김시습(金時習) 이해의 시선과 그 의미

김시습의 삶을 이해할 수 있는 자료는 다음과 같은 세 군을 형성하고 있다. 첫째, 김시습 자신이 쓴 것으로 <자사진찬(自寫眞贊)>, <동봉육가(東峰六歌)>, <상유양양진정서(上柳襄陽陳情書)> 등이며, 둘째, 홍유손(洪裕孫)의 <제김열경시습문(祭金悅卿時習文)>, 윤춘년(尹春年)의 <매월당서(梅月堂序)> 등. 셋째, 이자(李.)의 <매월당집서(梅月堂集序)>, 이산해(李山海)의 <매월당집서(梅月堂集序)>, 이이의 <김시습전> 등이 그것이다. 이들 자료는 김시습 관련 서로 다른 이해의 시선을 보여준다. 김시습은 낙백(落魄)한 소광한 은자로 자신을 규정한다. 낙백의 원인은 젊은 시절의 좌절과 어긋남 때문이다. 개인적 비극인 박명과 불우, 선(善)의 좌절과 이교(異敎)의 번성이라는 사회적 불합리와 모순 때문이다. 그리고 그런 것이 누적되며 자신은 영원히 화합할 수 없이 어그러졌다고 보았다. 다음으로 홍유손을 비롯한 이들은 김시습을 생이지지(生而知之)한 성인, 자유자재한 대인(大人) 혹은 부처로 이해했다. 이들은 김시습을 천부적 자질을 지닌 초월적 인물로 규정하려 했다. 물론 김시습을 미친 사람이라고 하거나, 색은행괴의 무리에 불과하다고 본 경우도 있다. 이이나 이산해의 김시습 이해는 천부적인 문장가이자 절의를 표방하고 윤기를 붙든 백세의 스승이라는 시선에 바탕한다. 또한 이들은 김시습이 한 때 세상을 등진 것은 비분강개하는 기질 상 어쩔 수 없는 것이라고 보았다. 김시습을 성리학적 의리관으로 분식(粉飾)하여 이해했다. 이런 이해는 하나의 전범(典範)이 되어, 이후 연구자들에게 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. There are three kinds of materials concerning Kim, Si-sup"s life. The first kind of materials are written by Kim Si-sup himself, for examples Jasajinchan(自寫眞贊), Dongbongyukga(東峰六歌), Sangyuyangyangjinjeong-Seo(上柳襄陽陳情書) etc. Second are JeKimyeolgyeongsiup-mun(祭金悅卿時習文) by Hong, Yuson, Maewuoldang-seo(梅月堂序) by Yun, Chun-nyeon etc. Third are Maewuoldangjip-Seo(梅月堂集序) by Lee, Ja, Maewuoldangjip-Seo(梅月堂集序) by Lee, San-Hae and Kimsisup-Jeon(金時習傳) by Lee, Yi etc. These materials shows different aspects of comprehend Kim, Si-sup. Kim prescribed himself as a dejected hermit. Reasons of dejection are a misfortune and sad fate, a frustration caused by social contradictions etc. He experienced these difficulties continuously, and tuned his back on the world at last. He explained himself as a sad and frustrated hermit. The next group of people regarded Kim as a genius like Kong Zi(孔子), a great man(大人) with perfect freedom, and a living Buddha. The Confucian thought Kim as a reborn of Kong Zi, and the Taoist regard him as a freely upright man, and of course, the Buddhist respected him as a spiritually awakened man, a living Buddha. These people tried to comprehend Kim as a mythic person with a transcendent abilities. Of course, there is a group of people who thought Kim as a madness with a odd and strange behaviour. The third group of people, especially Lee, Yi or Lee, San-Hae, understood Kim as a quite and genuine writter and a model man. They gave him a honorible name for adhering Confucian principles. They thought the fact that Kim tuned his back on the world as a inevitable fate because of his righteous wrath. These people"s understanding became a model. The next generations generally comprehend Kim on the basis of this understanding.

