        With the rapid development of today’s society package design is generally dominated by modern style. If integrating with traditional culture, it will deliver new brilliance and create satisfactory design products. Hainan traditional culture is of long standing and well established with deep connotation and unique style. This paper studies the traditional cultural elements such as traditional graphics, auspicious decoration, festive color and characteristic materials in Hainan, and discusses how to blend perfectly with modern package design.

        Prevalence, Risk Factors, and Psychological Effects of Primary Nocturnal Enuresis in Chinese Young Adults

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the prevalence, risk factors, and effects of primary nocturnal enuresis (PNE) on physical and mental health in young adults in mainland China. Methods: An anonymous questionnaire was used to collect information including the sociodemographic characteristics, history of PNE, family history, daytime voiding symptoms, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores, Self-Esteem Scale (SES), and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). A total of 22,500 university students from 23 provinces and 368 cities in mainland China were included. Results: In total, 21,082 questionnaires were collected, and 20,345 of them qualified for statistical analysis. The PNE prevalence was 1.17%, and the distribution of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (MNE) and nonmonosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (NMNE) was 66.1% and 33.9%, respectively. In total, 28% of respondents with PNE reported bedwetting daily, 31.6% between 1 and 7 times weekly, and 40.4% between 1 and 4 times monthly; 80% of PNE cases had no history of treatment. The prevalence of PNE in patients with a family history, frequency, urgency, urinary incontinence, and recurrent urinary tract infections was significantly higher than in those without these conditions (P<0.001). PNE was significantly correlated with the PSQI total score (sleep quality) (P=0.011). The SES score was lower and the SDS was higher (P<0.001) in the PNE group than in those without PNE. Conclusions: In mainland China, the PNE prevalence among young adults was found to be high, and PNE had significant effects on physical and mental health. Risk factors included a family history, daytime voiding symptoms, and lack of treatment.

      • An Increase in Synaptic NMDA Receptors in the Insular Cortex Contributes to Neuropathic Pain

        <P><B>Stopping the Pain</B></P><P>Damage to the central or peripheral nervous system can trigger the development of neuropathic pain, which can manifest as painful sensations in response to stimuli that are not normally painful. Qiu <I>et al.</I> found that mice that had developed neuropathic pain after peripheral nerve injury showed changes in synaptic plasticity and increased abundance of synaptic NMDA receptors in the insular cortex, a region of the brain that is activated by acute and chronic pain. Using pharmacological inhibitors and transgenic mice, they mimicked these changes in vitro with insular cortical slices and thus identified the signaling pathway responsible. Mice injected with NMDA receptor inhibitors showed reduced behavioral signs of neuropathic pain after peripheral nerve injury. Thus, blocking NMDA receptor function in the insular cortex may prevent the development of neuropathic pain.</P>

        An Analysis on the Application of Composition of Video Media

        Nowadays, film and television media are developing rapidly. Today's film and television media is a digital media, which is a comprehensive concept across natural science, social sciences and the humanities, embodying the concept of "science, art and humanities". Digit reflects its scientific and technological foundation. The media emphasizes that it is based on the media industry. Art is clearly aimed at the application fields of art creation and art design. On this premise, the role of film and television media is not only limited to communication, but also plays a role in expressing and promoting aesthetics, culturology, sociology and other disciplines. Composition is an important part of film and television media. Film and television composition seeks the best photographic angle and picture structure through various trajectories, thus creating the best picture. Then, through the artistic conception of the picture, it gives the audience emotional and cultural expression. This paper will start from several aspects, mainly discussing the application, characteristics and artistic conception expression of picture composition of film and television.

      • Real-time Network Attack Intention Recognition Algorithm

        Attack intention recognition is to reason and judge the goal of attackers according to attack behavior and network environment. In order to deal with the dynamical character of offense-defense confrontation, a dynamical real-time network attack intention recognition algorithm was proposed. By correlating real-time security alerts and vulnerabilities, we recognized the spread route and stage of attacks based on graph theory and probability theory. Then we identified the attack intention and predicted the possible transition of attacks, combined with network connectivity relationship. A simulation experiments for the proposed network attack intention recognition algorithm is performed by network examples. The experimental results show that the proposed method can be more accurately identify attack intention and fully predict the post stage of attacks.

