Studying the mutagenesis mechanism is crucial for pulsed light use in the food processing industry. After being exposed to pulsed light, the original strain Y Lactobacillus Plantarum CICC6048 was transformed into the high acid-producing mutant G10. The differing levels of protein expression between the two strains were compared using the LC–MS/MS analysis. The bacterium displayed a distinct differential protein composition after pulsed light treatment, according to GO analysis. A KEGG analysis revealed that the pathways for cofactor biosynthesis, starch, sucrose metabolism, and phosphate transfer systems were considerably different in the proteins of high acid-producing strains (PTS). In the protein interaction network, A0A0R2G2S1 showed the highest level of enhanced connectivity among the differentially expressed proteins. These pathways improve the efficiency of crucial metabolism and lessen DNA repair. They may be a key mechanism for increasing the growth rate and acid production of Lactobacillus Plantarum by pulsed light.

Professional development has become standard practice for many occupational groups. While for some it may be a matter of individual choice, there are often a number of factors and entities that have a stake in the provision of or need for professional development, e.g. professional associations, industry regulatory bodies, training providers, consumer groups, employer representative groups and even governmental authorities. This paper employs the term ‘player’ as a generic term to encompass these different interest groups. This paper then examines the place that professional development has amongst organisations that certify, credential or register interpreters and/or translators to practise professionally. Based on a sample of 12 organisations, we find that five of them have professional development as a requirement for continuing practice, for four organisations it is voluntary and for three there is insufficient information. Comparison shows that the player role of professional association is supportive of professional development, but the most decisive factors were non-involvement as a provider and specific country. Further, we focus on Australia where the major player recently introduced mandatory professional development. Here, we report high rates of uptake not only amongst those who are certified, but also amongst those who are not. (Monash University, Australia; Swinburne University, Australia)

<P>We discuss the basic physics of the flow of micron-scale droplets in 2D geometry. Our focus is on the use of droplet ensembles to look into fundamental questions of non-equilibrium systems, such as the emergence of dynamic patterns and irreversibility. We review recent research in these directions, which demonstrate that 2D microfluidics is uniquely set to study complex out-of-equilibrium phenomena thanks to the simplicity of the underlying Stokes flow and the accessibility of lab-on-chip technology.</P>
Investigating Research Trend of Rock Climbing in China Using Semantic Network Analysis

PURPOSE The objectives of this study were as follows: (1) studying the core authors and institutions of rock climbing to understand the connections between them, (2) investigate the keyword changes, research hotspots, and development trends of rock climbing in different periods, and (3) discovering the subgroup areas of rock climbing and study their knowledge structure. METHOD The bibliometrics visualization software CiteSpace was used in this study. Semantic network analysis was performed on 376 valid papers published in CNKI during 1996-2021. The word frequency, mediating centrality, co-occurrence map, and clustering for the keywords were separately investigated. RESULT In terms of author collaboration, there are mainly four academic cooperation circles between Ma Chuhong, Guo Wei, Zhang Bo, and Li Yuanyuan. In terms of institutional cooperation networks, little cooperation occurs between rock climbing research institutions in China. Since 2009, rock climbing sport, rock climbing, current situation, feasibility, university, extreme sports, enthusiasts, artificial rock climbing, and other keywords have the highest frequency. Into rock climbing sport, rock climbing, and colleges and universities, keywords such as outdoor sports, college students, training, development, and sports tourism have become the focus of research since 2010. The rock-climbing knowledge structure consists of six sub-areas, which are G1 rock climbing, G2 college, G3 strategy, G4 climbing, G5 sports tourism, and G6 school training. CONCLUSION First, the field of rock-climbing keyword research has changed dramatically over the past 20 years. College student training and sports tourism in rock climbing are the current and future research hotspots and trends. Second, a few keywords have made significant contributions to rock climbing. Keyword semantic network analysis provides a new idea and research method for exploring the development of rock climbing.
The global distribution of permanent canine hypodontia: A systematic review

Objective: To systematically review studies on canine agenesis prevalence in different populations and continents, based on the jaw, sex, location, and associated dental anomalies. Methods: Electronic and hand searches of English literature in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, OpenGrey, and Science Direct were conducted, and the authors were contacted when necessary. Observational studies (population-based, hospital/clinic-based, and cross-sectional) were included. For study appraisal and synthesis, duplicate selection was performed independently by two reviewers. Study quality was assessed using a modified Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology checklist, with main outcome of prevalence of canine agenesis. Results: The global population prevalence of canine agenesis was 0.30% (0.0-4.7%), highest in Asia (0.54%), followed by Africa (0.33%), and the least in Europe and South America (0.19% in both continents). Canine agenesis was more common in the maxilla (88.57%), followed by both maxilla and mandible (8.57%), and the least common was mandible-only presentation (2.86%). The condition was more common in females (female:male ratio = 1.23), except in Asia (female:male ratio = 0.88) and Africa (female:male ratio = 1). In Asia, unilateral agenesis was almost twice as prevalent as bilateral, but in Europe, the bilateral form was more common. Conclusions: The overall prevalence of canine agenesis is 0.30%, with the highest prevalence in Asia, followed by Africa, Europe, and South America. The condition is more common in the maxilla than the mandible, and in females than males (except in Asia and Africa), with unilateral agenesis being more common in Asia and the bilateral form showing a greater prevalence in Europe.

PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to establish a behavioral intention model of marathon runners in marathon tourism and validates the relationships among sport event image, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. METHOD Based on the background of marathon tourism in China, this essay shows that marathon runners from Chengdu international marathon were selected as the main research samples. A total of 460 questionnaires were collected and 30 questionnaires were deleted due to incomplete or incorrect filling, 430 questionnaires of which were used for subsequent analysis. The collected data were analysed through descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation models, and Bootstrap method. RESULT (1) Satisfaction and recommendation intention of marathon runners are directly affected by the event image, but the revisit intention of the event is not affected. (2) Satisfaction is a significant predictor of marathon runner recommend intention and revisit intention. (3) Recommend intention and revisit intention are indirectly affected by the event image which has a limited influence on the behavioral intention of marathon runners through satisfaction. CONCLUSION Event image has a limited influence on the behavioral intention of marathon runners. Satisfaction is an important factor in marathon runner behavioral intentions. The result of this study provides some practical suggestions for the organization and management of marathon events, as well as provides suggestions for future research.
Molecular Simulation for Adsorption of Chlorinated Hydrocarbon in Zeolites

Equilibrium and isosteric heat of adsorption for the system of chloroform and USY-type zeolite were studied. The USY-type zeolite (PQ Co., SiO₂/Al₂O₃=70) was used both as a pure crystalline powder and as granulated particles with binder. Chloroform was reagent grade. The adsorption equilibria were measured using a gravimetric method and were expressed as isotherms. A chromatographic method (i.e. pulse response of chloroform through the USY column with helium carrier) was used to get the initial slope of the isotherms. In the simulation, the GCMG method was used to calculate amounts adsorbed for various conditions. FF parameters were confidently applied. And modified structure model was effective for simulation.
