        Epigenetic regulation of key gene of PCK1 by enhancer and super-enhancer in the pathogenesis of fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome

        Objective: Rare study of the non-coding and regulatory regions of the genome limits our ability to decode the mechanisms of fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome (FLHS) in chickens.Methods: Herein, we constructed the high-fat diet-induced FLHS chicken model to investigate the genome-wide active enhancers and transcriptome by H3K27ac target chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) profiles of normal and FLHS liver tissues. Concurrently, an integrative analysis combining ChIP-seq with RNA-Seq and a comparative analysis with chicken FLHS, rat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and human NAFLD at the transcriptome level revealed the enhancer and super enhancer target genes and conservative genes involved in metabolic processes.Results: In total, 56 and 199 peak-genes were identified in upregulated peak-genes positively regulated by H3K27ac (Cor (peak-gene correlation) ≥0.5 and log2(FoldChange) ≥1) (PP) and downregulated peak-genes positively regulated by H3K27ac (Cor (peak-gene correlation) ≥0.5 and log2(FoldChange)≤–1) (PN), respectively; then we screened key regulatory targets mainly distributing in lipid metabolism (PCK1, APOA4, APOA1, INHBE) and apoptosis (KIT, NTRK2) together with MAPK and PPAR signaling pathway in FLHS. Intriguingly, PCK1 was also significantly covered in up-regulated super-enhancers (SEs), which further implied the vital role of PCK1 during the development of FLHS.Conclusion: Together, our studies have identified potential therapeutic biomarkers of PCK1 and elucidated novel insights into the pathogenesis of FLHS, especially for the epigenetic perspective.         朝鮮、安南使臣詩歌贈酬考述 ― 兼論詩歌贈酬的學術意義

        Ancient Korean Peninsula and Vietnam are separated by ten thousand miles. There is a great difficulty in the academic and literary exchange between Choson and Vietnam. However, there are a large number of works of Choson and Vietnam ministers survive in the world. This special cultural phenomenon is of great significance in the history of cultural exchange in ancient East Asia and is of great historical material value, which is worth paying academic attention to. Based on the ancient East Asian literature, such as Vietnamese Yanxing integration (25 copies), 556 kinds of Yeonhaengrok, Huang Yue Shi Xuan by Pei Huibi, Mu Zhai Ji by Kim An Kuk, Hou Yun Lu by Ryuduekgong, Poetry sinks of Qing by Xu Shichang and so on, this article will collect existing responding poem of Choson and Vietnam ministers, and study the causes and significance of poetry communication on this basis. This article will be very important for revealing the historical fact of ancient Korea and Vietnam literature exchange. There are both objective and subjective reasons for the the generation of Poetry between the two countries. For one hand, tributary system in Qing Dynasty and large banquet create objective conditions for the acquaintance between Korean and Vietnam. On the other hand, common confucian cultural background and the same language are the cultural foundation of the two country. The subjective reason is the willingness to communicate. Mainly in two aspects: Firstly, both North Korea and Vietnam messengers hope that their own literature can be spread in other countries. Secondly, comparative poetry skills is also one of the reasons. The content of the literati poetry are quite rich in both countries. This have the understanding of the national customs, phenology and the identity of heaven, earth and Confucianism,etc. They also have the emotional resonance in a foreign country, etc. There are both objective and subjective reasons for the the generation of Poetry between the two countries.         Enhanced and broadband absorber with surface pattern design for X-Band

        A broadband and thin-layer microwave absorber is designed based on surface pattern design made by carbonyl iron and rubber composite. The bandwidth with reflection less than 10 dB covers the full Xband owing to two absorption peaks appeared simultaneously in both the simulation results and experimental results. In this work, the power loss and power flow diagram were present by CST simulation, which clearly explain the broadband absorption caused by double l/4 matching absorption and interfacial scattering synergistic effect. A facile splicing method was provided to extend the absorption bandwidth for the magnetic absorbing materials.

        Two-level fault diagnosis RBF networks for auto-transformer rectifier units using multi-source features

        The auto-transformer rectifier unit (ATRU) is one of the most widely used avionic secondary power supplies. Timely fault identification and location of the ATRU is significant in terms of system reliability. A two-level fault diagnosis method for the ATRU using multi-source features (MSF) is proposed in this paper. Based on the topology of the ATRU, three key electrical signals are selected and analyzed to extract appropriate features for fault diagnosis. Mathematic expressions and simulation results of the feature signals under different fault modes are presented in the paper. Therefore, a unique MSF system is developed and a two-level fault diagnosis method based on radial basis function network groups is proposed. On the first level, the overall fault set is classified into three subsets and then on the second level, three radial basis function neural networks are constructed and trained to realize accurate fault localization. To verify the diagnosis performance of the proposed method, several comparative tests are implemented on a 12-pulse ATRU system, which shows that this method has a lower computational cost, better diagnostic accuracy and increased stability when compared with alternative methods.

      • A Software Method for Online Thermal Error Inspection and Compensation

        In this paper, a new online method is proposed to measure and identify the spindle thermal error of the machining center. The method is firstly established by a comprehensive error identification model including geometric and thermal error. Then the multi-viewpoint modeling method based on stereo vision is adopted to obtain the solution of thermal deformation error without the influence of geometric error. A software is developed to online inspect and compensate the thermal error of machining center. The software is consisted by four modules, measurement module, error identification module, error compensation module and analysis module. It can not only be able to quickly identify the thermal error detection, but also can accurately predict thermal error, and effectively improve the machining accuracy. Finally, the experiment results show that the thermal error values of the machining center can be measured accurately and identified online quickly by the proposed software method.

        UKF Estimation Method of Centroid Slip Angle for Vehicle Stability Control

        Vehicle center of sideslip angle is an essential parameter in vehicle stability control system. In view of the current problems is taken as the research object including low estimation accuracy and poor real-time performance of the current centroid sideslip angle, the four-wheel motor driven electric vehicle. The estimation problem of the sideslip angle is studied in-depth when the vehicle is in a nonlinear state. In addition, an Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) estimation method is proposed to reduce observation error and improve the practicability of the estimation system. First of all, the research starts with building a 7-degree-of-freedom vehicle model which is based on the Dugoff tire model. Then, after measuring the state parameters, the UKF algorithm is used to estimate the sideslip angle. By comparing with the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm, it is confirmed that the estimation method can not only better estimate the center of sideslip angle in real time, but also greater improve the handling stability of the vehicle in the driving state. Besides, the effectiveness of the algorithm is further verified by the real vehicle road test.
