      • 반복치료로 호전된 호산구성 폐렴 유사 폐흡충증 1예

        우리나라에서 인기 있는 게장등의 섭취로2) 성인뿐만 아니라 소아에서도 지속적으로 보고되고 있는 폐흡충증은 다양한 임상양상을 보일 수 있다. 저자들은 방사선 소견상 만성 호산구성 폐렴과 유사하였고, 반복적인 치료로 호전된 폐흡충증 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Paragonimiasis mostly occurs by ingestion of raw or undercooked freshwater crabs or crayfish. Recently, re-emergence of paragonimiasis is reported because of ingestion of raw food such as freshwater fish and Gejang (marinated raw crabs). As the radiological features as well as the laboratory findings are similar to those of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, the diagnosis of pulmonary paragonimiasis is often difficult and delayed. A 43 year-old female was visited our hospital for migrating and new developing consolidative lung lesions and peripheral blood eosinophilia. The eosinophil profile of leukocyte was 32% (absolute count 2,690 /mm3). Histologic finding was organizing pneumonia pattern with severe infiltration of eosinophils. Parasite specific antibody IgG forParagonimus westermani was positive (titer:0.61, normal range<0.20). After treatment with praziquantel (75mg/Kg once a day for 2days), the chest x-ray was clearly resolved. Follow-up study showed right pleural effusion, newly developed focal infiltration, and several nodules. After retreatment, we couldn't find any recurrent evidence.

      • 근대 박람회에서 개최 도시와 공간의 의미 : 동아시아 각국의 이미지와 관련하여

        Does the city or country which the exhibition is to be held in affect the images shown? This paper will examine the relationship between the exhibits and what cultural perspective they show. Depending on the host countries, Europe or the U.S.A., chinese and Japanese exhibitions appeared different during the late 19th century and early 20th century. In European exhibitions, the image of China was of a handcrafts country or mysterious country. In American exhibitions, on the other hand, China was viewed as a country with magnificent tradition. In the Japanese pavilion in the European exhibition, a Japanese tearoom or shrine(Shinsa) was displayed. You could also see the elaborate beauty of handicraft arts. In American exhibition, however, Japan displayed its huge and magnificent traditional beauty. were these differences as referred to above result of the different relationships between the host an the exhibiting countries (China, Japan - France and China, Japan - America)? handicrafts country appealed to the French emotions which respect art. The American exhibition, as well as the Paris exhibition, were driven by American commercialism. In order to raise profits, the host company tried to attract more customers with more massive and more shocking spectacles. The exhibition's commercialism corresponded to the intention to enhance the country's view of China and Japan. In the Japanese exhibition, which started in 1877, 'modernization', and 'civilization, dominated with the traditional Japanese mode disappearing. The exhibition's modernization and civilization overwhelmed the Japanese people with western culture. The first icon was the clock tower. The clock tower was a sign that people needed to adjust to modern times, and proclaimed that the nation was now in time wit the rest of the world. The next icon was the fountain or electric illumination. The electric illumination made people fantasize about lighting techniques. Glass, which was widely used in the exhibition, was a symbol denoting that economics was more important that politics. Japanese 'civilization' and 'modernization' were combined with the image of 'imperialism', and showed weird complex works of browbeating features and bustling festivals. The only international modern chinese exhibition was Nanyang Exhibition in Nanjing in 1910. It had 32 pavilions including an education one. The main entrance and the monument as well as the education pavilion which was the main exhibition and handicraft pavilion adopted modern western architecture. The fontanel set in front of the main entrance was the only example of a traditional Chinese motive. The host of the exhibition denied the tradition of China and presented 'civilization' and 'modernization' as the future of China by using western pavilion design. The design was done not by the Chinese but English architects working Shanghai at the moment. At the result of the design, the Chinese exhibition was far from the reality. Moreover, the host place was about 300 kms away from Shanghai, which was the most prosperous region and it showed that political logic still exceeded economical logic in China at the moment. Meanwhile the both Chosun and Taiwan, colonies of Japan and, were presented as a castle turret, and a place respectively in foreign exhibitions. In the exhibition, which was held in Chosun, modern style was compounded with traditional style by holding the events in places such as Gyungbok-gung. In taiwan, the exhibition was held in a park. Therefore there were no symbolic traditional motives. The papace was a symbol of traditional sovereignty. The palace site was exactly right to show the incapacity of the corrupt dynasty. It was also used as a space of freedom breading through what was normally of limits to the people. The exhibition in the Chosun palace had been diluted the symbolism of Chosun which formerly had been a strong symbol of the dynasty. Taiwan, on the contrary, as one of provinces of the Chung dynasty was not a symbolic region, so it did not have to dispose any symbolism. Therefore, only western modernism was expressed in the Taiwanese exhibition. The regional symbolism of colonial exhibitions of Taiwan and Chosun contrasted with he regional symbolism from the modern cities such as in Tokyo which many exhibitions.

