치 위생사들의 수행업무 실태조사 : 보건소 및 보건지소를 중심으로

This study is performed to find the current trends and the desired roles of dental hygienists who are working at the public health centers or it's branches in Korea and to suggest the ideal roles of public health dental hygienists as from dental assisting at present to playing the roles of preventive dentistry affairs in the future. 242 dental hygienists who were working at the public health centers were joind for this study with questionare method and be asked such points as the situations that they are working, present roles they are doing and the desirable roles that they want. The obtained results are as folliwings. 1. 65.8% of dental hygienists were working at the dental clinic of the public health centers and 25.6% of dental hygienists were proved that they were doing the indifferent jobs for dental hygienists. 2. The main role of the public health dental hyginist was rerealed the chairside dental assisting at presnt, and 35.7% of them desired to take a role of preventive dentistry works and 37.2% of them hope to task the oral health education at primary schools. 3. The most of public health dental hygienists deired to focus taking such roles as fluoride mouthrinsing program, oral health education, toothbrushing instruction, pit & fissure sealing, management of school dental clinic and oral health survey, even though they had not been performing the works so much.

According to information communication business faces with competitions in a various spheres with the development of multimedia and information communication, the time when we have to make an effort to improve a quality comes from an era when we devote ourselves to quantitative expansion. we will try to perform quality assessments of real-time interactive multimedia service, and so on - in this research and present criteria of new subjective quality assessments which is fit on Korea by analyzing examples of ITU-T and foreign countries and Korea.

This paper researched the scale of subjective speech quality measurement over VoIP(Voice over IP) service which is a component of broadband networks. Though objective parameters of multimedia services like PSNR or Jitter can be easily measured and defined. those factors are not easily met the users' perceptual recognition. It is suggested that the scale of speech quality measurement through the subjective measurement is more adequate for end-to-end speech quality which is composed of sender-side quality. transmission quality. receiver-side quality. which provides the degree of correctness in speakers' representation. the degree of impairment caused by various factors. and the degree of recognition processed speech. respectively. It's also examined by the proposed method and verified by it's availability.

24주간 추적하는 임상 연구에서 한국인 남자 알코올 의존 환자의 비재발률

Objetives : In order to provide useful data tbr the further clinical studies with Korean alcohol-dependent patients, enrollment and non-relapse rates were investigated while alcohol-dependent patients wcre followed up for 24 weeks. Methods : The subjects of this study were alcohol-dependent male patients who, for the first time, visited a hospital among 3 groups of hospitals, University Hospital, General Hospital or Mental Hospital, or those who needed to be followed up after discharge from those hospitals. After assigning 12 subjects to each hospital, we investigated enrollment and non-relapse rates while cognitive-behavioral therapy and pharmacotherapy were provided. Results : 1) Forty-eight patients were enrolled and the rate of enrollment was 36.4%. The enrollment rate in the University Hospital group was 52.1%, in the General Hospital group 50.0%. and in the Mental Hospital group 10.4%. 2) In 48 patients, non-relapse rate was 27.1% at 12 week and 18.8% at 24 weeks after starting follow-up. It was 24.4% and 20.0% at 12 and 24 weeks, repectively, in the University Hospital group while the General Hospital group showed 33.3% and 16.7%, respectively, and the Mental Hospital Group showed 20.0% at both 12 and 24 weeks. Conclusion : These results provide important data for further clinical studies of Korean alcohol-dependent patients.

정확한 Closed-Form 그린함수를 이용한 코플래너 도파로 불연속 해석

실수축 상의 적분 방법에 의한 정확한 closed-form 그린함수를 이용하여 코플래너 도파로의 불연속에 대한 공간영역 full-wave 해석을 하였다. MPIE(Mixed Potential Integral Eqution)를 풀기 위한 수치계산 방법으로는 삼각형 요소를 이용한 갤러킨 방법을 사용하였다. 경계면에서 삼각형 요소상의 기저함수로는 선형함수를 사용하였으며, 관측점과 전원점이 일치하는 특이점 근방의 적분 계산을 위해 면적분을 선적분 형태로 바꾸어 피적분 함수의 특이점이 사라지도록 하는 해석적인 방법을 사용하였다. 실수축 적분방법에 의한 그린함수를 이용함으로써 불연속에 대한 정확한 특성을 구하였다. By using accurate closed-form Green's functions obtained from real-axis integration method, the full-wave analysis of CPW discontinuities are performed in space domain. In solving MPIE(Mixed Potetial Integral Equation), Galerkin's scheme is employed with the linear basis functions on the truangular elements in air-dielectric boundary. In the singular integral arising when the observation point and source point coincides, the surface integral is transformed into the line integral and the integral is evaluated by regular integration. By using the green's function from the real-axis integration method, the discontinuities are characterized accurately.

