병원 간호사가 지각하는 서비스지향성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 고객지향성과 조직몰입의 매개효과

본 연구는 병원간호사가 지각하는 서비스지향성과 직무만족과의 관계에서 고객지향성과 조직몰입의 이중매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구의 대상은 J도와 G도의 5개 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 369명이었으며, 자료 수집은 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 26.0과 Process Macro 3.5 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 서비스지향성은 조직몰입(r=.48, p <.001), 고객지향성(r=.65, p <.001), 직무만족(r=.64, p <.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 서비스지향성과 직무만족과 관계에서 고객지향성과 조직몰입의 이중매개효과가 유의하게 검증되었다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 의료기관의 서비스 지향적 조직문화 구축을 위한 방향을 제시하였고, 보다 다양해진 의료서비스 대상자의 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 조직의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 기틀을 마련하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. This study is a descriptive research study to investigate the dual mediating effect of customer orientation and organizational commitment in the relationship between service orientation and job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses. The subjects of this study were 369 nurses working in five general hospitals in J and G provinces, and data collection was conducted using a structured self-report questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 26.0 and Process Macro 3.5 program. The main analysis results are as follows. Service orientation was positively correlated with organizational commitment (r=.48, p <.001), customer orientation (r=.65, p <.001), and job satisfaction (r=.64, p <.001). The double mediating effect of customer orientation and organizational commitment was significantly verified in the relationship between service orientation and job satisfaction. Therefore, the results of this study were meaningful in that they suggest a direction for establishing a service-oriented organizational culture of medical institutions, and lay the foundation for enhancing organizational competitiveness to meet the needs of more diversified medical service recipients.

간호대학생의 자기효능감과 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계에서 의사소통능력과 사회지능의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계에서 의사소통 능력과 사회지능의 이중 매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재 6개 대학교에서 간호학을 전공하는 간호대학생 205명이며, 자료 수집은 2018년 9월부터 11월까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 26.0과 Process Macro 3.5 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 자기효능감은 사회지능(r=.48, p<.001), 의사소통 능력(r=.39, p<.001), 임상실습 스트레스(r=-.31, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈고 임상실습 스트레스는 사회지능(r=-.34, p<.001), 의사소통 능력(r=-.37, p<.001)과는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 자기효능감과 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계에서 의사소통 능력과 사회지능의 이중 매개효과가 유의하게 검증되었으므로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 감소를 위해 의사소통 능력과 사회지능을 증진시킬 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 임상실습 스트레스를 최소화할 수 있는 실제적 중재 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The aims of this study is to confirm the double-mediated effect of communication skills and social intelligence on the relationship between self-efficacy and clinical practice stress of nursing students. Research participants were 205 nursing students from 6 universities located in J province. Data were collected from September to November 2018. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 26.0 and Process Macro 3.5 program. Self-efficacy was significantly correlated with social intelligence (r=.48, p<.001), communication skills (r=.39, p<.001), and clinical practice stress (r=-.31, p<.001). And clinical practice stress showed a significant negative correlation with social intelligence (r=-.34, p<.001) and communication skills (r=-.37, p<.001). In the relationship between self-efficacy and clinical practice stress, the double mediating effect of communication skills and social intelligence was significantly verified. Based on the research results, it was confirmed that communication skills and social intelligence are necessary to reduce the clinical practice stress of nursing students, and provided basic data for the development of a practical intervention program that can minimize the clinical practice stress.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 위한 재난간호역량 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 270명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 재난간호역량의 핵심개념 도출, 예비도구의 문항개발, 내용타당도 검정 및 본 조사 도구의 문항 선정, 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가과정을 거쳐 재난간호지식 11문항, 재난간호기술 11문항으로 구성된 재난간호역량 도구를 개발하였다. 이 도구는 앞으로 간호학생의 재난간호 역량을 확인하고 관련요인을 파악하는 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