        개의 하악에서 막성골 중첩이식후 신연골 형성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of distraction osteogenesis in membranous onlay bone graft on the mandible and to clarify the histology of bone repair during distraction osteogenesis in the membranous onlay bone in a dog model. Four dogs, 5 months of age at the beginning of the experiment, were used for this study. The zygomatic arch was exposed in the subperiosteal plane and the full-thickness zygomatic arch was harvested to 3 centimeters in length. The lateral surface of the mandibular body was exposed in the subperiosteal plane and the membranous onlay bone graft was performed with firm contact using screws. The osteotomy on the membranous onlay bone graft and underlying mandibular body was carried down week 1 in dog 1, week 2 in dog 2, week 3 in dog 3, and week 4 in dog 4 after membranous onlay bone graft. The external distraction device was applied to the mandibular body. Mandibular distraction was started 7 days after the operation at a rate of 1mm per day for a total of 10 mm distraction over 10 days. After completion of distraction, the distraction device was left in place for 6 weeks bony consolidation of the distracted area. Radiographs were carried out at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after distraction. New bone between the native underlying mandibular segments was generated in the distracted zone in all dogs. The new bone between the native underlying mandibular segments was generated in the distracted zone in all dogs. The new bone between segments of membranous onlay bone graft was not generated in dog 1, but it was generated in dogs 2, 3 and 4. However, in dog 2 and 3, the new bone between segments of the distracted membranous onlay bone graft presented less firmness with fibrous tissue than that of the native underlying mandibular segment. Histologically, the distracted gap between segments of the membranous onlay bone graft was composed of much fibrous tissue in the central zone while activated osteoblastic cells formed new bone in the margins of the distracted gap in dogs 2 and 3. In dog 4, there were abundant osteoblastic activities in the distracted gap and the new bone appeared as nearly-normal cortical bone. In conclusion, these findings suggested that membranous onlay bone graft had an osteogenic capacity and that distraction osteogenesis was possible in membranous onlay bone graft.

      • 回轉굽힘을 받는 複合組織網의 疲勞强度와 破壞擧動에 관한 硏究

        The quality and reliability of various steel materials used in industrial machinery have become a great importance as industry developes. For this reason a study on dual phase steel have been performed by the reporter with great interest. The annealed steel and MEF steel. FEM steel of dual phase specimens were prepared on hollowed specimen. A rotated bending fatigue test was performed on these specimens. The relationship between fatigue crack propagation status, velocity and stress intensity factor was investigated during the test. The results of the test are as follows. 1. The fatigue limits of MEF and FEM showed 34% and 26% increases respectively compared to the annealed specimen. 2. The fatigue-life of MEF and FEM showed 15.6 and 10.5 times increase respectively over the annealed specimen. For initial crack occurance, MEF and FEM showed 40 and 15 times, increase over the annealed specimen. 3. The relationship between propagative speed of fatigue-crack and stress intensity factor is formulated as shown below : Annealed : ?? FEM : ?? MEF : ?? 4. The crack occurance in a ferrite particle of dual phase steel propagated thru the thinnist border of the martensite second phase for MEF specimen, and propagated alongside the border of the martensite second phase for FEM.

        [비평논문] 한국 인문학의 좌표와 중심 / 주변 연구

        In looking back on the state of the humanities in Korea over the past twenty years, this writing makes it certain that in which intellectual context the center / periphery studies project by the PNU Humanities Institute locates, and what the project team’s aim and method should be. In the late 1990s in Korea, it was often said that the humanities were in crisis. But, scholars missed out the view of periphery or locality in examining the crisis in the humanities studies. It was during the 1990s that an academic interest in the center / periphery and locality was nation-widely taken. The interest started by the fields of Korean history and then was spreaded into the fields of Korean literature. In the context of the academic trend, the center / periphery studies are connected with the ‘locality’. Such studies are not a kind of theory for theory but based on the reality. We start in terms of ‘locality’ and arrive at the concept of ‘boundary’ going beyond a limit. We will abstract theory deduced in ‘locality’, expanding them from a merely spacial notion to all kinds of cultural phenomena. The center / periphery studies has been organized by the research institute and are presently undergoing the collective research. So we expect that from such a research collaboration itself should appear a kind of intellectual community. In addition, in the center / periphery studies, it needs to be clearly aware what their own proper theory be, and to try to find a further paradigm.

