      • Impact of new technologies on manufacturing industry- An analysis of logistics companies in Japan -

        본연구는 최신 IT 기술(인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷)이 제조업에 끼치는 영향에 대한 분석이다. 일본의 제조업을 대표하는 도요타 자동차가 2016년에 미국 실리콘 밸리에, 인공지능 기술에 관한 R&D 거점 회사를 설립했다. 미국기업은 물론, 일본에서도 최신 IT 기술에 관한 조직을 신설하는 기업이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 구체적으로 어떻게 IT 기술을 접목시켜 경영에 활용하는가에 대해서는 사회과학적논의가 아직 불충분하다. 그래서 본연구는 최신 IT 기술이 제조업에 끼치는 영향에 관해, 서플라이 체인의 최전선인 일본의 물류기업 히타치물류가 타사와의 차별화를 위해 준비하고 있는 “스마트 로지스틱 (logistic 4.0)” 개발 사례를 통해서, 프로세스와 효과, 활용방법 등을 밝힌다. 더나아가 이러한 최신 IT 기술이 히타치물류 업무 프로세스에 미치는 영향도 분석했다. 스마트 로지스틱 (logistic 4.0)은 최신 IT 기술을 이용해, 물류기업에 있어 중점 개선사항이라고 생각되는 1) 창고ㆍ서플라이 체인의 설계와 활용, 2) 거점간 운송 최적화, 3) 창고작업 효율화, 4) 물류정보의 가시화, 5) 현장개선책에 긍정적 효과를 가져와, 결과적으로 히타치물류는 물류 서비스를 이용하는 고객들에게 스마트 로지스틱 4.0 을 활용한 제안이 가능하게 됐다. 그리고 이러한 스마트 로지스틱 (logistic 4.0) 도입은 고객에 제공하는 서비스의 진화뿐만이 아니라, 히타치물류의 기존 업무 프로세스의 변화에도 영향을 미치고 있음을 인터뷰 조사를 통해서 규명했다.

        Dirac Phenomenological Analyses of 1.047-GeV Proton Inelastic Scatterings from 62Ni and 64Ni

        Unpolarized 1.047-GeV proton inelastic scatterings from the Ni isotopes 62Ni and 64Ni are analyzed phenomenologically employing an optical potential model and the first-order collective model in the relativistic Dirac coupled channel formalism. The Dirac equations are reduced to Schrodingerlike second-order differential equations, and the effective central and spin-orbit optical potentials are analyzed by considering the mass-number dependence. The multistep excitation via the 2+ state is found to be important for the 4+ state excitation in the ground state rotational band for proton inelastic scatterings from the Ni isotopes. The calculated deformation parameters for the 2+ and the 4+ states of the ground state rotational band and for the first 3 state are found to agree pretty well with those obtained from nonrelativistic calculations.

        Practice and Evaluation of Blended Learning with Cross-Cultural Distance Learning in a Foreign Language Class: Using Mix Methods Data Analysis

        The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) utilization in Chinese as a second foreign language has mainly been focused on Learning Management System (LMS), digital material development, and quantitative analysis of learners`` grammatical knowledge. There has been little research that has analyzed the effectiveness of cross-cultural distance learning by the mixed methods. In this study, Chinese classes were instructed with blended learning which has three phases such as classroom teaching, Web-Based Training, and Cross-Cultural Distance Learning. This practice was based on an instructional design and a motivational design. This study aimed to explore the outcome of learning and learners`` experiences with the mixed methods. A quantitative analysis shows that Japanese students have already had high motivation from the beginning, and that learners who are anxious about communication skills have gained confidence through the interaction practices. As a qualitative analysis result, learners failed to communicate with Chinese students and felt that they lacked vocabulary, but experienced the use of Chinese in authentic contexts through the synchronous face-to-face interaction. They also improved in aggressiveness and motivation for learning Chinese. They fixed words and sentences which were learned in the classroom in the process of talking to different partners. All participants enjoyed the rare chance of interaction between young native speakers, and formed a positive impression of them.

        Dirac Coupled-channel Analyses of the High-lying Excited States at 22Ne(p,p0)22Ne

        Dirac phenomenological coupled-channel analyses are performed by using an optical potential model for the high-lying excited vibrational states at 800-MeV unpolarized proton inelastic scatterings from 22Ne nucleus. Lorentz-covariant scalar and time-like vector potentials are used as direct optical potentials, and the first-order vibrational collective model is used for the transition optical potentials to describe the high-lying excited vibrational collective states. The complicated Dirac coupled-channel equations are solved phenomenologically by using a sequential iteration method by varying the optical potential and the deformation parameters. Relativistic Dirac coupled-channel calculations are able to describe the high-lying excited states of the vibrational bands in 22Ne clearly better than the nonrelativistic coupled-channel calculations. The channel-coupling effects of the multistep process for the excited states of the vibrational bands are investigated. The deformation parameters obtained from the Dirac phenomenological calculations for the high-lying vibrational excited states in 22Ne are found to agree well with those obtained from the nonrelativistic calculations using the same Woods-Saxon potential shape.

        Dirac Coupled Channel Analyses of the 2− Gamma Vibrational Band Excitation in 20Ne

        Dirac coupled channel analyses are performed using the optical potential model for the highlyingexcited states that belong to the 2− gamma vibrational band for 800 MeV unpolarized protoninelastic scatterings from 20Ne. First-order vibrational collective models are used to obtain thetransition optical potentials to describe the high-lying excited vibrational collective states, andLorentz-covariant scalar and time-like vector potentials are used as direct optical potentials. Thecomplicated Dirac coupled channel equations are solved phenomenologically to reproduce the differentialcross section data by varying the optical potential and the deformation parameters andby using the minimum chi-square method. Relativistic Dirac coupled channel calculation is ableto describe the excited states of the 2− gamma vibrational band in 20Ne much better than thenonrelativistic coupled channel calculation, especially for the 2− and the 3− states of the band. The multistep excitation process via channel coupling with the 3− state is shown to be essential indescribing the excitation of the 2− state, and the pure direct transition from the ground state isdominant for the excitation of the 3− state at the 2− gamma vibrational band in 20Ne.

        Energetic electron generation and Weibel-type magnetic field generation with ultraintense laser pulses in overdense plasmas

        The interaction of high intensity laser pulses with overdense plasmas is studied by threedimensional particle-in-cell simulations. Self-generated magnetic fields are observed in the plasma target owing to Weibel-type instability. The growth rates of the self-generated magnetic field in our simulation are in good agreement with the results of our theoretical calculations.
