<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this work, Vertically oriented WO<SUB>3</SUB> nanoflakes array films was synthesized via the template free facile electrodeposition method at room temperature. WO<SUB>3</SUB> nanoflakes arrays was adopted as an effective cathode electrode material in the electrochemical devices structure. The WO<SUB>3</SUB> material exhibits superior electrochromic performance shows a larger optical modulation (68.89% at 550 nm), faster response time (t<SUB>b</SUB> = 1.93 s, t<SUB>c</SUB> = 2.87 s), a higher coloration efficiency of about 154.93 cm<SUP>2</SUP> C<SUP>−1</SUP> and with excellent cyclic stability over 2000 cycles without any degradation. Futhermore, WO<SUB>3</SUB> nanoflakes array film was used for the detection of H<SUB>2</SUB>S gas that showed excellent response. A considerable increase in porosity and high surface roughness could be conducive for such an excellent and superior electrochromic characteristic as well as gas sensing performances. These results indicates that fabricated WO<SUB>3</SUB> nanoflakes array film by a simple strategy holds a great promise for potential multifunctional applications such as smart windows, gas sensors and optical sensors.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
Existence results of Sobolev type neutral impulsive integrodierential equations in Banach spaces

This paper deals with the study of existence of mild solutions of the neutral impulsive integrodifferential equations with finite delay in Banach spaces. The results are obtained via semigroup theory and we use the Schaefer's fixed point theorem to prove the main results. Finally an example is provided to prove the obtained the results.

Background: Missense and frame-shift mutations within the dimer forming domain of the caspase 8 gene have been identified in several cancers. However, the genetic status of this region in precancerous lesions, like oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF), and well differentiated oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs) in patients from southern region of India is not known, and hence the present study was designed to address this issue. Materials and Methods: Genomic DNA isolated from biopsy tissues of thirty one oral submucous fibrosis and twenty five OSCC samples were subjected to PCR amplification with intronic primers flanking exon 7 of the caspase 8 gene. The PCR amplicons were subsequently subjected to direct sequencing to elucidate the status of mutation. Results: Sequence analysis identified a frame-shift and a novel missense mutation in two out of twenty five OSCC samples. The frame-shift mutation was due to a two base pair deletion (c.1225_1226delTG), while the missense mutation was due to substitution of wild type cysteine residue with phenylalanine at codon 426 (C426F). The missense mutation, however, was found to be heterozygous as the wild type C426C codon was also present. None of the OSMF samples carried mutations. Conclusions: The identification of mutations in OSCC lesions but not OSMF suggests that dimer forming domain mutations in caspase 8 may be limited to malignant lesions. The absence of mutations in OSMF also suggests that the samples analyzed in the present study may not have acquired transforming potential. To the best of our knowledge this is the first study to have explored and identified frame-shift and novel missense mutations in OSCC tissue samples.
Mitigation of Phishing URL Attack in IoT using H-ANN with H-FFGWO Algorithm

The phishing attack is a malicious emerging threat on the internet where the hackers try to access the user credentials such as login information or Internet banking details through pirated websites. Using that information, they get into the original website and try to modify or steal the information. The problem with traditional defense systems like firewalls is that they can only stop certain types of attacks because they rely on a fixed set of principles to do so. As a result, the model needs a client-side defense mechanism that can learn potential attack vectors to detect and prevent not only the known but also unknown types of assault. Feature selection plays a key role in machine learning by selecting only the required features by eliminating the irrelevant ones from the real-time dataset. The proposed model uses Hyperparameter Optimized Artificial Neural Networks (H-ANN) combined with a Hybrid Firefly and Grey Wolf Optimization algorithm (H-FFGWO) to detect and block phishing websites in Internet of Things(IoT) Applications. In this paper, the H-FFGWO is used for the feature selection from phishing datasets ISCX-URL, Open Phish, UCI machine-learning repository, Mendeley website dataset and Phish tank. The results showed that the proposed model had an accuracy of 98.07%, a recall of 98.04%, a precision of 98.43%, and an F1-Score of 98.24%.

Vehicular ad hoc network (VANETs) has gained wide popularity such that it is necessary to incorporate trust among each node in the network. However, trust management among vehicles is a challenging task as malicious nodes are prone to disturb data transmission among different vehicles. The aim of this work is to establish the truth of consensus, to identify the malicious nodes with no further delay, by considering the decision of each vehicle on finding the trust values. The experimental analysis for the proposed approach done using the NS3 with CAIDA data set, the proposed scheme shows superior results compared to the other existing schemes for the detection rate of malicious nodes. It enhances the attack Detection Rate (DR) as 96.5% for the projected dual weighted trust evaluation technique. But, DR for the triumphing technique firecol is 74.9% and AODV is 60%. Thus, it is experimentally proved that dual weighted trust mechanism has high attack detection rate, comparatively. Also, proposed method outperforms very well with respect to the data transmission parameters like packet delivery ratio, energy Consumption and average latency comparatively over the existing mechanisms.
