Metcalfa pruinosa is the agricultural pest, first reported in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, Gyeongnam, Korea in 2009. This pests are difficult to control due to the wide range of hosts such as beans, apples, ginseng, pears, persimmon, and peaches. This study was carried out to investigate the ecological characteristics of M. pruinosa in pepper cultivation area. As a result of the density of M. pruinosa survey in Chungnam, Korea in 2018, the density of wintering-eggs, nymph, adult was the largest in Dang-jin area. And the results of the ecological characteristcs survey of M. pruinosa in red pepper cultivation area of Korea, M. pruinosa didn’t enter a red pepper field. In addition, the possibility of using three kinds of plants as attraction plants was examined in order to control environmentally friendly M. pruinosa. Among them, the greatest number of M. pruinosa nymph were attracted to Sunflower and Green perilla during nymph stage.

The color intersities of melanoidins and the contents of HMF in skim milk by heat treatment. The contents of HMF in skim milk were detected in all heat-treated skim milk by colormetrical method and HPLC method. The color intensities of melanoidins showed significant dependence on reaction temperature and time. The contents of HMF in skim milk were detected in all heat treated skim milk by colormetrical method. While they were not detected by HPLC method when skim milk was heated at the temperature 70℃ for 30, 50 and 70 minutes. It showed significant dependence of reaction temperature and time.

2022년 기준 대한민국의 1인 가구의 비율은 34.5%를 차지한다. 이러한 1인 가구는 경제, 건강, 사회적 고립등 다양한 사회적 문제와 직면하고 있다. 그러나 사회적 네트워크를 활발히 유지하고 있는 1인 가구는 공동체와 연대하는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 개인화된 사회 변화에 주목하였다. 공동 구매, 택시비 공유, 커뮤니티 기능을 통합한 공유 경제 플랫폼 ‘공구친구’를 제안한다. 해당 앱을 통해 사용자들이 여러 서비스를 하나의 플랫폼에서 접근할 수 있게 하여 사용편의성을 향상하고자 한다. As of 2022, the proportion of one-person households in Korea accounts for 34.5%. These households face various social issues, including economic challenges, health concerns, and social isolation. However, one-person households that actively maintain social networks often experience a sense of solidarity with their communities. This study focuses on these personalized social changes. We propose “Gonggu Chingu”, a sharing economy platform that integrates joint purchase, taxi fare sharing, and community functions. Through the app, users can access multiple services on one platform to enhance their convenience.

한국과 독일의 가족해체에 대한 전반적인 상황을 관찰, 비교함으로써 오늘날 한국 가족의 위기상황을 타개하기 위한 시사점을 얻고자 한다. 가족해체, 특히 이혼을 통해 파생되는 여성과 아동의 빈곤문제를 부각시키고자 하였다. 나아가 한국 사회의 가족정책 부재를 비판하고 대안을 모색해보고자 하는 의도도 담고 있다. 오늘날 한국 사회의 가족위기는 개인의 무능력에서 비롯되었다기보다는 많은 경우 사회구조적 원인에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 가족위기를 극복할 수 있는 가족정책에 대한 검토와 비판, 그리고 방향설정이 그 어느 때보다 중요한 시점에 왔다. Familien sind das stabile Zentrum und die soziale Mitte der Gesellschaft. Aber heutzutage ist das Phaenomen der Familienaufloesung ein grosses Gesellschaftsproblem. In den letzten Jahren nahm die Scheidungsquote dramatisch zu. Viele koreanische Familien, die durch Trennun und Scheidung aufgeloest sind, leiden unter wirtschaftliche Nachteile. In dieser Studie wurden das Phaenom der Familienaufloesung und Familienpolitik in Korea mit denen in Deutschland verglichen. In Deutschland werden heute Massnahmen zur Vermeidung von Risikolagen im Vorfeld der Trennung, Massnahmen zur Vermeidung des Scheidungsverfahren sowie Massnahmen zur Entschaerfung der Uebergangsprobleme diskutieren. Zu einer Massnahme zaehlen die Beschaeftigungsfoerderung im Allgemeinen die u. a. die Leistungsfaehigkeit der Unterhaltspflichtigen verbessert, und die Foerderung der Erwerbstaetigkeit von Frauen im Besonderen. Im Gegensatz zu den Massnahmen in Deutschland sind keine nennenswerte familienpolitische Massnahmen in Korea, die aufgeloeste Familien und deren Schwierkeiten unterstuetzen. Durch die vergleichende Analyse zwischen den beiden Gesellschaften werden einige Andeutungspunkte fuer die koreanische gesucht. Erstens, mannigfaltige und praktische Familienpolitik sind fuer die Familien, die nach der Scheiung unter und Schwierigkeiten und Probleme leiden, eingefuehrt werden. Zweitens, systemische und interdisziplinaere Familienpolitik und deren Orientierung sind ausgebildert werden. Drittens, Anstalt, das alle familienpolische Anliegen uebernimmt, wie Familienministerium in Deutschland ist errichtet werden. Viertens, Begriffsbestimmungen ueber Familien sind in der Oeffentlichkeit viel diskutiert werden. Fuenftens, verschiedene Familienstudien wie Trennung, Scheidung und deren Probeleme usw, sind erforscht werden.

