        We investigated the contamination of ground water in Kyungbuk region about 87 points by nitrate nitrogen(NO₃-N) concentration. The obtained results were as follows; 1. Nitrate nitrogen concentration is high showed 4.43㎎/ℓ for life used. The results seemed to contaminate because of excrement of men and livestock, decomposed animal and plant and chemical fertilizer. 2. Nitrate nitrogen concentration classified with about 11 region is high 14.9㎎/ℓ in storage tank.

      • 대구, 경북 지역의 토양 환경상태 연구 : 토양 용도별 및 토양오염지표에 의한 평가 Assessment by Soil Divisions and Soil Pollution Index

        We analysed the soil quality of Taegu and Kyungbuk region according to the 12 different sampling sites. The soil pH of the downtown area near road was lower than that of the other roads, which indicated that this acidification was probably attributed to the acid rain caused by the traffic exhaust gas such as SO_x and NO_x, Acidification was slightly severe in the rice paddy area than in the dry farming area. All concentration of 6 different heavy metal(Cu, As, Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr^+6) and organic contaminants (Cyanide, organic-p, PCBs, phenols) were found to be lower than the standard of soil pollution or not detected. An assessment using the SPI(Soil Pollution Index), which was developed to estimate soil quality, was performed. Each SPC(Soil Pollution Score) were evaluated with the results of the data from this study. The soil quality of most area of Taegu and kyungbuk was determined to Class 1, which indicated that the soil was healthy.

      • Coacervation-상분리법으로 만든 Ethyl Cellulose 마이크로캅셀의 Glibenclamide 방출특성 및 수용성 첨가제의 영향

        Glibenclamide (GBC) is a well-known antidiabetic agent, which stimulates the secretion of endogenous insulin by pancreatic βcells. However, administration of GBC at a high dose can occasionally induced the fatal hypoglycemia, especially in the patients with impaired liver function. Therefore, in order to develop an oral sustained-release preparation which reduces the side effect, microcapsulation of GBC has been carried out in this experiment. Microcapsules of GBC were prepared by coacervation-phase separation method with ethylcellulose as a wall-forming material in cyclohexane, using polyisobutylene as a coacervation-inducing agent. Different amounts of hydrophilic additives. L-arginine(ARG) and polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG), were added to the microcapsule wall, in order to alter the porosity of the wall and hence to enhance the release of the core material. The microcapsules prepared were examined for physical properties by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and particle size analysis. The release of the poorly water-soluble GBC was found to be very slow from the microcapsules and strongly dependent on the core to wall ratio of the microcapsules, but it was accelerated considerably with increasing amount of PEG or ARG. In general, on the basis of dissolution kinetics, GBC releases from microcapsules were followed apparent first-order kinetics, while the dissolution data of GBC powder conformed to Hixon-Crowell's cube root law. Therefore, in conclusion, it might be possible to design the sustained-release formulation by the combination of both GBC powder and microcapsules of different core wall ratio with or without hydrophilic additives.

      • 가상 환경에서의 부하 적응적 관심영역 관리

        인터넷 기술의 확장과 하드웨어 기술의 발전으로 인해 많은 발전을 이룩한 대규모 가상환경의 핵심은 사용자의 PC의 성능에 영향을 받는 확장성에 있다 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 관심영역 관리자를 멀티캐스트 그룹에서 필터링 멀티캐스트와 PC 클라이언트 시스템 사이에 존재시키면서 다중 필터링의 기능을 구현한다. 또한 필터링 후에 관심영역 관리자가 전체의 관심영역을 충족시키는 사용자의 관심 패턴에 따라 관심영역으로부터의 데이터의 양을 조절한다. 관심영역은 세 개의 영역으로 나누어져서 클라이언트의 네트웤의 대역폭에 최적화 된 데이터를 받는다. The spread of the Internet and the advances in hardware technologies enabled PC-based large-scaled Virtual Environment. A key in a large-scaled Virtual Environment is scalability which inherently depends on the capability of an end-user's PC. In this thesis, the AOIM (Area-of-Interest Manager) is located between the multicast network and the PC client system to optimize the flow of interested information utilizing multi-tiered filtering effect together with multicast group. After filtering process, the AOIM manages data flow from the AOI according to the client's pattern of interest. The pattern is a description of participant's interest covering the whole AOI. The AOI is divided into three different sub-area providing multi-level of consistency.