        Expression of ethylene biosynthetic genes during flower senescence and in response to ethephon and silver nitrate treatments in Osmanthus fragrans

        Background Sweet osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans) is an ornamental evergreen tree species in China, whose flowers are sensitive to ethylene. The synthesis of ethylene is controlled by key enzymes and restriction enzymes, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid synthase (ACS) and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid oxidase (ACO), which are encoded by multigene families. However, the key synthase responsible for ethylene regulation in O. fragrans is still unknown. Objective This study aims to screen the key ethylene synthase genes of sweet osmanthus flowers in response to ethylene regulation. Methods In this study, we used the ACO and ACS sequences of Arabidopsis thaliana to search for homologous genes in the O. fragrans petal transcriptome database. These genes were also analyzed bioinformatically. Finally, the expression levels of O. fragrans were compared before and after senescence, as well as after ethephon and silver nitrate treatments. Results The results showed that there are five ACO genes and one ACS gene in O. fragrans transcriptome database, and the phylogenetic tree revealed that the proteins encoded by these genes had high homology to the ACS and ACO proteins in plants. Sequence alignment shows that the OfACO1-5 proteins have the 2OG-Fe(II) oxygenase domain, while OfACS1 contains seven conserved domains, as well as conserved amino acids in transaminases and glutamate residues related to substrate specificity. Expression analysis revealed that the expression levels of OfACS1 and OfACO1-5 were significantly higher at the early senescence stage compared to the full flowering stage. The transcripts of the OfACS1, OfACO2, and OfACO5 genes were upregulated by treatment with ethephon. However, out of these three genes, only OfACO2 was significantly downregulated by treatment with AgNO3. Conclusion Our study found that OfACO2 is an important synthase gene in response to ethylene regulation in sweet osmanthus, which would provide valuable data for further investigation into the mechanisms of ethylene-induced senescence in sweet osmanthus flowers.       • Regulatory Effects of WRAP53 on Radiosensitivity of Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cells

        Background: Telomere length is closely associated with cellular radiosensitivity and WRAP53 is required for telomere addition by telomerase. In this research we assessed radiosensitivity of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Hep-2 cell lines after WRAP53 inhibition, and analyzed the molecular mechanisms. Materials and Methods: phWRAP53-siRNA and pNeg-siRNA were constructed and transfected into Hep-2 cells with lipofectamine. Expression of WRAP53 was analyzed by RT-PCR and Western-blottin, radiosensitivity of Hep-2 cells was assessed colony formation assay, and the relative length of telomeres was measured by QPCR. Results: The data revealed that the plasmid of phWRAP53-siRNA was constructed successfully, and the mRNA and protein levels of WRAP53 were both obviously reduced in the Hep-2 cell line transfected with phWRAP53-siRNA. After Hep-2 cells were irradiated with X-rays, the $D_0$ and $SF_2$ were 2.481 and 0.472, respectively, in the phWRAP53-siRNA group, much lower than in the control group ($D_0$ and $SF_2$ of 3.213 and 0.592) (P<0.01). The relative telomere length in the phWRAP53-siRNA group was $0.185{\pm}0.01$, much lower than in the untreated group ($0.523{\pm}0.06$) and the control group ($0.435{\pm}0.01$). Conclusions: Decreasing the expression of WRAP53 using RNA interference technique can enhance the radiosensitivity of Hep-2 cell lines by influencing the telomere length. WRAP53 is expected to be a new target to regulate the radiosensitization of tumor cells.

          역학은 중화문화의 근본이다. 고대에는 ‘하역연산夏易連山’, ‘상역귀장商易歸藏’, ‘주역경전周易經傳’이 있었다. 역대역학에는 또한 상象, 수數, 의義, 리理의 각 학파가 있었다. 당대에 들어서는 자각적이든 그렇지 않든 모두 현대역학문화를 건설하고자 한다. 본문은 현대역학의 전개과정을 반성해 보고 향후 역학이 어떤 방향으로 진행되어야 하는가를 탐색해 보고자 한다. 그래서 본 연구는 기존의 역학에 대한 관리적 해석, 건축학적 해석, 인생론적 해석, 의료양생학, 인생철학에 대한 연구를 통해 현대 역학의 발전, 특성, 내함과 독창성에 대해 탐색하고 현대 역학 연구에 관한 토론 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 미래역학의 연구는 인문이념과 자연정신의 관점에서 주역의 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 가려내어 긍정적인 측면을 계승 발전시켜야 할 것이다. 그리고 이 연구는 또한 현대 서양과학이 안고 있는 문제점을 해결하여 새로운 과학이론을 창출할 수도 있어야 할 것이다. 그리고 주역문화와 과학문화를 유기적으로 결합시켜 21세기 새로운 문화를 창조해야 할 것이다.   I-Ching is the foundation of Chinese culture. After ancient Lianshan of Xia Dynasty, Guizang of Shang Dynasty, Jingzhuan of Zhou Dynasty and all previous dynasties, I-Ching developed different academic system, for example Xiang, Shu, Yi and Li. We consciously and unconsciously establish and develop modern I-Ching in present age. This paper proposes the opinion of characteristic, content and innovation of modern I-Ching. It is the preliminary summary of modern I-Ching.

        關于現代易學的思考
