영과 창의성은 중소기업이든 대기업이든 또한 영세 소상인이든 그 규모나 재정능력의 차이에도 불구하고 경영이라는 그 자체가 창의성과 따로 생각할 수 있는 관계가아님을 우리는 알고 있다. 이런 맥락에서 중소기업경영과 창의력은 불가분(不可分)의 관계이다. 중소기업은 그 태생적 한계로 발생할 수밖에 없는 중소기업의 당면과제나 단점을 보완하기 위해서 다음과 같은 노력을 해야 한다. 중소기업 혹은 중소기업 경영인은 한 국가의 경제적인 활동에 막중한 영향을 미친다는 책임의식을 가지고, 창의적인 노력과 경쟁력 있는 중소기업 경영으로 국민 경제활동에 부담요인으로 작용하지 않도록 하여야 한다. 또한 중소기업이 안고 있는 당면한 과제들 즉, 낮은 기술력 및 생산성, 글로벌경쟁력 결핍, 부족한 자금력, 불안한 고용유지력, 독자적인 판매경로 확보, 산업구조의 네트워크 최 하단 부위로서의 열악한 거래관행, 3D업의 기피성 등 심화되고 있는 중소기업의 경영난을 극복하기 위해서 유일하고도 가장 효과적인 대안으로 창의성을 개발하여야 한다. 최고경영자의 경영방침에서부터 현장작업자의 일상적 작업에 이르기까지 창의적인 사고방식과 혁신정신으로 새로운 창조에 도전하는 자세가 필요하다. It is a well-known fact that the efficient management of a corporation, regardless of its size and financial capacity, is closely related to it creativity. In other words, the efficient management of small and medium enterprises depends on creativity. To efficiently cope with urgent problems and strengthen their weaknesses that are bound to ensue due to their limited resources, small and medium enterprises are to do the following. The managers of small and medium businesses should first realize that their activities play an important role in the economy of the country, and this recognition should lead them to behave responsibly to prevent their enterprises from being a burden to the economy of the nation. In addition, they should develop the most efficient creativity to help overcome the aggravating management problems of small and medium enterprises such as rudimentary levels of technology, low productivity, lack of globally competing power, insufficient capital, unstable employment of workforce, monopolization of markets, and unsophisticated business dealings caused by their bottom status of the business pyramid. Everyone involved from a CEO who decides on the management policy of the company down to workers who run the machinery should develop creative and innovative attitude so they can face new challenges.

<P>Rheumatoid synoviocytes, which consist of fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) and synovial macrophages (SMs), are crucial for the progression of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Particularly, FLSs of RA patients (RA-FLSs) exhibit invasive characteristics reminiscent of cancer cells, destroying cartilage and bone. RA-FLSs and SMs originate differently from mesenchymal and myeloid cells, respectively, but share many pathologic functions. However, the molecular signatures and biological networks representing the distinct and shared features of the two cell types are unknown. We performed global transcriptome profiling of FLSs and SMs obtained from RA and osteoarthritis patients. By comparing the transcriptomes, we identified distinct molecular signatures and cellular processes defining invasiveness of RA-FLSs and proinflammatory properties of RA-SMs, respectively. Interestingly, under the interleukin-1β (IL-1β)–stimulated condition, the RA-FLSs newly acquired proinflammatory signature dominant in RA-SMs without losing invasive properties. We next reconstructed a network model that delineates the shared, RA-FLS–dominant (invasive), and RA-SM–dominant (inflammatory) processes. From the network model, we selected 13 genes, including periostin, osteoblast-specific factor (POSTN) and twist basic helix–loop–helix transcription factor 1 (TWIST1), as key regulator candidates responsible for FLS invasiveness. Of note, POSTN and TWIST1 expressions were elevated in independent RA-FLSs and further instigated by IL-1β. Functional assays demonstrated the requirement of POSTN and TWIST1 for migration and invasion of RA-FLSs stimulated with IL-1β. Together, our systems approach to rheumatoid synovitis provides a basis for identifying key regulators responsible for pathological features of RA-FLSs and -SMs, demonstrating how a certain type of cells acquires functional redundancy under chronic inflammatory conditions.</P>

High oil prices have a huge impact on various industries, businesses and individuals daily lives. In addition, it is expected that various means of transportation using eco-friendly power will gradually increase due to the intensification of regulations on greenhouse gas emissions of existing internal combustion engines. Among them, small mobility is expected to gradually increase in demand as one of the economical and convenient short-distance transportation means due to the steady increase in single-person households. For this, lightweight technology is required. Therefore, in this study, we will look into the lightweight bumper structure that integrates the steel hood and fender with the plastic bumper among the current vehicle body exterior panels.

In the past, radiator grilles in internal combustion engine vehicles were one of the important roles of engine cooling. However, as the paradigm changes from internal combustion vehicles to electric vehicles, the engine cooling role of radiator grilles is gradually decreasing. Therefore, the design of the radiator grilles, a key element of automobile exterior design, is also expected to change. As one of them, the lighting grille, which applies LED lighting to the radiator grille, can differentiate design and improve high-quality in appearance compared to existing internal combustion engines. Therefore, this study examines the concept and design focus reviews of lighting grilles that are expected to be expanded in electric vehicles in the future. Furthermore, we will look at matters that require additional review and preparation for the development of lighting grilles.
