Based on the reference achievement scholars before, combined with the actual survey results on Nom Tay documents currently stored in Institute of Sino-Nom Studies, conducted article comparing other cases face each other and are similar in structure between the written word: Nom of the Kinh and Tay ethnic group in Vietnam with the letter of the Zhuang ethnic blocks (Guangxi, China). This indicates that, basically 3 types of this writing there are a lot of similarities in terms of composition, the differences are very small and specific characteristics. This sector should be studied in depth and hopefully more will have interesting results in the future.

The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of intention to borrow consumer credit of Vietnamese people by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and extending it with several variables, including anxiety, perceived trust, and perceived financial costs extracted and adapted from the existing literature. A questionnaire survey was administered in the big cities of Vietnam to a total of 602 consumers. Structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques have been employed to investigate the relationship among intention determinants to borrow. Findings show that perceived usefulness mediates the impact of subjective norms on the intention to borrow consumer credit. At the same time, subjective norms also directly influence the intention to borrow. Notably, anxiety, perceived trust, perceived financial cost, perceived ease of use have no significant influence on intention to borrow. Meanwhile, education level is confirmed to have a moderate influence on intention to borrow consumer credit of Vietnamese people. However, there is not enough statistical evidence about the influence of gender and marital status on the intention to borrow consumer credit in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the Vietnamese consumer credit market, we proposed some suggestions to promote the growth of the market in the future.

Objective: Fibronectin 3 (FN3) and immunoglobulin like modules (Ig) are usually collocated beside modular cellulase catalytic domains. However, very few researches have investigated the role of these modules. In a previous study, we have sequenced and analyzed bacterial metagenomic DNA in Vietnamese goats' rumen and found that cellulase-producing bacteria and cellulase families were dominant. In this study, the properties of modular cellulases and the role of a FN3 in unique endoglucanase belonging to glycosyl hydorlase (GH) family 5 were determined. Methods: Based on Pfam analysis, the cellulases sequences containing FN3, Ig modules were extracted from 297 complete open reading frames (ORFs). The alkaline, thermostability, tertiary structure of deduced enzymes were predicted by AcalPred, TBI software, Phyre2 and Swiss models. Then, whole and truncated forms of a selected gene were expressed in Escherichia coli and purified by His-tag affinity column for assessment of FN3 ability to enhance enzyme activity, solubility and conformation. Results: From 297 complete ORFs coding for cellulases, 148 sequences containing FN3, Ig were identified. Mostly FN3 appeared in 90.9% beta-glucosidases belonging to glycosyl hydrolase family 3 (GH3) and situated downstream of catalytic domains. The Ig was found upstream of 100% endoglucanase GH9. Rarely FN3 was seen to be situated downstream of X domain and upstream of catalytic domain endoglucanase GH5. Whole enzyme (called XFN3GH5 based on modular structure) and truncate forms FN3, XFN3, FN3GH5, GH5 were cloned in pET22b (+) and pET22SUMO to be expressed in single and fusion forms with a small ubiquitin-related modifier partner (S). The FN3, SFN3 increased GH5 solubility in FN3GH5, SFN3GH5. The SFN3 partly served for GH5 conformation in SFN3GH5, increased modules interaction and enzyme-soluble substrate affinity to enhance SXFN3GH5, SFN3GH5 activities in mixtures. Both SFN3 and SXFN3 did not anchor enzyme on filter paper but exfoliate and separate cellulose chains on filter paper for enzyme hydrolysis. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the presence of FN3 module in certain cellulases was confirmed and it assisted for enzyme conformation and activity in both soluble and insoluble substrate.

3D8 single chain variable fragment (scFv) is a recombinant monoclonal antibody with nuclease activity that was originally isolated from autoimmune-prone MRL mice. In a previous study, we analyzed the nuclease activity of 3D8 scFv and determined that a HeLa cell line expressing 3D8 scFv conferred resistance to herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV- 1) and pseudorabies virus (PRV). In this study, we demonstrate that 3D8 scFv could be delivered to target tissues and cells where it exerted a therapeutic effect against PRV. PRV was inoculated via intramuscular injection, and 3D8 scFv was injected intraperitoneally. The observed therapeutic effect of 3D8 scFv against PRV was also supported by results from quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, southern hybridization, and immunohistochemical assays. Intraperitoneal injection of 5 and 10 μg 3D8 scFv resulted in no detectable toxicity. The survival rate in C57BL/6 mice was 9% after intramuscular injection of 10 LD50 PRV. In contrast, the 3D8 scFv-injected C57BL/6 mice showed survival rates of 57% (5 μg) and 47% (10 μg). The results indicate that 3D8 scFv could be utilized as an effective antiviral agent in several animal models.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effect of ethical leadership, organizational justice, organizational support on employee satisfaction and employee engagement. Very little research has been conducted to study those relationships in the socialization context. This paper attempts to fill the gap by analyzing data from a survey of 677 employees from industrial parks. This study used a survey instrument that consists of 2 sections. To ensure content validity, the survey items were derived from those used in previous studies. Each item was measured using a 5-point Likert scale. Ethical leadership scale with ten items were adopted from Toor and Ofori (2009). Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed for testing the structural models and exploratory study is also identified to evaluate the relationship among variables. The findings provided evidence that employee satisfaction is the most important to predict employee engagement. The results also reveal the important effect of ethical leadership, organizational justice and supporting environment on job satisfaction. Implications for public policy practice and further research are also suggested based on the results of structural analysis.

Being naturally abundant resources and having many interesting physicochemical and biological properties, chitin/chitosan have been found useful in many fields. This paper describes the strategy to design a multifunctional, chitosan based nanomaterials and their biomedical and environmental applications. Different physicochemical methods including FESEM/TEM, PPMS were used to characterize the obtained nanomaterials. For each application, a series of specific characterizing methods were used for evaluating the applicability/capacity of materials.

<P>Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd), the smallest plant pathogen known to infect chrysanthemums, is a single-stranded circular RNA viroid that induces stunting that results in an overall height reduction of 30-50 % in mature plants. A catalytic single-chain variable antibody, 3D8 scFv, which exhibits intrinsic DNase and RNase activities, was expressed in chrysanthemums to generate transgenic plant resistance to CSVd infection. Moreover, a codon-optimized version of the 3D8 scFv gene for chrysanthemums was also transformed into plants; these codon-optimized transgenic chrysanthemums expressed twice as much 3D8 scFv and displayed 60 % more resistance to CSVd infection, compared with transgenic chrysanthemums harboring the original 3D8 scFv gene. CSVd challenge experiments with codon-optimized and original 3D8 scFv-transgenic chrysanthemums showed that CSVd in newly produced leaves of both codon-optimized and original 3D8 scFv-transgenic plants was not detected by RT-PCR. This is the first report describing the development of a CSVd-resistant chrysanthemum harboring a catalytic single-chain antibody, 3D8 scFv, which has intrinsic RNase activity.</P>
