이마의 온도 분포 진단법, 소위 액맥진단(額脈診斷)에 관한 고찰

Objectives As a method of body temperature distribution diagnosis, palpation of infants` forehead had been widely introduced in ancient East Asian medical classics. However, few attention have been paid to this diagnostic method - so called `emaizhenduan (額脈診斷)`. So we studied the history of emaizhenduan and it`s implication in modern clinical field. Materials and methods: To search the medical classic that contains any contents of emaizhenduan, we mainly used the electronic texts of Zhonghuayidian (中華醫典). To search modern study article on emaizhenduan, we used China National Knowledge Infrastructure (www.cnki.net), National Digital Science Library (ndsl.kr) etc. Results 20 kinds of East Asian medical classics were found to contain contents on emaizhenduan. The oldest one was Huoyoukouyi (活幼口議) which was written in Yuan dynasty of China. Only one modern TCM book was found to have comments on emaizhenduan, while some textbooks of pediatrics in Korean Medicine was found to have relatively sound introduction on emaizhenduan. Conclusion It is shown in ancient East Asian medical classics that infants` forehead temperature palpation was introduced as early as late 13th century in China, and have continuously been referred in many East Asian medical classics before modern era.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strengths between various hybrid computer-aided design (CAD)/computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) restorative materials and repairing resin. Two resin network-based hybrid (Lava Ultimate and Polyglass), one ceramic framework-based hybrid (Enamic), and one zirconia (Zenotec Zr bridge) CAD/CAM restorative materials were used in this study. The shear bond strength test and failure modes of four experimental groups designated LUS (Lava Ultimate), ENA (Enamic), PGB (Polyglass), and ZBR (zirconia control group) were characterized in this study. The hybrid CAD/CAM restorative materials showed stronger shear bond strengths in the sequence of PGB, LUS, and ENA (P<0.05). The shear bond strengths of PGB and LUS groups showed significantly higher than those of ZBR (P<0.05), while ENA did not show any significant difference from ZBR (P<0.05). The PEG and LUS groups mostly exhibited cohesive failure, but the ENA and ZBR groups predominantly showed adhesive failure. Therefore, resin network-based hybrid CAD/CAM restorative materials such as Lava Ultimate and Polyglass should be more useful for intra-oral repairs.

This paper describes the architecture of a scalable shared buffer ATM switch and VLSI implementation. It provides scalability in port size and buffer size. The prototype chip has been designed for 4 x 4 ATM switch which has a shared buffer for 128 ATM cells. It is integrated in 0.6um twin well, double-metal, and single-poly CMOS technology. Operating frequency is 80MHz. Core size is 11 x 10㎟. It supports 622Mbps per port.
열 순환이 세라믹 코어 - 도재 버니어의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향

This study is to evaluate the effect of thermocycling on the shear-bond strength between ceramic core and veneering ceramic. Three kinds of ceramic system (ICE Zircon, IPS e.max, and Lava Zirconia) were used to prepare ceramic core-porcelain veneer system and NiCrMo bonding alloy(Dentarium, Germany) were used to make metal ceramic system(MCS) as a control. 10 specimens per each experimental group were fabricated according to the Schmitz-schulmeyer system. Prepared samples were put into the thermocycling system(KD-TCS30, Kwangduk P.A, Korea). The samples were circulated between 5℃ and 55℃ bath with the interval of 30 seconds. The times of circulation in this research are 20,000 and 50,000, respectively. The results of shear-bond strength showed that there was a significant difference between thermocycled groups and non-thermocycled groups(P<0.05). In group of non-thermocycled groups, the values of MCS and ICE Zircon were significantly higher than those of IPS e max and Lava Zirconia. However) on the condition of thermocycled groups) Lava only showed significant reduction of bond stregnth with proportional to the circulation time(P<0.05) and other groups did not show any significant difference between conditions(P>0.05). In terms of failure mode of specimens, all experimental groups showed combined failure mode including adhesive and cohesive failure. Therefore, among three zirconia core materials, ICE Zircon indicated excellent shear-bond strength after 50000 thermocycling process and is expected to be one of more suitable combinatory system compared to MCS system.

The incidence of repeated forces during chewing results in stress concentration, and thermal variations induce fatigue of the materials themselves and/ or the interface between them. This study was to evaluate the effect of thermo and mechanical cycling on the fracture resistance between ceramic core and veneering ceramic. Four kinds of ceramic system (ICE Zircon, IPS e.max, Z match, and Lava Zirconia) were used to prepare ceramic core-porcelain veneer system and NiCrMo bonding alloy (Dentarium, Germany) was used to make metal ceramic system (MCS) as a control. We fabricated metal master die with upper diameter of 7.95 mm, bottom diameter of 9.00 mm, height of 5.00 mm, and taper of 6°. The thickness of metal coping was 0.3 mm, while those of the ceramic copings of all ceramic crowns were 0.5 mm. By adding dentin and enamel ceramics on each coping, crowns with total occlusal thickness of 1.5 mm were fabricated. The specimens were submitted to 20,000 thermal cycles between 5℃ and 55℃ with a dwelling time of 30 seconds. Mechanical cycling loaded 16,000 cycles under 20N lode. Fracture resistances were measured by a universal testing machine (Z020, Zwick, Germany) with a crosshead speed of 1 mm/min. The fracture resistance was analyzed using a one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey HSD test at α=0.05. The results of fracture resistance of MCS and Lava Zirconia were significantly greater than the other groups (p<0.05). The failure modes of e.max were cohesive failures within ceramic coping and those of ICE Zircon, Z match, and Lava Zirconia were adhesive failures between ceramic coping and veneering ceramic. MCS showed mainly adhesive failures between metal coping and veneering ceramic.