        남북한 산업 규격의 비교 연구

        The technological and industrial traits of North Korean today are very different with those of South Korea as politics, economy, culture of both Koreas are, which have been developed in respective ways during the last fifty years. Facing with today's many real activities for the interchange and the cooperation like the construction of railroads and industrial complexes, lack of the general understanding of dissimilarities in characteristics of both countries are making it difficult to accomplish joint objects. However, any examination about those problems has never been tried because of the lack of practical materials and data about the technology and the industry in the North. This paper addresses the analysis procedure and method of the difference of the national industrial standard between South and North Korea in order to understand the difference. We already investigated the hierarchical classifications, organization, regulative items before and the systematic analysis procedure including the comparative study of the national standard based on the characteristics of each standard and the guide table which can be used in the comparison of the standards are accomplished in this paper. Based on the suggested comparison procedure, we reported the difference of the standard in the area of mechanical industry as a result of the comparison of the standards of South and North Korea over 360.

        마이크로파 용융삽입법을 이용한 생분해성 나노복합체의 제조

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of application of microwave energy for the fabrication of polymer/clay nanocomposite. APES/Clay nanocomposites were prepared at 130℃ for 30min with various content of clay by melt-intercalation method under classical and microwave heating source. APES/Clay samples were characterized by the means of X-ray diffractometry(XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), and rheometric dynamic analysis(RDA). It was found that intercalated or exfoliated state was obtained in the samples according to the condition of organic modification, clay content, and heating source.

      • 행정서비스품질의 모델 중심적 분석에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 점차 그 중요성이 증대되고 있는 행정분야에서의 고객만족을 위한 우수한 행정서비스 품질을 제공하기 위해 서비스품질의 측정방법인 SERVQUAL 모형과 SERVPERF 모형간의 적합성 여부를 3가지 비교방법에 의해 분석하고 행정서비스품질의 5가지 구성차원간의 중요도가 전반적 서비스품질과 고객만족에 어떤 차이가 있는지, 그리고 전반적 서비스품질과 고객만족과의 선행관계를 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 차원별 서비스품질이 전반적 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 SERVQUAL는 영향이 미치지 않았고, SERVPERF은 3요인이 영향을 미치고, 고객만족의 차원별 영향은 SERVQUAL은 1요인만이 영향을 미치고 SERVPERF는 2요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 두 모형간의 차원별 중요도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 두 요인간의 선행변수는 전반적 서비스품질이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 행정서비스품질의 측정방법의 적합성은 SERVPERF 모형이 더 적합하였음을 밝혀 보았다. 이상의 본 연구는 행정서비스품질의 5가지 요인 중 전반적서비스품질에는 공감성이 고객만족에는 확신성이 가장 영향력이 높은 변수임을 밝혀내어 행정 분야에 대한 연구를 부여하였으며, 지금까지 논쟁이 되고 있는 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF 모형의 우월성을 행정 분야에 접목시켜 성과 측정이 더 적합하였음을 시사하고 있다.

        We investigated the contamination of ground water in Kyungbuk region about 87 points by the depth. The obtained results were as follows; 1. It was showed that nitrate nitrogen is highest and Cl^- is lowest for life used. 2. It was showed that nitrate nitrogen concentration is high in adjacent region of nightsoil treatment plant, COD is high in specific waste landfill and electric conductivity is high in golf field. 3. It showed that the relationship between depth and pH and nitrate nitrogen is good. pH is increased and nitrate nitrogen is decreased according to the depth.

      • Dioxin류의 반응에 대한 분자궤도함수론적 연구 : dibenzo-p-dioxin, 2,7-dichlorodibenzo-p-dioxin, dibenzofuran, 2,8-dichlorodibenzofuran 중심으로

        Molecular orbital studies for dibenzo-p-dioxin, 2,7-dichlorodibenzo-p-dioxin, dibenzofuran and 2,8-dichlorodibenzofuran were carried out by semiempirical PM3 method. Reaction sites for nucleophilic, electrophilic and radical reaction of dioxins were predicted and discussed by MO studies. The values of approximated superdelocalizability were 0.7802, 0.2686, 0.3104, 0.1982 for the above dioxins, respectively. And reported rate constant for the reaction of dioxins with OH radical (Eitzer et. al.. Environ, Sci. Technol. 1989, 23, 1389) was well correlated with approximated superdelocalizability.
