        위법성조각사유의 경합과 정당방위의 한계 -자구행위와의 관계를 중심으로-

        Die vorliegende Arbeit befaßt sich mit dem ≫Konkurrenz von Rechtfertigungsgrunden≪ und der ≫Grenz der Notwehr≪. Die Notwehr wird am haufigsten angewendet in vielen Rechtfertigungsgrunden. Rechtfertigungsgrunden und Tatbestande sind unterschiedlich. Mit anderen Worten, Prinzip dem Strafrecht, z. B. Ruckwirkungsvervot, Bestimmtheitsgebot, Analogievervot, Nullum crimen, findet keine Anwendung. Wenn die Notwehr missbrauchen, dass transformieren von Kriminelle zu Opfern von Verbrechen wird begangen. Um diese Einschrankungen zu uberwinden, dass mussen mehr aktivierten zu konjugieren sich lassen Selbsthilfe. Die Selbsthilfe ist eines der am besten geeigneten Schutz fur Eigentumsrechte verletzt wurden.

        Association Analysis of Reactive Oxygen Species-Hypertension Genes Discovered by Literature Mining

        Oxidative stress, which results in an excessive product of reactive oxygen species (ROS), is one of the fundamental mechanisms of the development of hypertension. In the vascular system, ROS have physical and pathophysiological roles in vascular remodeling and endothelial dysfunction. In this study, ROS-hypertension-related genes were collected by the biological literature-mining tools, such as SciMiner and gene2pubmed, in order to identify the genes that would cause hypertension through ROS. Further, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located within these gene regions were examined statistically for their association with hypertension in 6,419 Korean individuals, and pathway enrichment analysis using the associated genes was performed. The 2,945 SNPs of 237 ROS-hypertension genes were analyzed, and 68 genes were significantly associated with hypertension (p < 0.05). The most significant SNP was rs2889611 within MAPK8 (p = $2.70{\times}10^{-5}$; odds ratio, 0.82; confidence interval, 0.75 to 0.90). This study demonstrates that a text mining approach combined with association analysis may be useful to identify the candidate genes that cause hypertension through ROS or oxidative stress.

        Postgastrectomy pharmacokinetic changes of S-1 in patients with localized advanced gastric cancer.

        <P>S-1 is an oral 5-fluorouracil agent containing tegafur, 5-chloro-2, 4-dihydroxypyridine (CDHP), and potassium oxonate. This study explored the pharmacokinetics of S-1 and pharmacokinetic changes after gastric surgery in patients with resectable gastric cancer who received pre- and postoperative S-1 plus docetaxel. Serial blood was drawn before and after gastrectomy from 37 patients for pharmacokinetic analysis. The pharmacokinetics of tegafur, 5-fluorouracil, and CDHP were analyzed by noncompartmental analysis (NCA) methods and by modeling. In modeling analysis, CHDP concentrations were incorporated in the model as a time-varying covariate that inhibits the clearance of 5-fluorouracil following an inhibitory Emax model. In NCA, the pharmacokinetics of tegafur and 5-FU before and after gastric surgery were similar, although average maximum concentrations of 5-FU were decreased with statistical significance after gastrectomy. Median Tmax of tegafur was shorter after surgery without statistical significance. In modeling analysis, tegafur was best fitted by mixed zero and first-order absorption. The only difference in the final pharmacokinetic model around gastrectomy was the presence of an absorption lag of 0.23 hours before surgery. Incorporation of CDHP concentrations significantly improved the model. Although some pharmacokinetic results showed statistically significant changes after gastrectomy, these differences seem to be too small to have any clinical implication.</P>

        Non-viral siRNA Delivery Systems

        The emergence of new biological drugs based on RNA interference (RNAi) technology has been one of the most attractive issues in the field of gene therapy for years. However, the use of siRNA therapeutics in clinical settings is still limited due to lack of appropriate delivery systems for the highly charged macromolecular drug. In this review, recent development of major non-viral siRNA delivery systems, including lipid, liposome, polymer, and peptide-based carriers, is to be summarized.

      • Factors of the Job S TRESS of Non Commissioned Wom e n Officers

        This study aims to examine what difficulties and task stress factors the actual female soldiers have in carrying out their duties. Now is the time to come up with qualitative development and improvement measures for women solders. So the scope of this study was actually interviewed by non-commissioned women officers, especially the 125 female staffs of the Navy and Marine Corps. Interviews have led to the biggest job stress factor, aimed at identifying and improving what factors exist. Interviews showed that the biggest job-stress factors are stereotypes about women, male-centered military culture, professional anxiety caused by unpredictable long-term service problems, and other problems of job stress from soldiers and their relationship with their successor, as well as pregnancy and child care from marriage. These job-stress factors have led to a relatively large drop in job satisfaction. The study shows meaningful results that it can be u sed as a reference to understand job stress factors of non commissioned women officers . And this research will give some implication to making defense policy focusing on the women off i cers and n on commissioned office.

