This research dwells on the analysis of visual content production system. Hollywood case let us know the effective and sophisticated content production system. So called 〈studio model〉 is consisted of proper combination of creators, producers, distributors and so on. Specialized production manager of big studio take charge of whole content production system to maintain very sustainable and successful business activity in Hollywood. This study also found the 〈studio model〉 has been evolved historically and now the model is located in it’s third generation, 〈studio model 3.0〉. The current production system, 〈studio model 3.0〉 is now confronting with many challenges out of new technology and new behavior of customer. As a result, new type of production system like Pixar’s 〈lab model〉 had been appeared. In other way, Oprah Winfrey is showing new experimental try to connect social media and the traditional broadcasting production. Consequently, 〈Korean Style studio model〉 is imperative to make strong content production system. 〈Korean Style studio model〉 could be accomplished by introducing 〈construction of common infrastructure in the post production chain〉 and 〈collaborative management of co-work studio〉. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Cancer nanomedicine using nanoparticle-based delivery systems has shown outstanding promise in recent decades for improving anticancer treatment. However, limited targeting efficiency, low drug loading efficiency and innate toxicity of nanoparticles have caused severe problems, leaving only a few available in the clinic. Here, we newly developed carrier-free nanoparticles of cathepsin B-cleavable peptide (Phe-Arg-Arg-Gly; FRRG)-conjugated doxorubicin (DOX) prodrug (FRRG-DOX) that formed a stable nanoparticle structure with an average diameter of 213 nm in aqueous condition. The carrier-free nanoparticles of FRRG-DOX induced cytotoxicity against cathepsin B-overexpressed tumor cells whereas the toxicity was minimized in normal cells. In particular, the FRRG-DOX nanoparticles showed the successful tumor-targeting ability and enhanced therapeutic efficiency in human colon adenocarcinoma (HT-29) tumor-bearing mice <I>via</I> enhanced permeation and retention (EPR) effect. Furthermore, FRRG-DOX nanoparticles did not present any severe toxicity, such as non-specific cell death and cardiac toxicity, in normal tissues due to minimal expression of cathepsin B. This carrier-free nanoparticles of FRRG-DOX can solve the unavoidable problems of current nanomedicine, such as lower targeting efficiency, toxicity of nanoparticles themselves, and difficulty in mass production that are fatally caused by natural and synthetic nano-sized carriers.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
Three Control Options for Integrating Wind Power System using Hybrid Energy Storage System

This paper compares three control options of a Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS) consisting of Li-ion battery and Super Capacitor (SC). The compared control options are the constant reference, first-order filter reference, and step average reference control. For the constant reference, HESS makes the fluctuating wind power a constant level. Both first-order filter reference and step average help smooth wind power fluctuation by mitigating the intermittence of wind power. Role allocating control assigns different roles to Li-ion and Super-capacitor, in order to make the most of their strength. The feasibility of these control options has been demonstrated with 10 MW wind power source, using PSCAD/EMTDC and MATLAB.

in this study. This experiments were performed the spray characteristics of diesel spray in common-rail system according to fuel temperature, injection pressure and spray time etc. Diesel have different spray patten due to injection pressure and spray time in common-rail system. A Filter pressure is influenced by fuel temperature which is turned to fuel viscosity related to a fluid flowing.
낙동고령 중권역내 주요 지류·지천에 대한 수질변화 분석

우리나라의 하천 치수·이수·환경계획 등 대부분 본류 중심의 유역관리체계에서 본류 하천환경에 근원이 되는 지류·지천으로 많은 관심과 기대가 모아지고 있다. 또한 지류는 국민의 생활공간의 일부로서 일상적 활동, 휴식 및 여가활동을 제공하는 아주 중요한 공간으로 수질 및 유량 등의 기초자료 확보를 통한 효율적인 물관리 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 낙동고력 중권역에서 오염도가 높은 하천 천내천, 기세곡천, 본리천, 용하천, 용호천을 대상으로 2015년∼2019년 및 월별수질변화 패턴을 분석하였다. 수질 분석 항목은 수질오염공정시험기준에 준하여 BOD, T-P, TOC를 대상으로 월 1회 측정을 실시하였으며, 측정 결과값을 바탕으로 수질변화를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 최근 5년간 지류·지천의 수질변화를 파악하고 월별 수질 오염도의 흐름 파악이 가능함에 따라 본류에 미치는 영향이 큰 하천을 확인할 수 있고 도랑살리기 및 지류 오염 개선 관리방안을 마련할 수 있는 중요한 자료로 활용 될 것으로 판단된다.