<여와전>과 <봉신연의> 대비의 소설사적 의미

The aim of this thesis is comparative study between <Yeowachon> and <FengShenYanYi>. It is expected that the comparative study is to clear the homogeneity and heterogeneity of theme and materials in these works. <Yeowachon> is very important work to understand the history of novels specially before the early 18th century. And <FengShenYanYi> is a representative historical novel with the character of mythical heroes. These works have lots of same sides the title, characters, plots and the method of descriptions. And more, these works have the similar theme which establishes order in the world of chaos. These facts mean that these works are published at the similar generation of novel history. Even though there are lots of similar sides between them, we can't conclude that <Yeswachon> are created in similitude of <FengShenYanYi>. We can't sure the influences of <FengShenYanYi>. And more important, there are many different sides between them. For examples, <Yeswachon> not only has characteristics of historical novels but the characteristic of dream novels. And the ground of ideology, the aesthetic sense and characters are different from those of <FengShenYanYi>. Like these, similar and different sides between them are originated from the developments of novel history of each countries. The novel histories of each country developed very similar, and also they have different literary hereditaments. So obviously, they have no relations but have lots of similar sides.

한·중소설 비교 연구 방법론의 고찰 : 유형대비를 중심으로

This article proposed the new method for comparative study between Korean old novels and Chinese old novels. That is the method comparing similar types each other. This kind of comparative studies are not only helpful to make clear the novel history of east Aisa but understand the identity of Korean old novels. On this method, the researcher has to keep in mind the fact that the Korean old novels are not the remote reign of China but the core of East Asian novels-history. The comparing similar types between Korean and Chinese old novels could be proceeded with an internal and an external sides of literature. The possible types of Korean and Chinese novels are the works of romance at 16 · 7th century, historical novels, heroic novels, long Korean novels and long novels written in Chinese. They are appeared at similar period of each nations in East Asian culture blocks. So, the researcher should investigate similarities and distinctions of each types.

Evaluation of Hot Deformation and Dynamic Recrystallization Behaviors of Advanced Reduced-Activated Alloy (ARAA)

The hot deformation behavior of advanced reduced-activation alloy (ARAA) was investigated using hot torsion tests. Thefl ow stress decreased as deformation temperature increased and as strain rate decreased. The fl ow behavior demonstratedthe typical dynamic recrystallization (DRX). Based on the constitutive analysis of peak stress, the activation energy for hotdeformation was found to be 330.3 kJ mol −1 . Peak stress was analyzed as a function of the Zener–Hollomon parameter, andcalculated and experimental values were in good agreement. A DRX kinetic model for ARAA was derived with deformationconditions based on the Avrami-type model. It was confi rmed that the volume fraction of dynamically recrystallized grainsincreased as deformation temperature increased and as strain rate decreased. The necklace structure and grain boundarybulging were observed in the deformed microstructure of ARAA. The suggested DRX mechanism for ARAA during hotworking is discontinuous DRX.

<소문록>에 나타난 응보관의 특징과 의미

This paper discussed the phase and meaning of retribution brought out in <Somunrok> and its transformation. The retribution of <Somunrok> is vased on faith of the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, especially it looks like that of the human nature novels. And also, it is distinguish the retribution fo <Somunrok> and that of human nature novel by the stress point. The present life is mote important than of the past. The plot of retribution brought out in <Somunrok> is like the transmigration of souls, and it is briefly presented by the heroin's dream. The retribution of <Somunrok> substituted to the concept of the Confucian hevens. The concept of the Confucian heavens is based on the ontology. Viewing the world as dual, the earth and the heavens, brought out in long Korean novels after the <Somunrok> . This mean the readers were inclined to the value of the present based on the Confucian morality. This shows the fact that early long Korean novels adapted to their own figures according to reader's inclinations. And also, it shows that long Korean novels free themselves from influences of Chinses human nuture novels.

JPEG 압축 이미지를 이용한 수치사진측량의 정확도

The aim of our research is to find out how digital photogrammetry responds to image compression. Specially, we wish to know if using JPEG image compression leads to loss of accuracy in DTM derived by digital methods. We first review JPEG compression, and since we use the PCI OrthoEngine Airphoto Edition v6.3 digital phtogrammetry software, we briefly review it's principle of principle of operation. We use knowledge of the effect of JPEG compression on the geometric accuracy of images to predict the influence of compression on DTM accuracy. We then compare this to estimates derived from actual measurements. We find that the actual effect om DTM accuracy is greater than predicted, and consistent with geometric error due to compression in the region of 0.33 pixel.