        Polyimide nonwoven fabric-reinforced, flexible phosphosilicate glass composite membranes for high-temperature/low-humidity proton exchange membrane fuel cells

        <P>We demonstrate polyimide (PI) nonwoven fabric-reinforced, flexible proton-conductive phosphosilicate glass composite membranes for potential application in high-temperature/low-humidity proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). The new reinforced composite membrane is fabricated <I>via</I> the impregnation of a 3-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (GPTMS)/orthophosphoric acid (H<SUB>3</SUB>PO<SUB>4</SUB>) mixture into a PI nonwoven substrate followed by <I>in situ</I> sol–gel synthesis and hydrothermal treatment. This unique structural integrity enables the reinforced composite membrane to provide unprecedented improvement in the mechanical properties (notably flexibility and thickness) over typical bulk phosphosilicate glasses that are highly fragile and thick. Meanwhile, the highly porous structure of the PI reinforcing framework allows for the facile formation of a three-dimensionally interconnected phosphosilicate glass matrix in the reinforced composite membrane, which in turn offers favorable pathways for proton transport. Another advantageous feature of the reinforced composite membrane is higher proton conductivity under dehumidified conditions, as compared to a hydration-dependent polymer electrolyte membrane such as sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) (SPAES).       • Isoflavonoid accumulation of soybean seedlings grown under controlled UV irradiation

        본 연구는 UV 조사가 대두 발아 시 이소플라보노이드 함량 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 대두 품종인 ‘풍원콩’을 사용하여 UV-A(315~400nm), UV-B(280~315nm)에 각각 2, 3, 5, 7일동안 광 감응을 하였다. 1일 16시간 광 감응 시켰으며, 증류수를 사용하여 수경재배 하였다. 종자가 발아하여 생육을 하는 동안 자엽, 하배축, 뿌리에서의 물질 변화를 알아보기 위하여 부위별로 나누어 분석하였다. 종자의 발아 후 생장은 암 조건과 UV-A에서 잘 자라며 생육 상태는 UV-A에서 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 폴리 페놀의 경우 자엽, 하배축에서는 UV-A에서 7일차에 함량이 급격히 증가하였으며, 뿌리에서는 UV-B 처리 7일차에 함량이 급격히 증가하였다. 총 플라보노이드 분석은 자엽에서 UV-A와 UV-B를 처리한 생육기간 동안 꾸준한 증가를 보였고 하배축에서는 암 조건과 형광등에서 꾸준히 증가하였다. 뿌리에서는 암 조건 처리구에서 7일차에 급격한 증가를 보였다. 콩의 이소플라보노이드 12종은 부위별로 다른 함량을 나타내었다. 자엽의 경우 7종(Daidzin, Genistin, Malonyl glycitin, Acetyl glycitin, Malonyl genistin, Daidzein, Genistein)의 이소플라보노이드가 함유되어 있었고 하배축과 뿌리에서는 9종(Daidzin, Glycitin, Genistin, Malonyl daidzin, Malonyl glycitin, Malonyl genistin, Glycitein, Acetyl genistin, Genistein)의 이소플라보노이드가 함유 되어 되었다. 자엽에서의 이소플라보노이드 함량은 UV-A를 처리한 곳에서 생육이 진행될 때 감소하는 것이 나타났다. 하배축에서는 이소플라보노이드가 암 상태를 제외한 처리구에서 생육기간동안 감소하다가 다시 증가는 경향을 보였다. 뿌리에서는 이소플라보노이드 함량은 암 조건과 형광등에서는 점차 감소하는 경향을 보이나 UV-A와 UV-B 처리구에서는 감소하다 7일차에 다시 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 전반적으로 콩의 초기 생장 촉진과 높은 이소플라보노이드의 집적은 UV-A 조사에서 가장 효율적 임을 알 수 있었다.

        Significance of Perianal Lesion in Pediatric Crohn Disease

        Purpose: Despite the increasing incidence of pediatric Crohn disease (CD) in Korea, data on the characteristics of perianal lesions are scarce. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the characteristics of pediatric CD with accompany-ing perianal lesions in Korea.Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of children (age ≤18 years) with confirmed CD at Gachon University Gil Medical Center between 2000 and 2014. Patients were classified into two groups based on the presence or absence of any perianal lesions including skin tags. Additional analysis was performed according to the presence or absence of perianal perforating lesions.Results: Among the 69 CD children (mean age, 15.4 years) include in the analysis, 54 (78.3%) had a perianal lesion and 29 (42.0%) had a perianal perforating lesion. The median duration of chief complaints was longer in pediatric CD with any accompanying perianal lesions (5.40 months vs. 1.89 months, p=0.02), while there was no difference between pediatric CD with and without perianal perforating lesions (5.48 months vs. 4.02 months, p=0.18). Perianal symptoms preceded gastrointestinal symptoms in 13 of 29 (44.8%) patients with perianal perforating lesions.Conclusions: CD should be suspected in children with perianal lesions, even in circumstances when gastrointestinal symptoms are absent.