        The dynamic fracture toughness (K_(Id)) is measured using the precracked standard Charpy specimen with an instrumented impact machine. The value of K_(Id) is determined as a function of yield strength and microstructure, and correlations are established between K_(Id) and both energy of initial fracture and total energy of fracture. Since the K_(Id) values of the precracted impact specimens are in accordance with their theoretical ones, this test method is sufficiently practical.

        공업계고등학교 '공작기계 Ⅰ' CAD수업에서 JigsawⅡ 협동학습이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과

        이 연구는 공업계고등학교 '공작기계 Ⅰ' CAD수업에서 JigsawⅡ 협동학습이 학생들의 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 실험은 '정적집단 비교 설계' 를 실험 모형으로 적용하여 실험 집단은 JigsawⅡ 협동학습 집단으로, 통제 집단은 전통적 수업방법을 시행하는 집단으로 구성하였다. 실험결과를 통해 CAD수업에서 JigsawⅡ 협동학습은 학업성취도를 향상하는 데 전통적 수업방법보다 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그 원인은 이 연구의 CAD수업 내용이 기초적인 내용이었고, 또 대상 학생들이 공업계고등학교에 입학한 1학년 학생들로 CAD수업에 대한 내용을 처음으로 공부하게 되어 수업 내용에 대한 이해가 충실하지 못했기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 학생들이 처음으로 접하게 되는 수업내용이나 기초적인 수업 내용에 대한 JigsawⅡ 협동학습 관련연구를 시행하고자 할 때에는 수업에 대한 준비가 더 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 공업계고등학교에서는 학생들의 기본 학습 능력의 부족, 학업에 대한 흥미 저하, 재학생의 중도탈락증가 등의 여러 가지 문제들이 나타나고 있는데, 학교 현장에 종사하는 교사들은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 학생들이 학업에 흥미를 갖도록 다양한 교수학습 방법을 구안 후 적용해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of JigsawⅡ cooperative learning on academic achievement of Computer Aided Design(CAD) instruction, the Machine Tool Ⅰsubject of technical high school. To verify the hypotheses of this study, 2 parts(16 students in each part) of the first grades from technical high school in Cheong-Ju were selected. Each part was divided into three sub-groups by the level of entering behavior levels. Static-Group Comparison Design was applied for experimental planning. The content of the experiment was the CAD instruction in the Machine Tool Ⅰ textbook. The experimental group was taught using a JigsawⅡ cooperative learning method and the control group using a traditional teaching method. The independent variable was teaching method and the dependent variable was academic achievement. The data was analysed using a t-test with a significance level of 0.05 Significance level established prior to data treatment. The result of this study were as follows; First, the JigsawⅡ cooperative learning in CAD instruction had little effect on the academic achievement Second, the JigsawⅡ cooperative learning in CAD instruction had little effect on the academic achievement in the entering behavior levels. Finally, the JigsawⅡ cooperative learning in CAD instruction had little effect on the academic achievement in the cognitive and functional domain of the brain.

      • 打擊速度 및 溫度變化가 豫크랙을 가진 衝擊試驗片의 動的破壞靭性에 미치는 影響

        計裝化衝擊試驗에서 打擊速度와 溫度의 變化가 豫크랙을 揷入한 衝擊試驗片의 動的破壞靭性에 미치는 影響을 考察한 結果 다음을 알 수 있었다. 豫크랙을 揷入한 試驗片이 V-노치 試驗片에 比하여 實驗値의 分散度가 적으며 0℃以下의 溫度領域에서 動的破壞靭性의 有效性이 있었다. 또한 打擊速度와 實驗溫度의 影響은 溫度가 速度보다 훨씬 上廻하는 傾向이었다. The effect of various impact velocity and temperature on dynamic fracture toughness is tested with precracked Charpy specimen, and conclude following results. Precracked specimen has less dispersion of test results than V-notched specimen, unstable crack initiation load didn't agreed to maximum load at room temperature but at 0℃ below, thus, the availability of dynamic fracture toughness is relatively high. Comparing V-notched specimen, the precracked Charpy specimen represented lower shelf of temperature different. But, at this time, the absorbed energy is estimated equivalently. With the decrease of temperature, the reduction of fracture toughness was obvious, but the effect of impact velocity didn't appear.
