본 연구에서는 Multi-Port 그레인의 PE, PMMA 연료와 GOX 산화제를 적용한 하이브리드 로켓의 연소 특성과 연소가 진행됨에 따라 이루어지는 연료 포트 병합에 따른 연소 특성을 연구하였다. 연료 내부로의 열전도와 연소실 압력의 증가로 인해 Multi-Port 연료의 후퇴율이 Single-Port 연료의 후퇴율보다 높으며, 연료 포트 병합으로 인한 연소 면적의 급격한 변화가 연소 성능에 영향을 끼침을 확인하였다. An experimental investigation was conducted to clarify the combustion characteristics and merge characteristics of PMMA-GOX and PE-GOX hybrid motor using multi-port fuel grain configuration. The regression rate of multi-port fuel grain is higher than the regression rate of single-port fuel grain by thermal conduction and chamber pressure. The merge of multi-port has an effect on hybrid rocket performance by change of a combustion area.

국내 플라스틱 사용량이 증가함에 따라 쓰고 버려지는 폐플라스틱 문제가 국제사회의 환경 위협요인으로 부상하고 있다. 폐플라스틱으로 인한 환경오염, 해양의 미세플라스틱 등의 문제가 발생함에 따라 폐풀라스틱을 처리하기 위한 순환경제 전략이 필요한 실정이다. 최근 폐플라스틱을 처리하기 위한 방법으로 폐플라스틱 열분해가 주목받고 있다. 열분해는 무산소 조건에 서 폐폴라스틱을 가열함으로써 고분자 화합물을 저분자 화합물로 분해하여 재활용이 가능한 열분해오일을 생산하는 공정으로 환경부에서는 2030년까지 폐플라스틱의 열분해 처리비중을 10%로 확대한다는 계획을 발표한 바 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 열분해 시설에서 배출되는 공정 및 배출가스를 채취하여 가스상 9개, 입자상 7개 물질의 실측값에 대기환경보전법 시행규칙 별표8 의 대기오염물질의 배출허용기준 올 준용하여 환경성 평가를 수행함으로써 환경성 평가를 위한 기초 자료를 마련하고자 하였다.

현재 국내에서 폐기물처리시설 설치 및 정기검사가 가능한 기관은 「폐기물관리법」 제 30 조의 2 에 따라 환경부령으로 정한 기관 또는 단체등 검사기관으로 규정이 되어 있으며, 시설별 검사가 시행되고 있다. 폐기물처리시설 검사대상 시설은 「폐기물관리법 시행규칙」 제 41 조에 따라 소각시설, 매립시설, 멸균분쇄, 음식물류 폐기물처리시설, 시멘트소성로, 소각열회수시설, 열분해시설 등 총 7 개 분야로 분류되어 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 「폐기물처리시설의 검사방법에 관한 규정」 (국립환경과학원고시 제 2023 ― 14 호) [별표 1 폐기물소각시설의 세부검사방법], [별표 6 소각열회수시설의 세부검사방법], [별표7 열분해시설의 세부검사방법]의 검사기준 및 세부검사방법을 설명하고자 한다.

The use of plastics is increasing every year due to their excellent properties and convenience, and the production and use of disposable plastics, especially for delivery and packaging containers, has increased due to the COVID—19 pandemic. This increase in usage has led to an increase in waste plastics, which has led to a sharp increase in social interest in useful recycling rather than incineration and landfill, and a need for appropriate disposal. Pyrolysis process technology, one of the chemical recycling methods, is a process technology that reductively decomposes waste plastics at medium to high temperatures between 400°C and 600°C under oxygen-free conditions to break the carbon chains of high molecular compounds and decompose them into low molecular compounds to produce oil and gas. Pyrolysis facilities using domestic waste plastics are either continuous or batch type, and it is necessary to evaluate the environmental performance by qualitatively analyzing the process gas and emission gas generated according to the various operating conditions of each facility. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the environmental performance of waste plastic pyrolysis process technology and discuss the direction of waste plastic pyrolysis process technology.

Globally, the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is increasing due to the rapid development of industry and COVID—19. In response, developed countries have established greenhouse gas reduction targets and basic plans as a long—term strategy for carbon neutrality, and South Korea has also promoted various policies. In particular, the Ministry of Environment of South Korea has expanded the recycling subsidy unit price and subsidy allocation ratio to focus on plastic materials and chemical recycling to expand high-value recycling, and has reorganized facility classification and prepared recycling standards by shifting from landfill and incineration to pyrolysis. Currently, most pyrolysis technologies in South Korea are batch-type facilities, and operating conditions and post-treatment processes vary by company. Therefore, this study aims to identify the characteristics of waste inputs to existing pyrolysis facilities and the characteristics of products according to the post—treatment process.
야제 환아의 한의치료에 대한 질적 연구 - 주양육자의 서술을 중심으로 -

Objectives This study sets out to examine treatment experiences of child patients with night crying based on the traditional Korean medicine. Also, the study traces the process in which clients chose traditional Korean medicine treatment, and proposes a possible future direction of Korean medicine treatment. Methods The investigator conducted a semi-standardized open-ended question interview with two main fosterers of a child who received traditional Korean medicine treatment for night crying, and examined two fosterers' experiences of a child with the traditional Korean medicine treatment. Their interviews were recorded with their facial expressions and acts for analysis. Collected data was analyzed based on the Grounded theory. Results The participants felt a sense of responsibility, worry, and fear for their children with night crying. They had easy access to traditional Korean medicine doctors who were in the community and had positive experiences with traditional Korean medicine treatment. They reported that some people had been forced to use traditional Korean medicine, had misunderstandings about traditional Korean medicine, and had prejudice that night crying is not a disease. They felt there was a room for improvement in terms of the high medical expenses and the absence of a cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine. Conclusions As the first qualitative study on night crying based on the traditional Korean medicine treatment, this study proposed a future direction for traditional Korean medicine treatment for night crying in the shoes of fosterers. The findings showed that the fosterers chose traditional Korean medicine treatment for night crying child based on their feelings, accessibility and experiences with traditional Korean medicine. Fosterers felt a need for improvement of the general public's perceptions about Korean medicine treatment on night crying, and a cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine.
폐플라스틱 열분해시설 에너지회수효율 산정을 위한 방열손실 산정 연구

Korea is promoting a policy to switch from landfill and incineration to pyrolysis in order to complete a circular economy through recycling, and has revised subordinate laws of the Waste Management Act and established a new inspection method for pyrolysis facilities. However, in the case of pyrolysis facilities, unlike incineration and incineration heat recovery facilities, policies related to subsidies such as tax reductions for energy recovery have not been activated. Therefore, we conducted a study to prepare an incentive payment plan that reflects the effect of replacing fossil fuels. In addition, we secured basic data for the calculation of recovery efficiency by energy source for waste energy production and utilization facilities, and proposed a method for measuring and calculating heat loss, which is one of the methods for calculating the heat balance of pyrolysis facilities.
