Sharing of online videos via internet is an emerging and important concept in different types of applications like surveillance and video mobile search in different web related applications. So there is need to manage personalized web video retrieval system necessary to explore relevant videos and it helps to peoples who are searching for efficient video relates to specific big data content. To evaluate this process, attributes/features with reduction of dimensionality are computed from videos to explore discriminative aspects of scene in video based on shape, histogram, and texture, annotation of object, co-ordination, color and contour data. Dimensionality reduction is mainly depends on extraction of feature and selection of feature in multi labeled data retrieval from multimedia related data. Many of the researchers are implemented different techniques/approaches to reduce dimensionality based on visual features of video data. But all the techniques have disadvantages and advantages in reduction of dimensionality with advanced features in video retrieval. In this research, we present a Novel Intent based Dimension Reduction Semi-Supervised Learning Approach (NIDRSLA) that examine the reduction of dimensionality with explore exact and fast video retrieval based on different visual features. For dimensionality reduction, NIDRSLA learns the matrix of projection by increasing the dependence between enlarged data and projected space features. Proposed approach also addressed the aforementioned issue (i.e. Segmentation of video with frame selection using low level features and high level features) with efficient object annotation for video representation. Experiments performed on synthetic data set, it demonstrate the efficiency of proposed approach with traditional state-of-the-art video retrieval methodologies.

Biopolymers, such as deoxyribonucleic acid-hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (DNA-CTMA) and bovine serum albumin-polyvinyl alcohol (BSA-PVA), were studied using a novel capacitive test structure. A variety of external electrical stimuli were applied, including a low frequency alternating current signal and a rf/microwave frequency signal combined with a DC bias. The dynamic responses of the DNA-based biopolymer to the external stimuli are presented in this paper. The electrical transport measurements support the space-charge-limited conduction and the low frequency capacitance–voltage (CV) measurements showed large depletion layer capacitance at the Au–biopolymer interface, at 20 Hz, and the capacitance approaching bulk values at 1 MHz. Electric force microscopy (EFM) was utilized for visualization of charge dynamics and to examine the effect of DC bias combined with an AC signal. Ionic charges in the DNA-CTMA system seem to be responsible for the dynamic response to the various external electrical stimuli.

18F-FDG PET/CT imaging is an established imaging modality for cancer staging and response assessment. Its role in identifying infective and inflammatory pathologies from malignancy is debated. Dual time- point imaging is a refined technique used to overcome this interpretational dilemma. We present a 59 year old male with an unknown primary malignancy who was referred for a 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging. Images revealed primary lung malignancy with co existing bilateral renal tuberculosis which otherwise would have gone amiss or would have been considered as metastases.

<P>Soybean is a recalcitrant crop to Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation. Development of highly efficient, reproducible, and genotype-independent transformation protocol is highly desirable for soybean genetic improvement. Hence, an improved Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation protocol has been developed for cultivar PK 416 by evaluating various parameters including Agrobacterium tumefaciens strains (LBA4404, EHA101, and EHA105 harboring pCAMBIA1304 plasmid), sonication duration, vacuum infiltration pressure, and vacuum duration using cotyledonary node explants of soybean prepared from 7-day-old seedlings. The transformed plants were successfully developed through direct organogenesis system. Transgene expression was assessed by GUS histochemical and gfp visual assays, and integration was analyzed by PCR and Southern blot hybridization. Among the different combinations and durations evaluated, a maximum transformation efficiency of 18.6 % was achieved when the cotyledonary node explants of cv. PK 416 were sonicated for 20 s and vacuum infiltered for 2 min at 250 mmHg in A. tumefaciens EHA105 suspension. The amenability of the standardized protocol was tested on four more soybean cultivars JS 90-41, Hara Soy, Co 1, and Co 2 in which all the cultivars responded favorably with transformation efficiency ranging from 13.3 to 16.6 %. The transformation protocol developed in the present study would be useful to transform diverse soybean cultivars with desirable traits.</P>
Enhancement of photoresponse and photovoltaic properties in KBiFe2O5/BiFeO3 bilayer thin films

In this report, the performance of a new photovoltaic device configuration in which bilayer KBiFe2O5 (KBFO)/BiFeO3 (BFO) as absorber materials have been investigated and compared with the single active layer-based devices of BFO and KBFO. The obtained short-circuit current density of 58.81 μAcm−2, open-circuit voltage of 0.65 V, and power conversion efficiency of 0.014 % for the complete photovoltaic device glass/FTO/KBFO/BFO/Ag are comparatively higher than that of glass/FTO/BFO/Ag and glass/FTO/KBFO/Ag devices. It has been observed that the active bilayer KBFO/BFO shows switchable photoresponse with respect to positive and negative polarities. This work may offer the procedures for further optimizing the photo absorber layer, thereby improving the performances of multiferroic-based devices for ferroelectric photovoltaic applications.

The aim of the present paper is to introduce the concept "Finite dimension" in the theory of associative rings R with respect to two sided ideals. We obtain that if R has finite dimension on two sided ideals, then there exist uniform ideals $U_1,U_2,\ldots,U_n$ of R whose sum is direct and essential in R. The number n is independent of the choice of the uniform ideals $U_i$ and 'n' is called the dimension of R.

<P>A new polymer conjugate of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA), PEG-PCDA conjugate, was synthesized by coupling reaction between carboxyl group of PCDA and hydroxyl group of PEG. Luminescent CdSe/ZnS QDs were encapsulated in the polymer micelles of mixtures of PEG-PCDA and PCDA using solid dispersion method to prepare water-soluble and biocompatible QD micelles. Upon UV-irradiation, the core of QD micelles was further stabilized by intramicellar crosslinking between neighboring PCDA moieties. The polymer conjugate was characterized by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, and GPC measurements, and thereof QD micelles observed using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The QD micelles were spherical with diameters in the range of 30-190 nm. The encapsulated QDs in polymer micelles are water-soluble and have the high potential for applications in biomedical imaging and detection due to their good colloidal stability and biocompatible surface.</P>

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been extensively used in both preclinical and clinical studies for a variety of diseases and injury. Accumulating evidence indicates that paracrine function through their secretomes is considered one of the primary attributes for MSC-mediated repair and regeneration. Secretomes from MSCs include both soluble factors and factors released within extracellular vesicles (EVs). Within EVs there are selective subsets of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids that can modulate recipient cells and disease microenvironments. In this review, we summarize the current understanding of MSC-derived secretomes at molecular and therapeutic levels, focusing on their potential as novel cell-free therapies.