<P>Transition metal oxide-based memristors have widely been proposed for applications toward artificial synapses. In general, memristors have two or more electrically switchable stable resistance states that device researchers see as an analogue to the ion channels found in biological synapses. The mechanism behind resistive switching in metal oxides has been divided into electrochemical metallization models and valence change models. The stability of the resistance states in the memristor vary widely depending on: oxide material, electrode material, deposition conditions, film thickness, and programming conditions. So far, it has been extremely challenging to obtain reliable memristors with more than two stable multivalued states along with endurances greater than ∼1000 cycles for each of those states. Using an oxygen plasma-assisted sputter deposition method of noble metal electrodes, we found that the metal-oxide interface could be deposited with substantially lower interface roughness observable at the nanometer scale. This markedly improved device reliability and function, allowing for a demonstration of memristors with four completely distinct levels from ∼6 × 10<SUP>-6</SUP> to ∼4 × 10<SUP>-8</SUP> S that were tested up to 10<SUP>4</SUP> cycles per level. Furthermore through a unique in situ transmission electron microscopy study, we were able to verify a redox reaction-type model to be dominant in our samples, leading to the higher degree of electrical state controllability. For solid-state synapse applications, the improvements to electrical properties will lead to simple device structures, with an overall power and area reduction of at least 1000 times when compared to SRAM.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

<P>Sodium salicylate, one of anti-inflammatory agents, is known to partially induce the heat shock response: it stimulates the DNA-binding of heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) without inducing heat shock gene expression. Here we show that when C6 glioma cells are recovered from sodium salicylate treatment, they highly induce heat shock protein 72 (HSP72), but not HSP73 and HSP90, demonstrating that salicylate-induced inert HSF1 can be fully activated into a transcriptionally competent form by sodium salicylate recovery (SR)-specific mechanism. Fluorescent analysis using 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate revealed that sodium salicylate enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC, a ROS scavenger) completely suppressed SR-induced HSP72 synthesis and HSP72 promoter-driven CAT reporter gene transcription as well as salicylate-induced HSF1-DNA binding, indicating a critical role(s) of ROS in the SR-induced HSP72 gene regulation. We also show that treatment of C6 cells with sodium salicylate activated p38MAPK and inactivated ERK1/2 in a ROS-independent manner and activities of these protein kinases returned during recovery period to the control level. Inhibiting p38MAPK and ERK1/2 with the p38MAPK inhibitors (SB203580 and SB202190) and the MEK1/2 inhibitor (PD98059 and U0126) or with expression of dominant negative p38MAPK and ERK1/2 abolished SR-induced HSP72 synthesis and HSP70 promoter-driven CAT activity. However, sodium salicylate-induced HSF1-DNA binding was not affected by the p38MAPK inhibitor or the MEK1/2 inhibitor. These findings suggest that sodium salicylate partially activates HSF1 via ROS production and p38MAPK activation and the salicylate-induced inert HSF1 can be fully activated into a transcriptionally competent form by the ERK1/2 signaling pathways that are activated independently of ROS during SR.</P>
