Airspeed and altimeter calibration of "win Mee was conducted by the flight test. We have adopted system to system method. Flight test data is corrected for instrumented error and position error, and the resultin data was satisfied. Climb Performance flight test also was conducted. But we could not have all data because of limited flight time. The resulted data was satisfied compare with calculated dab.
Dexamethasone 치료기간 중의 DHEA 투여가 쥐의 뒷다리근 질량에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of DHEA with dexamethasone on body weight and wet weight and relative weight of atrophied hindlimb muscles induced by dexamethasone treatment. 200~225g Wistar rats were divided into control(C), dexamethasone(D), dexamethasone and DHEA(DDH) groups. Dexamethasone was injected daily at a dose of 5mg/kg. DHEA was administered daily at a dose of 5mg/kg by oral ingestion during 7days. The data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test using the SPSSWIN 9.0 program. Body weight and muscle weight of plantaris and gastrocnemius of dexamethasone group decreased significantly compared with that of control group. Muscle weight of plantaris of DDH group increased significantly compared with dexamethasone group. Body weight of DDH group decreased significantly compared to control group, but relative weight of plantaris and gastrocnemius of DDH group increased significantly compared to control group. Based on these results, it can be suggested that DHEA administration during dexamethasone treatment can increase weight of atrophied plantaris muscle induced by dexamethasone treatment.

Running title: Cases of anesthesia for extremely low birth weight infant. Extremely low birth weight infants (birth weight < 1000 g) are prone to various morbidities such as respiratory distress syndrome, intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, patent ductus arteriosus, necrotizing enterocolitis and retinopathy. To accomplish successful anesthetic management, many precautions must be continuously taken during the operation. First, inspired oxygen concentration should be adjusted to avoid oxygen toxicity. Second, body temperature must be maintained adequately. Third, hemodynamic parameters should be kept stable. We report 2 cases of successful anesthetic management for extremely low birth weight infant who underwent ligation of patent ductus arteriosus at the neonatal intensive care unit.

본 연구의 목적은 비행시험으로부터 항공기의 동적 세로 안정 미계수를 결정하는 것이다. 일반적으로 미계수를 결정하는 방법은 풍동시험 방법, 분석적 방법 그리고 비행시험 방법등으로 나누어진다. 앞의 두가지 방법은 미계수 추정에 있어 많은 제한을 갖고 있으며 추정된 미계수의 유효성에도 문제가 있다. 따라서 비행 시험은 가장 정확한 미계수를 얻을 수 있는 방법이며 반드시 필요한 절차이다. 쌍발 복합재 항공기의 비행시험을 통해 자료를 획득하였고 최대공산법을 이용하여 세로 조종/안정 미계수를 추정하였다. 추정된 미계수를 이용하여 항공기의 운동을 시뮬레이션하여 실제 시험자료와 비교하여 좋은 결과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this paper is to find how to determine the longitudinal controllability and stability derivatives from flight test and to display the longitudinal stability of the Twinbee aircraft. There are various methods developed to find the derivatives : wind tunnel testing, predicted result from empirical data, flight test and so on. Among those methods, the estimation from flight test of real aircraft is the most reliable. We performed the flight test of Twinbee and recorded the states of aircraft. Using those states and parameter estimation algorithem based on the Maximum Likelihood (MMLE) criterion, we can estimate the controllability and stability derivatives. In this paper, we will show the process from designing the proper flight test input to estimation of derivatives.
Intestinal Parasite Infections among Inhabitants in Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province, China

To investigate the prevalence of intestinal parasite infections in Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province, China, epidemiological surveys were conducted on a collaboration basis between the Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Yanbian Center for Disease Control and Prevention. A total of 8,396 (males 3,737 and females 4,659) stool samples were collected from 8 localities and examined with the formalin-ether sedimentation technique, and additionally examined with the cellotape anal swab to detect Enterobius vermicularis eggs. The overall rate of intestinal parasites was 1.57%. The prevalence of Ascaris lumbricoides was the highest (0.80%), followed by Entamoeba spp. (0.23%), heterophyid flukes (0.15%), Clonorchis sinensis (0.08%), Enterobius vermicularis (0.07%), hookworms (0.06%), Trichostrongylus spp. (0.06%), Giardia lamblia (0.04%), Paragonimus spp. (0.02%), Diphyllobothrium spp. (0.02%), Trichuris trichiura (0.02%). The prevalence by sex was similar, 1.58% (n=59) in males and 1.57% (n=73) in females. By the present study, it is partly revealed that the prevalences of intestinal parasite infections are relatively low among the inhabitants of Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province, China.
Tranexamic Acid Diminishes Laser-Induced Melanogenesis

