In order to develop the curriculum of the fishery department in the fisheries Jr. college, We have collected and analyzed the domistic and foreign data adquated to the fishey department under the international trend, also we gathered the opinion from the inquiring paper investigation and consultation to the industrial field, concerned college and graduate during the 6 month from September 1982. The fishery department curriculum in fisheries Jr. college will be industrialized with the concerned technics and knowledge in relation to speciality of maritime affairs. Accordingly, we have developed the adquate curriculum which is practical and can be cultivated the technician to adopt in the industrial society.

High alumina sagger for the sintering of electroceramics contained the superior sintered properties and fracture strength at high temperature was developed by the addition of large fused-mullite particles. High alumina sagger with large fused alumina particles shows many large cracks at interfaces between mullite matrix and large fused-alumina particles, resulting in the low sintered density and fracture strength at high temperature. However, the substitutuion of some large fused-mullite particles for large fused-alumina particles reduced the large cracks between matrix and particles, and also enhanced the sintered properties (apparent density and the percentage of absorption) and the high fracture strength.

Yttria-stabilized zirconia granule powder was prepared by a spray drying method, and the compacted and sintered behaviors were investigated Optimum slurry was prepared by the mixing of 70 vol% zirconia powder and 30% water and milling for 15 h in zirconia jar The slurry was stabilized by the addition of binder(PEG 155%, PVA 05%), dispersant(Cerasperse) 06%, Antifoaming agent(SN Defoamer) 03%, and Lubricant(Lu-6418) 1%, and the viscosity of this slurry showed the 5 dPas The optimum condition for the spray-drying of yttria stabilized zirconia powder is the inlet temperature of 110℃, outlet temperature of 90℃, slurry feeding rate of 140cc/min , and atomizer speed of 9000 rpm.

The objective of this study was to determine methane yields (MY) of organic wastes in biogasification facilities according to the mixing ratio of food waste/food waste leachate and sewage sludge. One biogasification facility that treated sewage sludge only was compared with three biogasification facilities treating sewage sludge and food waste. The theoretical MY was derived based on analyses of carbohydrate, fat, and protein to examine the efficiency of the biogasification facility. The average actual MY was 0.424 Sm3CH4/kg volatile solids, which corresponded to 83.7% of theoretical MY. In the case of combined anaerobic digestion (CD) mixing with food waste/food waste leachate, inhibitory factors (volatile fatty acids [VFAs], total nitrogen [TN], and organic matter contents) showed the tendency to have relatively higher values in CD facilities than in the biogasification facility treating sewage sludge only. Mean concentrations of VFAs and TN in the anaerobic digester effluent, and the organic loading rate were 406 mg/L, 3,721 mg/L, and 1.62 kg volatile solids/m3 day, respectively. The influence of anaerobic digester effluent was in charge of 10% within the influent environmental loading rate from the sewage treatment plants associated with the biogasification facilities. Analyses of the microbial community showed that a remarkable change in the structure of methanogens was directly related to different MY in each plant. In particular, Methanoculleus and Methanosaeta increased with an increasing ratio of food waste/food waste leachate to sludge, while Methanococcus and Methanosarcina decreased. In conclusion, CD showed steady operational conditions and high efficiency of MY by injecting food waste/food waste leachate into the anaerobic digester. It met the current criteria for integrated treatment of organic waste in biogasification facilities in South Korea.

This study investigated the effect of exogenous hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$) on the antioxidant responses and growth of warm-season turfgrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) and cool-season turfgrass (Poa pratensis L.) subjected to drought stress. Compared with control plants that were not pretreated with $H_2O_2$, plants pretreated with $H_2O_2$ had significantly greater fresh and dry weights of shoots and roots, and increased water content. $H_2O_2$ pretreatments before drought stress significantly decreased the concentrations of malondialdehyde and $H_2O_2$. DPPH radical scavenging and glutathione activities were significantly increased. The responsive activities of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase, catalase, and peroxidase were also significantly enhanced. Our results suggest that exogenous $H_2O_2$ could improve the growth of warm-season and cool-season turfgrass under drought stress by increasing the activity of their antioxidant enzymes, while decreasing lipid peroxidation.

Objective: To evaluate surgical outcomes, feasibility and safety of laparoscopic surgery using the da Vinci robotic system. Methods: Fifteen patients underwent various gynecologic robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery using the da Vinci robotic system between March 2008 and November 2009, and were assessed for surgical outcomes. This retrospective case series analysis was carried out in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Kyungpook National University Hospital, Daegu, Korea. The main reasons for operation were myoma (n=5), followed by endometrial cancer (n=3), cervical cancer (n=4), endometriosis (n=2) and adenomyosis (n=1). Results: All patients successfully underwent various laparoscopic surgery using the da Vinci robotic system such as myomectomy, hysterectomy, radical hysterectomy, ovarian cystectomy, and staging operation with no conversion to laparotomy. The mean operating time was 184.5±54.6 minutes, the mean hemoglobin change and estimated blood loss were 1.9±0.8 g/dL and 36.3±27.1 mL. The mean time from incision to docking the robot was 10.1±6.1 minutes and the mean console time was 119.7±67.1 minutes. The length of hospital stay averaged 5.4±1.7 days. No complications requiring treatment occurred. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery using the da Vinci robotic system is a feasible and safe treatment modality in the benign and malignant gynecologic diseases.

This paper is a study on what kind of effect non-verbal communication in mobil electronic commerce has on purchase intention and visual attention. For this purpose, the screen of mobile shopping mall produced arbitrarily was exposed to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was exposed to the screen of mobile shopping mall that expressed non-verbal communication making use of cinemagraph images and the control group was exposed to the screen of mobile shopping mall based on still images. For the study, survey research and experimental research were conducted simultaneously. Data of survey research were analyzed by MANOVA and t-test, and by using eye-tracker experimental research recorded the duration of time that the subjects stared images. The results of experiment show that in non-verbal communication the experimental group that saw cinemagraph images recorded shorter average staring time than the control group that saw ordinary images, and the cinemagraph had statistically significant effect on visual attention as well. And it was analyzed that non-verbal communication had significant effect on the purchase intention of the experimental group, but had no effect on the purchase intention of the control group. The results can be interpreted that the people who saw cinemagraphs in mobile shopping environment had spent shorter time in seeing products than the people who saw ordinary images, but still the former came to have purchase intention on the products. The results of the present study can be useful for marketers who try to sell agrifood in mobile environment.
