Change Detection Algorithm on Wavelet and Markov Random Field
Song Hongxun,Wang Weixing,Zhang Tingting,Yu Tianchao,Song Junfang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.8 No.4
In this study, the algorithm that applies Wavelet and multi-scale analysis to remote sensing images is proposed for region variation detection on Markov random field. First of all, the Wavelet transform is adopted to decompose an original image into several sub-images, then the Mahalanobis distance decision function is used to detect the changes in different scale images, and finally the Markov random field is applied to fuse the change detection results at different scales. Since the Markov random field fusion method takes full account of the correlation between the adjacent pixels and the links of the change detection results at different scales, the fusion results are accurate and practical. The testing results prove that the studied algorithm is effective and robust.

Xiaoai He,Aijuan Lu,Jin Cheng,Junfang Chen,Qianhui Song,Wenfang Liu,Chuanpin Chen 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2017 NANO Vol.12 No.11
The unique electrical, optical and biological properties of silver nanomaterials have attracted significant attention of many researchers. Since the size and shape of silver nanomaterials have significant effects on the properties of silver nanomaterials, extensive research has focused on synthesis and characterization of silver nanomaterials. However, almost all of the syntheses of silver nanomaterials were carried out in traditional batch reactors, which typically suffer from inhomogeneous mixing and corresponding spatial variations under reaction conditions, ultimately leading to poor quality of the final nanomaterials. Recently, the emerging microfluidic technology not only furnishes novel strategies for the synthesis of silver nanomaterials but also brings great opportunities and impetus to improve the quality and yield of silver nanomaterials due to enhanced mass and heat transfer. The current paper reviews recent achievements in the synthesis of silver nanomaterials in flow microreactors. Various strategies adopted for the synthesis of silver nanomaterials in microreactors are presented and compared, including synthesis in single-phase and multi-phase flow microreactors. In addition, the factors that affect the size and size distribution of silver nanomaterials in flow microreactors synthesis are also discussed briefly.

La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO)/LaNiO3 (LNO) thin films were deposited successively on Si single crystal by the sol-gel method. The bipolar resistive switching (RS) behavior was studied in Al/LSMO/LNO devices. Obvious current hysteresis was observed, the set (reset) voltage and resistance ratio were modulated by the annealing temperature of LSMO thin films. At the annealing temperature of 750 ◦C, good endurance and retention performance were obtained in the memory device. According to the fitting results of I–V curves, based on Schottky emission model, the conduction mechanisms of Al/LSMO/LNO devices were discussed. Our results may give a valuable insight on developing perovskite-type rare earth manganese oxide.
