Certain Geometric Properties of an Integral Operator Involving Bessel Functions

In this article, we introduce a new integral operator involving normalized Bessel functions of the first kind and we obtain a set of sufficient conditions for univalence. Our results contain some interesting corollaries as special cases. Further, as particular cases, we improve some of the univalence conditions proved in [2].

In this article, by making use of a linear multiplier fractional differential operator $D^{{\delta},m}_{\lambda}$, we introduce a new subclass of spiral-like functions. The main object is to provide some subordination results for functions in this class. We also find sufficient conditions for a function to be in the class and derive Fekete-$Szeg{\ddot{o}}$ inequalities.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The effects of the gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) on performance of organic solar cells (OSCs) are systematically investigated based on blend of the low band gap polymer and fullerene. The localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) induced by the Au NPs enhance the light absorption in the active layer and the photoluminescence spectra showed a significant enhancement in their intensity which mainly contribute to increased light absorption of active layer induced by LSPR. The impedance spectroscopy study revealed that the introduction of Au NPs as interfacial layer decreases the sheet and charge-transport resistance between ITO/PEDOT:PSS or PEDOT:PSS/active layer. From the results, the introduction of Au NPs increased the rate of exciton generation and the probability of exciton dissociation, thus enhancing the short-circuit current density and the fill factor The optimized OSCs incorporated with Au NPs were found to have power conversion efficiency of 5.40% compared to control device (4.65%), measured by using an AM 1.5G solar simulator at 100mW/cm<SUP>2</SUP> light illumination intensity.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The effect of gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) at the interfaces of organic solar cells (OSCs) was studied. </LI> <LI> The device using Au NPs at the interfaces of OSCs has a better efficiency due to localized surface plasmon resonance effect. </LI> <LI> The device with Au NPs at the interfaces showed 16.1% enhancement in efficiency. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Incorporation of gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) at the interfaces of organic solar cells enhance the light absorption in the active layer and the photoluminescence spectra showed a significant enhancement in their intensity which mainly contributes to the increased light absorption of active layer induced by localized surface plasmon resonance. Compact wideband implantable antenna for biomedical applications

Wideband miniaturized antenna along with high gain is much needed for biomedical implantable applications. Square patch with loop structure of 51.2 mm3 (8 mm × 8 mm × 0.8 mm) volume is printed on RT Duroid 5880 (εr = 2.2) low permittivity substrate. Parametric study is conducted to optimize the antenna structure. Tissue model is used to take the simulation results and Body Equivalent Solution is used for measuring the antenna performance. Good radiation performance is confirmed by obtaining a gain of -16.7 dBi at 2.45 GHz and a low SAR value of 35.03 W/kg over 10g tissue with input power 1W is obtained. Proposed antenna gives a 64.9% measured wide impedance bandwidth. This study reveals that simple antenna structure can provide good performance when it is placed in complicated environment.
