역전파 신경회로망을 추정기로 이용한 자기동조 적응제어방식을 제안하였다. 제안한 방식은 역전파 신경회로망을 이용하여 시스템함수를 추정하고 추정된 함수를 제어기에서 이용하는 자기동조 적응제어 기법이다. 제안한 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 가동코일형 선형 직류전동기를 제어대상으로 기존의 반복 최소 자승법을 이용한 자기동조 적응제어방식과 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 추종 특성을 비교 검토하였다. This paper proposes the self-tuning adaptive control method with back-propagation neural network using a identifier. A proposed method is self-tuning adaptive control method that estimates system functions using back-propagation neural network and estimated function is used to controller. In order to verify the usefulness of proposed method, tracking control characteristics are compared the general self-tuning adaptive control method using R.L.S by simulation and experiments.

Objective The purpose of this case report is to observe the effect of burning acupuncture therapy with Korean medical treatment on Spondylolisthesis. Methods Three patients were treated by Korean medical treatment especially with burning acupuncture. The improvements were evaluated with Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) and Numeric Rating Scale(NRS). Results In all of these cases, NRS decreased from 10 to 3. Each ODI decreased from 23 to 16, from 23 to 13 and from 25 to 11. Conclusion Burning acupuncture therapy with Korean medical treatment is effective for Spondylolisthesis.
Manufacturing and Shelf Stability of Reconstituted High-density Lipoprotein for Infusion Therapy

Although high-density lipoprotein (HDL) infusion therapy now seems to be a promising therapy for the treatment of several diseases, including atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction, sepsis, and diabetes, there is a real need for more information on the production, quality, and safety of reconstituted HDL (rHDL). In this context, we described a production-scale preparation of rHDL and examined the reproducibility of the process and product,and its shelf stability over a 24-month period. Apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) was isolated from precipitates IV (by plasma fractionation) using polyethylene glycol, ethanol, pH precipitation,and ion-exchange chromatography. This manufacturing process included 3 virus-elimination steps consisting of ethanol precipitation, pasteurization, and nanofiltration. HDLs were then reconstituted through cholate dialysis using soybean phosphatidylcholine. The product released data from 3 separate rHDL production were adequate to fulfill the required specification and admitted range. Following lyophilization, the products were stable in the presence of sucrose for at least 24 months. Redissolved rHDLs were disc-shaped and had sizes ranging from 10 to 20 nm. Studies on structure-function relationships provided evidence that these rHDLs could be used as potential therapeutic agents for acute coronary syndrome and inflammatory diseases.

최대의 위기라는 IMF 사태를 겪으면서 한국의 금융산업은 대대적인 구조조정을 겪게 되었다. 이제 금융기관들은 경쟁력없이는 생존이 불가능한 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이에 대응하여 금융기관들은 각종 비능률을 제거하고 경영효율성을 향상시키기 위한 조치들을 적극적으로 시행하고 있다. 또한 정부도 금융산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 금융지원 및 규제완화 조치를 강구하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 조치들이 금융산업에 어떤 성과를 유발시켰는지에 대한 심도 있는 연구는 없었다 하겠다. 이에 본고에서는 생보산업을 중심으로 효율성 관점의 성과분석을 심도있게 다루기로 한다. 효율성 분석은 여러 가지 접근방법에 의해 이뤄질 수 있으나 본고에서는 비용함수접근법과 DEA접근법을 이용하기로 한다. 그결과 비용함수접근법에서는 효율성이 상승하는 것으로 DEA접근법에서는 하락하는 것으로 나타났다 이와 함께 보험산업의 효율성을 결정짓는 원인분석을 실시하고 이를 바탕으로 한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. The Korean financial industry has experienced the biggest restructuring program after IMF crisis. Today, it is popular rule that incompetent financial institutions will be withdrawn. That is why financial institutions launch many programs enhancing the efficiency of management. The Korean government has made helpful policies such as, financial support, deregulation, and so on. But there are not profound studies on the performance of these policies. This paper provides the empirical results on the performance of life insurance industry in terms of efficiency. This paper uses the Translog cost function approach and the DEA approach for analyzing the efficiency of life insurance industry. The empirical results said that the efficiency of life insurance industry decreased in term of the Translog cost function approach and increased in term of the DEA approach. Also this paper shows what determines the efficiency of life insurance industry and suggests some implications based on the empirical results.