健脾益氣法의 腫瘍治療活用에 對한 硏究

In review of "inviorating spleen an supplementing qi" of clinical and experimental studies on malignant tumor, we obtained the conclusions as follows 1. Asthenic splenic qi is an important factor in mutation, occurrence and development of tumor. 2. The anti-tumor mechanism of "invigorating spleen and supplementing qi" is improvement of immune suveillance, cntroling cell proliferating period and enhancing body metabolism. 3. "Invigorating spleen and supplementing qi" is often used with " nourishing kidney" or "expelling pathogen" for treating cnacer. 4. In experimental studies, "invigorating spleen and supplementing qi" has effects on inhibiting occurrence and development of tumor, protecting mutation, inhibiting recurrence and metastasis, immune activity, enhancing metabolism, promoting bone marrow hemopoietic cell proliferation, increasing anti-tumor effect and protecting normal cells. 5. In clinical studies, "invigorating spleen and supplementing qi" has effects on prolonging the survival period of cancer patients, improving clinical symptoms and quality of life of cancer patients, degrading the side effects of western therapie(operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy). 6. "Invigorating spleen and supplementing qi" is an extensive discipline of syndrome differentiation used to inhibit occurence, development, recurrence and metastasis.

호텔레스토랑 부서간 갈등지각 수준에 관한 연구

The objective of this research is to determine the issues related to the internal hotel restaurant management conflicts especially between front line employees and back stage employees. In addition, it is the purpose of this research to measure the level of inter-departmental disputes within different hotel divisions and to offer an effective solution to managing these inter-departmental conflicts. In order to accomplish this research objective, authors, have established non-managerial level employees of food & beverage department and food preparation department of top-class hotels in Seoul. Furthermore, authors propose to study this subject base in order to determine cause and effect of inter-departmental conflicts as presented in this research.

The use of cyclosporine(CsA), a potent immunosuppressive agent, is associated with numerous side effects. Neurotoxicity was earlier less well known, but with growing experience central nervous system side effects are now reported up to 40% of patients. Among various CsA-induced neurotoxicities, tremor is most common and posterior leukoencephalopathy is well characterized. An encephalopathy presenting with pyramidal weakness, however, seems to be rare and poorly documented. We report here a case of encephalopathy presenting with multiple generalized seizures followed by fluctuating quadriparesis developed a few days after starting CsA and resolved spontaneously after withdrawal of the drug . A 48-year-old woman with aplastic anemia was placed upon immmunosuppressive treatment consisting of antithymocyte globulin(ATG), CsA, and methylprednisolone. Two days after starting the therapy, she developed a generalized seizure. The next day she developed 2 more episodes of seizure and the therapy was stopped. Computed tomogram of the brain was normal. Six days after starting therapy, she developed mild motor weakness and paresthesia of both lower extremities, which progressed to a definite quariparesis confining her to a bed in 3 days. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of the brain revealed asymmetric, bilateral high-signal abnormalites in the subcortical white matter of fronto-temporal areas. After reaching to a maximum with some fluactuation(14 days after starting the therapy) the motor weakness started to be resolved. She was discharged with a almost complete resolution of the weakness 45 days after starting the therapy. Five months later she did well and brain MRI was negative.

난연성 FREP에 의한 철근콘크리트 보의 전단보강 성능평가

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the shear strengthening effects of the iFREP(incombustible Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Panel) to the reinforced concrete members and to provide the basic design recommendation for shear strengthening. The main variable were the thickness of iFREP, the amount of stirrup and the type of strengthening. Thirteen specimens were tested under static monotonic loading. From the test results, it was shown that the failure mode of RC beams which are strengthened by iFREP was governed by the delamination of iFREP. The shear capacity of beams strengthened by iFREP can be determined as the summation of the shear strengths provided by concrete, stirrup, and iFREP The shear strength by iFREP should be calculated based on the effective strain of iFREP. Also, the shear strengthening effects of specimen with two-side bonded iFREP is similar to those of specimen with three-side bonded iFREP (U-TYPE).
