In gateway controllers where real-time is important, the characteristics of autonomous driving are added, security is important, and the number of messages processed is higher than before. Due tothis effect, it was decided to change the SecOC applied as Sync to Async to reduce the core load while complying with the real-time. It was confirmed that the amount of secured message could affect Latency when applied as Async, and it was confirmed that the secured message should be adjusted to the extent that it did not affect real-time.

<P>The Cu-catalyzed, formal aza-[3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of pyridine derivatives with α-diazo oxime ethers in trifluoroethanol was used to synthesize imidazopyridines via the release of molecular nitrogen and elimination of alcohol. The ankle over-pronation causes the mechanical overloading transferred to proximal areas (i.e. knees or hips) over time. Thus, the over-pronation is recognized as a contributory factor in a wide variety of musculo-skeletal pathologies in lower extremities. Commonly, over-pronated ankles are treated using specially designed insoles that support medial heels and correct the posture of lower limbs. However, the biomechanical effects of the insoles are not yet fully understood, so there still are controversies whether such insoles really have clinical significance. In this study, in order to verify the effects of insoles and determine the best shape of the insoles, we examined how the medio-lateral knee joint reaction force changes due to insole conditions through a case study about a subject. As a result, it is revealed that the medial heel post, which drastically reduced the peak medio-lateral knee joint reaction force, has significant effects on the gait of the over-pronated patients. However, in case that the arch support is combined together, the positive effect of the medial heel post may rather decrease.

As shape parameters of insoles, the medio-lateral heel post angle and the arch support height were chosen. We then collected marker trajectories and ground reaction forces and moments of one male subject with overpronation walking with different insole conditions. The OpenSim software was employed for the simulation of each trial. Finally, the medio-lateral knee joint reaction force curves of each trial were plotted, and the efficacy of each insole condition was evaluated by comparing their peak values. As a result, it is revealed that the medial heel post, which drastically reduced the peak medio-lateral knee joint reaction force, has significant effects on the gait of the over-pronated patients. However, in case that the arch support is combined together, the positive effect of the medial heel post may rather decrease.

본 논문은 특정 도메인 챗봇 모델의 성능을 향상하기 위해 Fine-tuning 방식과 RAG 방식을 비교하는 실험을 다룬다. Fine-tuning 방식은 미리 학습된 모델을 특정 작업에 맞게 조정하는 기술이며, RAG 방식은 외부데이터를 활용하여 정확한 답변을 생성하는 방식이다. 실험은 두 방식을 동일한 데이터 세트에 적용하여 10가지 질문에 대한 성능을 비교했다. Fine-tuning 방식은 환각 현상과 답변 오류가 빈번하게 발생하며 정확도와 정답률이 낮았다. 반면 RAG 방식은 환각 현상과 삽입 오류가 적고, 정확도와 정답률이 훨씬 높았다. 따라서 실험 결과로 보아, RAG 방식이 Fine-tuning 방식보다 데이터에 대한 정확한 답변을 제공하는 데 더 적합하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. This paper deals with an experiment comparing the fine-tuning method and the RAG method to improve the performance of a specific domain chatbot model. The fine-tuning method is a technology that adjusts a pre-trained model to a specific task, and the RAG method is a method that generates accurate answers using external data. The experiment applied the two methods to the same data set and compared their performance on 10 questions. In the fine-tuning method, hallucinations and answer errors occurred frequently, and accuracy and correct response rate were low. On the other hand, the RAG method had fewer hallucinations and insertion errors, and had much higher accuracy and correct response rate. Therefore, based on the experimental results, it can be confirmed that the RAG method is more suitable for providing accurate answers to data than the fine-tuning method.

Purpose: Although the prevalence of erectile dysfunction (ED) can be affected by social changes, this association has not been well evaluated. We aimed to evaluate the prevalence and risk factors of ED through a 10-year-interval web-based sur-vey using the previous database of same group of panels, with same methodology. Materials and Methods: We sent e-mails and surveyed the panels registered in the Internet survey agency. Results: In total, 900 participants were recruited in 2016. The age-adjusted overall prevalences of self-reported ED (self-ED) and International Index of Erectile Function-5-assessed ED (IIEF-5-ED; score ≤21) in the 2016 study were 3.2% and 44.8%, respectively, which were lower than the prevalences of 8.1% (p=0.036) and 51.4% (p=0.323), respectively, in the 2006 study. The risk factors of IIEF-5-ED in their 20s and 30s in 2016 were psycho-social factors such as depression, low frequency of conversation about sex with sexual partner. The risk factors of IIEF-5-ED in their 40s to 60s in 2016 were organic factors, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, alcohol use, and self-reported premature ejaculation. Conclusions: Although the age-adjusted overall prevalence of self-ED has decreased during a decade, there was no differ-ence in the age-adjusted overall prevalence of IIEF-5-ED. Psycho-social support may be important for young men with ED and overall healthcare can be helpful for elderly men with ED.

We prepared polyester-polyamines to improve the effect of carbon black dispersibility for use in thermal transfer ink, and synthesized polymeric dispersing agents by two-step reactions. In the first step, we made polyester by polycondensing 1,6-hexanediol and adipic acid. The resulting polymers had carboxylic acid, which was linked with polyamine via an acid-base reaction. We then characterized the polyester-polyamine structure by NMR spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). We also determined the basic characterizations such as total acid numbers (TAN) (5.0?67.5 mgKOH/g), hydroxyl values (27.1?67.5 mgKOH/g), and molar masses (Mn = 1.6?8.4 kg mol<SUP>?1</SUP>) for the polyester and total base numbers (TBN) (15.3?57.1 mgKOH/g), hydroxyl values (33.0?79.8 mgKOH/g), and nitrogen contents (1.02?3.48%) for the polyesterpolyamine polymers. We thus prepared thermal transfer ink using carbon blacks and the polyester-polyamine dispersing agents, and evaluated the resulting mixtures for printability, adhesive force, storage stability, ink appearance, ink gloss, and processability. These mixtures showed significant dispersibility for carbon black in the ink. Thus, we concluded that the dispersibility of the polymeric materials depended on the polyamine structure and the hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity distribution of the polymeric dispersants.

Enhancing the value of fine chemicals based on biomass resources is an important objective for addressing environmental and other concerns such as demand for renewable or green products, as well as from the political perspective to reduce dependence on fossil feedstock associated with the use of petroleum-based products. Based on these considerations, we studied the synthesis of estolide using waste plant-based oil materials and their application as lubricants and pour point depressants. Five estolides were prepared by varying molar ratio of palmitic acid (PA) to oleic acid (OA) using a reaction time of 48 h. The estolides were characterized by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The isolated yields were in the range of 57-78 % and purity was 93-97%, showing iodine values of 18.2-37.8, total acid numbers (TANs) of 75.6-94.2 mg KOH/g and estolide numbers (ENs) of 1.2-1.8. Increasing the ratio of OA to PA in the synthesis decreased the kinematic viscosity and clouding point of the estolides. Four ball wear test of the estolides as a base oil demonstrated that the wear scar diameter (WSD) of the estolides was significantly lower (0.320-0.495 mm) than the WSD of general base oils such as 150N and Yubase (0.735 and 0.810 mm, respectively), indicating better wear resistance of the estolides. However, the lubricant property was found to be independent of the amount of OA in the estolides. These new materials are prospective candidates for application as a lubricant base oil.
