Precision resistance spot welding was applied to two kinds of thin stainless steel (STS304) strips to be soft and hard. The hard STS304 was produced by cold working. and the soft STS304 was obtained by solid solution treatment in the present experiment. Thickness of the specimens was 0.2mm. The welding load was varied by 1∼ 18kgf,the range of wdlding current was 500∼1500A. In the welding process, the splash from weldment was ovserved carefully. The welded specimen with lap joint was tested by the tensile shear test. And the nugget of the weldment was investigated by macro-section macro-section ovservation and micro-vickers hardness test. When the welding load was low, the good condition with stable quality and no splash could not be obtained. Therefore, to suppress the splash from the weldment, sufficient welding load and adequate currentwas needed. This approach method was developed for the hard and soft thin STS304 strips. The nugget and heat affected zone in the weldment by the hard STS304 was softened remarkably �� 새 rapid heating and cooling by the welding process. However for the soft STS304, the hardness of the weldment was not changed, but almost uniform. Because of this mechanism, the weldment by the hard STS304 was failed by the plug fracture mostly when welding current had been adative or high. But for the weldment by the soft STS304, the tear fracture was appeared mainly in the same range of current.

Single and 4 weeks oral administration of New wonbangwoohwangchungsimwon (NSCH) which was used l-muscone as substitutive material of musk, to beagle dogs of both sexes were performed to investigate both acute and subacute toxicity. Beagle dogs (3 males and 3 females) in acute experiments were administered orally with sinlge dose of 2,000 ㎎/㎏ and groups of 9 male and 9 female beagle dogs in subacute experiments were given daily different dosage of NSCH, 160 ㎎/㎏/day (low dosage group), 400 ㎎/㎏/day (middle dosage group), 1,000 ㎎/㎏/day (high dosage group) once a day for 4 weeks by oral route according to the Established Regulation of Korea Food and Drug Administration (1996. 4. 16). LD_50 value for beagle dogs was more than 2,000 ㎎/㎏ per oral for both male and females. In animals administered with NSCH, there were neither dead animals nor significant changes of body weights. In addition, no differences were found between control and treated groups in clinical sign, urinalysis, eye examination, hematology, serum chemistry, organ weight and other fingings. No histological lesions were observed in both control and treatment groups. Above data strongly suggset that NSCH in beagle dogs is considered to be safe.

Wind loads on buildings in realistic environments surrounded by neighboring buildings may be considerably different from those measured on isolated buildings. Wind-induced interference effects depend mainly on the geometry and arrangement of these structures, their orientation and upstream terrain conditions. The most important factor among them is the arrangement of building structures. It is examined in this study that how wind loads on a high-rise building with square section are affected by the arrangement of neighboring buildings with side ratio of 1.5 to the measured building. Wind-induced interference effects on high-rise buildings were performed by wind-tunnel tests of force balance model. Interference factor was defined as ratio of wind force on a building with interfering buildings present to wind force on an isolated building.
배추 內婚系와 交配後代에서 自家不和合 遺傳因子의 活力變異에 대한 硏究

배추의 自家不和合 因子組成이 다른 全球(S_(5)S_(5)) 및 野崎 2號(S_(6)S_(6))계통과 이들간의 交配에서 얻은 F₁식물(S_(5)S_(6)), 그리고 F₁을 自殖하여 얻은 F₂植物體群을 상호교배하여 自家不和合 遺傳因子에 대한 優劣關係의 遺傳과 發現樣相을 연구 하였다. F₁ 및 F₂식물체에서의 자가불화합 支配 對立因子間의 관계는 花粉에서 安定的이었으나 株頭에서의 환경적 요인등에 의해 다양하게 변화하는 것이 확인 되었다. F₁식물의 自家不和合 程度나 S-因子間의 優劣關係는 이를 自殖한 F₂식물에서 동일하게 나타나지 않았다. A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the dominance-recessive relationship of S-genes and degrees of self incompatibility in 2 inbred lines of known S-allele and their F₁and F₂ plants by full diallele crosses. The dominance-recssive relationship between S-genes in pollen was stable in F₁and F₂ plants throughout the experiment. In stigma, however, the relationship apparently changed or reversed in F₁or F₂ plants and also possibly by environmental and genetic factors. F₂ plants did not exhibit the same dominance-recessive relationship as in the F₁plants, especially in stigma.

파의 부정확한 도달시점에 의해 전단파의 속도가 결정된다면, 동적 탄성계수 또한 부정확하게 된다. 반면, 전단파의 도달시점을 정확히 결정하여 전단파 속도 측정의 정확성을 향상할 수 있다면, 상대적으로 신뢰성이 작지만, 경제적이고 효율적인 다운홀 실험의 적용성을 극대화시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 다운홀 시험에서 전단파 속도를 가장 정확하게 결정하는 방법을 결정하기 위해서 현재 적용가능한 도해법, 최대곡률법, 상호교차법, 상호상관법, 위상속도법 등을 비교검토하였다. 또한, 각 깊이에서의 전단파 전파시간으로부터 전단파 속도 주상도를 결정하기 위한 다운홀 해석법인 직접법, 수정 간접법, 역산 해석법 등과 신뢰도가 높은 SASW실험결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 전달파 전파시간의 결정은 최대곡률법과 교차상관법이 적합한 것으로 판단되었고, 다운홀 해석 법으로는 Snell 법칙을 이용하는 역산해석 법이 신뢰도가 높은 것으로 판단되었다. In case of visual measurement of velocity, there is a potential error for the arrival point of shear wave. Consequently, the error causes incorrect results in the evaluation of dynamic modulus. The disadvantage of downhole test can be improved, if the velocity of shear wave is exactly chosen by arrival point of the wave. Thus, in this study, visual method, cross-over method, cross-correlation method and phase of cross spectrum method were used to find the most reliable procedure for the determination of the S-wave velocity Also, to provide the reliable interpretation procedure to evaluate the S-wave velocity profile from travel times at depths, the results of the direct method, the modified interval method, arid the inversion method were compared with the results of SASW measurments. As a result, the modified interval method and the inversion method based on Snell's method turned out to be the reliable procedures to determine the S-wave velocity profile from the travel times of the S-wave at depths.

The subchronic toxicity study of rHuEPO, a newly developed recombinant erythropoietin, was investigated for 13 weeks in Beagle dogs intravenously treated with doses of 100,500 and 2,500 IU/㎏/day. There were no significant changes in body weight, food intake, physical and opthalmic examination, urine analysis, etc. Any toxic response was not observed except for enlarged spleen and extramedullary hematopoiesis. These results indicate that the no-observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in Beagle dogs.
