The switched reluctance motor(SRM) has a simple rotor construction with no windings. It also has simple concentrated windings on the stator. Thus, it is expected to be a lower cost machine to manufacture than the squirrel cage induction motor. This paper presents an advanced rotor structure type, well-round rotor type in SRM. To design the improved SRM we have used FEM and studied and compared with each other. The static torque, instantaneous torque and average torque are more improved than that of typical rotor type which has been a lot of used for SRM.

<P>The energy‐efficient dehumidification over hier‐archically porous metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) with hydrothermal stability is reported on page 806 by Jong‐San Chang and co‐workers. Their promising water sorption properties lead to a new type of advanced water adsorbents for the effective utilization of low‐grade thermal energy as well as solar energy. These MOFs would be potential alternatives to commercial water adsorbents, which are used for industrial or indoor desiccant applications such as desiccant dehumidifiers/humidifiers, gas dryers, adsorptive air‐conditioning systems, fresh water production, and adsorption heat transformation. </P>
COVID-19 이후 일 대학병원 Wee센터에 의뢰된 학생의 정서·행동적 특성 변화 비교

Objectives:The purpose of this study was to identify the change in the reasons for referrals before and after the COVID-19 outbreak among students who were referred to the one hospital-linked Wee center in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. Methods:324 students who were referred to one hospital-linked Wee center for personal counseling from January 1, 2019 to December 31 were included. In the initial session of individual counseling, 3 of the chief reasons among 27 emotional and/or behavioral problems were indicated. This reason was divided into before and after COVID-19 to determine whether there is a difference, and whether there is a difference between before and after COVID-19 depending on the school level. Results:The most frequent emotional and/or behavioral problem was ‘interpersonal problems’ in both pre- COVID-19 and post- COVID-19 groups. In post- COVID-19 group, ‘anxiety’ was significantly increased, whereas ‘conduct problems,’ ‘impulsivity’ and ‘inattention’ were significantly decreased. In elementary students group, only ‘conduct problems’ was significantly decreased after COVID-19 and the same result was shown in middle and high school students group. Conclusions:The study showed that after COVID-19 pandemics in Daegu the difference of students’ problems was noted, and internalizing problems seem to increase rather than externalizing problems. This result calls upon schools to plan for students’ further mental health care measures.

This study is intended to identify the influence of family-friendly management on the job satisfaction of female workers at a company on the basis of ``Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families` done by Korea Women`s Development Institute. According to the results, the companies were hardly aware of the current status of family-friendly and maternity protection policy and implementation rate. The result of interrelation analysis showed that vacation supporting policy turned out to be most related to the degree of job satisfaction of women. In addition, family-friendly management was shown to be positively related to the vacation supporting and maternity protection policies and the degree of job satisfaction of women. As to the analysis of control effect, it has been verified that family-friendly management based on marriage status had some control effect on the vacation supporting policy by influencing the degree of job satisfaction. According to the analysis on whether companies implemented, Most of the companies turned out not to be providing nor implementing policies related to family-friendly management.
