사이버무역의 비즈니스 모델과 사례 분석

본 논문에서는 일반적인 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델을 준용하여 "글로벌 B2B 전자상거래"로서의 사이버무역(Cyber Trade) 내지 전자무역(e-Trade)의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 개념, 유형 및 사례 등을 살펴보고 향후의 발전방향을 검토하였다. 특히 무역거래알선 사이트로 대표될 수 있는 무역 부문의 국내 e-마켓플레이스에 대한 심층적인 사례분석을 통해 고객 중심의 바람직한 사이버무역의 비즈니스 모델은 계약 이전은 물론 계약 이후의 모든 무역업무 처리에 필요한 각종 정보와 서류가 전자적으로 교환이 가능한 이른바 "단절 없고 전 무역과정이 유통되는 네트워크(Seamless & Fully Circulated Network)"의 구축을 지향하고 있다는 점을 지적하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 인터넷과 EDI의 통합, 온라인과 오프라인의 통합, 국내와 외국과의 네트워크 통합등이 매우 중요함을 강조하고 있다.

As long as teachers are evaluated by their administrators in a formal on-going program, they have a right to expect that evaluations will be conducted as scientifically, objectically, and fairly as possible in light of present knowledge. The characteristics for successful teacher evaluation program are (1) that the teacher as well as principals are actively involved in developing the evaluation plan and reviewing it constantly and (2) that the purpose of the program is essentially to improve instruction and help the teachers become more successful in pursuing their profession. Therefore, the results of evaluation should be open, and teachers with principals should evaluate themselves, and the evaluating factors should be composed of a list of traits, skills or behaviors of teacher. Adding rating scales to these checklists, it will be accomplished at once two purposes of teacher evaluation: improving instruction and helping teachers succeed, and to rate teachers for administrative purposes. In the content of teacher evaluation, teacher's instruction behavior and classroom performance should be emphasized more than other factors.

A semi-infinite kinked crack acting one anti-plane concentrated load in main crack is analysed. It has the significance that the solution of this problem is Green's function applied to arbitrary shear loading problems provided that the crack geometray is the same as this problem. The problem is formulated using the Mellin transform, and solved by the Wiener-Hopf technique. Asymptotic solution for the displacement around crack tip is derived, from which closed from solution for the stress intensity factor is obtained.

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of speed reading development program which was constructed as the clinical treatments of the five psycho-phypical variables of eye movements and perceptual processes. The clinical treatments of this program were integrated with a reading activity to form a wholeness of behaviors and to synthesize the interaction effects among treatments. The output behaviors could be developed and explained, not in terms of fixation, comprehension, and saccading, but in terms of power, flexbility, speed, rhythm, focussing, concentation, and comprehension. Along with the four weeks' manipulation of an experimental time series design, both speed and comprehension variables of college students' reading behaviors were significantly developed at the level of reading their textbooks at the rate of about two thousand and six hundred words per minute which were easily contacted.

종자파종 및 묘유형별 식재방식이 훼손비탈면의 녹화에 미치는 영향

This research was initiated to investigate the revegetation characteristics under seeding and seedling types of woody plants on the cut slope. 4 different seeding and seedling types (seeding, field seedling, pot seedling, and unit seedling) of woody plants(Rhus chinensis Mill, Albizzia julibrissin Duraz., Quercus acutissima Carr.) were treated with 3 replications with 4 different plots(herbeous plant seeding, woody plant seeding+field seedling, field seedling+pot seedling, and pot seedling+unit seedling) on the experimental cut slope. Growth height was ranked high in the pot seedling type, medium in the field seedling type, and low in the seeding type, respectively when compared to no difference of growth height found in the unit seedling type during the growing period. The death rate was found on high in the unit seedling type when compared to low in the pot and field seedling types, respectivey. In the visual ratings of quality with 4 different plots, the quality was high in the pot+unit seedling plot, medium in the field+pot seedling plot, and low in the seeding+field seedling plot with the most lowest rating of quality found in the herbeous seeding plot(control plot). As far as the seedling types concerned, the field and pot seedling types were more effective when compared to the unit seedling type with low rooting and growth value because of the outer wooven fabric crust to obstruct rooting into the soil. Therefore, we concluded that pot and field seedling types of woody plants was effective in the viewpoint of ecological cut slope revegetation.

The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma presenting as obstructive jaundice is 0.7 -9% The mechanisms of obstructive jaundice include bile duct invasion by tumor, tumor thrombi, blood clots, direct bile duct compression by tumor, and intraductal tumor growth. We report a rare case of hepatocellular carcinoma with intraductal growth A 46-year-o1d woman was admitted due to colicky right upper abdominal pain and jaundice for 4 days Computed tomography showed dilatation of the left intrahepatic duct, and endoscopic retrograde cholangiography showed a filhng defect in the left main intrahepatic duct. We performed a left lobectomy with a Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy. The tumor was diagnosed as a hepatocellular carcinoma with intraductal growth.

한 대학병원의 근무자와 이용자의 정신질환에 대한 인식의 비교 연구

Objective: This study investigated awareness of mental disease on the part of hospital employees and compared it with that of the general population to identify methods for implementing and maintaining early treatment, Subjects and Methods: The subjects were 177 employees of Chosun University Hospital and 172 hospital visitors. Data were collected using a questionnaire that examined demographics and posed 40 questions on the awareness of mental diseases. Results: 1) Hospital employees were more aware of the prevalence, symptoms, and causes of mental disease than were the general population. 2) Regarding differences in awareness of a mental disease according to occupation within the hospital, hospital administrators had more prejudicial views with respect to supernatural and religious concepts of mental disease, unscientific treatment methods, the condition of a mental disease, and the course of treatment than did doctors or nurses. 3) Regarding differences with respect to direct and indirect experiences of mental disease on the part of hospital employees, the group experiencing no mental disease was less prejudiced, which is contrary to the results for the general population. Conclusions: Hospital employees who have more opportunities to confront mental disease and to receive training had a higher level of awareness of, and more positive attitudes toward, mental disease. Nevertheless, those experiencing a mental disease directly had greater prejudice. Therefore, regarding education about mental diseases, it is necessary that an in-depth education method is designed, one that goes beyond simply delivering knowledge about the various diseases.

디지털상품의 국제거래 유형과 분쟁 해결방안

Digital goods are defined as intangible and non-physical goods, composed of a combination of digital signals, electronically represented as 0 and 1. They are also called as digital products, electronic transmissions, information goods, digital contents, computer information, etc. Digital goods are now traded both domestically and internationally as well as on-line and off-line. Korean government revised the Basic Law on Foreign Trade to include digital goods and services as the scope of foreign trade in 2001. Trade volume of digital goods are increasing in Korea. The supply chains of digital goods from producing the components to selling globally to consumers are different from conventional physical goods. Mostly, digital goods are traded on the license basis rather than ownership contract. End User License Agreements(EULAs), such as shrink-wrap, click- wrap, or browser-wrap licenses are very popular in online transactions. Unlike conventional physical goods, the breach of license contract is closely linked with the infringement of intellectual property rights. Digitalized intellectual property is easy to copy and transmit in the cyber space. In cases of legal disputes from the breach of license contract, commercial arbitration or on-line alternative dispute resolutions(ADRs) are regarded as better approach to solve them rather than court sues. For promoting more secure and reliable international trade of digital goods. arbitration clauses should be included in most of license contracts.