유산균(L.lactis CBT-8)및 발효 추출물의 Helicobacter pylori 억제 능력

Helicobacter pylori infection was the cause of chronic gastritis, duodenal ulcer and gastric MALT lymphoma. The eradication rates of H. pylori using antibiotics are around 80%. Lactobacilli have been demonstrated to have in vivo and in vitro inhibitory effects on H. pylori infection. We aimed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of L. lactis CBT-8 and its extract on H. pylori in human stomach. Thirty-five H. pylori-infected volunteers(30-49 yr)were randomized into two groups which were treated with L. lactis CBT-8 and its extract(Group A n=17) or milk containing L. lactis CBT-8(Group B, n=18). They underwent 13C-urea breath tests before and after treatment. The DOB30 of group A(n=14) was decreased 41.0% after treatment(26.0±4.9 before, 15.3±2.1 after treatment)(p<0.05). the DOB30 of group B(n=13) was decreased 22.3% after treatment(22.0±2.2 before, 17.1±1.7 after treatment)(p<0.05). In conclusion, L. lactis CBT-8 was effective in suppressing H. pylori infection in human stomach.

유량 센서를 위한 Pt/PtOx 박막제작과 그 특성

The Pt/PtOx thin film for flow sensor was fabricated using two step RF magnetron sputtering method. At first, a PtOx film was deposited on the SiO2 or Alumina plate in O2 ambient then a Pt film was deposited on the PtOx film in Ar ambient. According to the AES, the Oxygen concentration in PtOx was about 20%. PtOx film was buffer layer for good Pt adhesion. Incorporated oxygen was completely removed after an annealing at 700℃ or higher. The PtOx film was dull brown after annealing the film was silvery. After annealing the resistivity of film was approached the value of Pt film.

위성신호 특성에 따른 항공삼각측량의 결합 번들블럭조정

Recently, GPS-aided aerial triangulation becomes a standard technique for topographic mapping. The main reason for wide spreading of combined bundle adjustment with GPS is the cost savings through considerably reduction of ground control points without loss of accuracy in comparison with conventional method. Another advantage of GPS-Photogrammetry is the real time flight navigation which enables to conduct the preplanned overlap and exposure time exactly. The combined bundle block adjustment with projection center coordinates determined by kinematic DGPS-positioning has reached a high level of accuracy. Standard deviations of the ground coordinates of ±10cm or even better can be reached. On this accuracy level also smaller error components are becoming more important. One major point of this is the interpolation of the projection centers as a function of time between the GPS-antenna locations. As a result of introducing DGPS-data into the block adjustment instead of ground control points, with only the control points located at both ends of blocks, it was possible to get same levels of accuracy as that of conventional block adjustment that needs a few control points. In case that the geometry of block is good, with one control point or without control points it was possible to adjust, but at least four control points were necessary to correct the errors remained in the kinematic positions effectively.

Thioacetamide에 의한 BALB/c 마우스 간의 시간별 약물대사효소 억제 양상 : A Time-Course Study

Thioacetamide is a potent hepatotoxicant which requires metabolic activation by cytochrome P450s (P450s) for toxicity. In the present study, the elevation kinetic of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities by thioacetamide treatment was investigated in male BALB/c mice. Inaddition, the inhibitory effects of thioacetamide on liver microsomal P450 enzymes were further investigated. Thioacetamide at 100 mg/kg/ was treated intraperitoneally for 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 hr. The blood was collected at the designated time for assaying the serum enzyme activities. To determine the P450 isozyme-specific activities. ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase (EROD), methoxyresorufin O-demethylase (MROD), and benzyloxyresorufin O-debenzylase (BROD) activities were determined for P450 1A1, 1A2 and 2B1, respectively, in liver microsomal fractions. The activities of ALT and AST were started to be elevated 6 hr after thioacetamide treatment andreached the maximun at 36 hr after the treatment. The elevated activities were dramatically recovered at 72 hr. The microscopic exmination of the liver specimen also showed a similar profile of hepatotoxicity. All P450-associated enzyme activities were time-dependently inhibited by the treatiment with thioacetamide. The maximum inhibition of P450 enzymes was observed 36 hr after the treatment. Because the inhibition of P450 enzymes by thioacetamide was time-dependent, our present results suggest that thioacetamide might inhibit P450 enzymes in mechanism-based inactivation.