Background: The treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) remains challenging. Tranexamic acid, a well-known anti-fibrinolytic drug, has recently demonstrated a curative effect towards melasma and ultraviolet- induced PIH in Asian countries. However, the precise mechanism of its inhibitory effect on melanogenesis is not fully understood. Objective: In order to clarify the inhibitory effect of tranexamic acid on PIH, we investigated its effects on mouse melanocytes (i.e., melan-a cells) and human melanocytes. Methods: Melan-a cells and human melanocytes were cultured with fractional CO2 laser-treated keratinocyte- conditioned media. Melanin content and tyrosinase activity were evaluated in cells treated with or without tranexamic acid. Protein levels of tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein (TRP)-1, and TRP-2 were evaluated in melan-a cells. Signaling pathway molecules involved in melanogenesis in melanoma cells were also investigated. Results: Tranexamic acid-treated melanocytes exhibited reduced melanin content and tyrosinase activity. Tranexamic acid also decreased tyrosinase, TRP-1, and TRP-2 protein levels. This inhibitory effect on melanogenesis was considered to be involved in extracellular signal-regulated kinase signaling pathways and subsequently microphthalmia-associated transcription factor degradation. Conclusion: Tranexamic acid may be an attractive candidate for the treatment of PIH. (Ann Dermatol 27(3) 250∼256, 2015)

Leiomyosarcoma is a rare and aggressive soft tissue sarcoma originating in smooth muscle cells. There are two forms of primary superficial leiomyosarcomas depending on the origin and prognosis, one derived from the dermis and the other from the subcutaneous tissue of the skin. Middle-aged to elderly men are particularly affected by this type of cancer. Leiomyosarcomas of the head and neck are quite rare, accounting for approximately 3%∼10% of all cases. We report herein a case of subcutaneous leiomyosarcoma of the scalp in a 47-year-old female patient. (Korean J Dermatol 2019;57(3):136∼139)

Background: Because cosmetic laser treatments are getting popular, post-laser wound care becomes more important.Currently, topical moisturizers are reported to be sufficient to accelerate re-epithelialization and reduce downtime inpost-laser wound care.Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the effects of the moisturizer APDDR-1001 for post-laser woundcare, after ablative fractional laser on the face.Methods: In this double-blind, split-face study, 41 patients with photo-aged face received ablative fractional laser.They were divided into two groups, APDDR-1001 and vehicle (group 1) or control moisturizer (group 2), whichwere applied to the opposite sides of the face for 1 week after the laser treatment. The treatment efficacy wasevaluated by the transepidermal water loss (TEWL), erythema index, investigator`s assessment for recovery inerythema and overall improvement of the wound. Subjects ranked irritating symptoms and overall satisfaction ratingsin the overall improvement.Results: APDDR-1001 was well-tolerated and showed improvement in the erythema index and TEWL during the 7days of treatment. In group 2, improvement in erythema graded by investigators was significantly higher forAPDDR-1001 on day 3 (p<0.05). The overall improvement of wound ranked by investigators was significantlyhigher for APDDR-1001, compared with the controls in both groups. Subjective assessment demonstratedsignificantly less erythema (p=0.043), edema (p=0.041) and overall satisfaction ratings in the overall improvement (p<0.048) with APDDR-1001; however, no differences were detected in pain and edema between APDDR-1001 andvehicle (group 1). In group 2, subjects ranked ``much or very much improved`` in 75 % of APDDR-1001 side and55% of control moisturizer side. No significant differences in erythema, edema, pain and itching were reportedbetween APDDR-1001 and control moisturizer in group 2.Conclusion: The moisturizer APDDR-1001 demonstrated effective improvements in wound healing and subjectivesymptoms after ablative fractional laser therapy.
