        설악산국립공원 멸종위기 산양(Naemorhedus caudatus) 개체군 크기와 서식지 이용 현황

        본 연구에서는 설악산국립공원에 서식하는 멸종위기종 산양과 서식지의 보전 및 관리를 위해 산양의 분변 및 카메라 트랩을 이용한 개체수와 서식지 이용 분석을 2010~2014년 동안 수행하였으며 생태학적 조사 방법(흔적조사, 카메라트 랩조사)을 사용하였다. 분변 조사와 카메라트랩핑 분석 결과 각각 166개체 및 251개체의 산양이 설악산국립공원에 서식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 흔적조사(분변)를 통한 서식지 이용 특성 분석에서 산양은 경사도 35°~60°, 고도 600~700m, 향 북동, 수계와의 거리 0~50m, 도로와의 거리 300~600m, 활엽수림을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 카메라트랩 조사를 통한 산양 개체군 구성, 주간(07-18시)이 56.5%, 야간(18-07시)이 43.5%로 산양의 활동성을 파악하였다. 이러한 산양의 개체수와 서식지 이용 특성 분석은 향후 그들이 살아가는 서식지의 보전과 서식지의 관리를 위한 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study was conducted investigate population size and habitat use for the conservation and management of the endangered long-tailed goral in the Seoraksan National Park using feces and camera trap during 2010 to 2014 (track survey, camera trap). As a result of feces tracking and camera trap, its population size was estimated as 160 (camera trap)~251 (feces) individuals in the Seoraksan National Park. The goral prefer 35°~60° (slope), 600~700m (elevation), NE (aspect), 0~50m (distance to stream), 300~600m (distance to road) and bread-leaved forest (forest type) according to field tracking of fecal. Based on field camera trap, we estimated the age classes of goral populations and activity of gorals during day-time (07-18 time, 56.5%) and night-time (18-07 time, 43.5%). Such analyses of population size and habitat use of the goral could be applied as important fundamental data for conservation of gorals and management of their habitats.

      • 最大運動과 12分 달리기가 血淸酵素活性에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was carried out to investigate changes of serum LDH CPK, GOT and GPT activity after maximal exercise and 12 minute running. Materials and Methods The subjects were seven healthy males in thirty years of age. (average age : 33.6±1.84years, average height : 172±4.57cm, average bodyweight : 74.5±9.82kg) VO₂was determined for each subject by administering a treadmill graded exercise test using incremental protocol. The protocol began with 2min of running at 120m/min, 5% grade. After a 3min rest period, the subject resumed running at same workload. Thereafter, the speed was increased 40m/min, every 3min and the grade was constant (5%) until exhaustion. VO₂was measured by an open-circuit technique during the final minutes of exercise. Gas was expired through a breathing valve and collected in Douglas bags. O₂and CO₂concentration were measured by Scholander micro Gas Analyzer (BM-10 ; FUKUDA SANGYO, JAPAN) When the subjects did 12minute running, they covered the greatest distance that they could in 12minutes, walking and running on 200m track. The blood was drawn twice in medial antebrachial vein before ad 3min after maximal exercise, 12minute running. All blood samples were centrifuged after 30minutes serum enzymes analysis was used by Hitach 736-20. LDH, CPK were analyzed by G.S.C.C method, Wiboblewski-La Due method, respectively. GOT, GPT were analyzed by I.F.C.C method. Results The results obtained in the present study were as follows : 1) After maximal exercise, serum LDH concentration significantly increased from 246.14±27.90IU/L to 315.29±33.99IU/L(p<0.01) 2) After 12 minute running, serum LDH concentration significantly increased to 343.71±36.22IU/L(p<0.01) 3) After maximal exercise and 12 minute running, serum CPK level increased to 168.75±28.66IU/L, 174±29.01IU/L respectively. They are significant.(p<0.05, p<0.05) 4) Though GOT, GPT increased after maximal exercise and 12 minute running, they are no significant. Conclusion We had the conclusion in present study as follows ; The relationship between exercise and serum enzymes activity is different from exercise intensity and duration. Exercise duration is especially more relative than exercise intensity in serum enzymes activity.

      • Characteristics of F₂Hybrids from Crosses between Korean Cultivars and Canadian Cultivars in Buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.)

        Korean cultivars of buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.) was crossed with Canadian cultivars in order to improve seed yield as well as leaf production of buckwheat for using as food and medicine. The agronomic characteristics and rutin contents of F₂hybrids are investigated for further selection of superior lines. Dry weight per plant was the highest in a line 1110(6.71g) and leaf weight per plant was the highest in a line 1110(1.91g). Hybrid seeds were 0.55 - 0.70cm long and 0.37 - 0.47cm wide on average. 100 seeds weight ranged from 2.57g to 3.58g. Line 1076 produced the longest seeds(0.70cm) and line 1186 was the longest in seed width. Line 1196 showed the highest 100 seeds weight(3.58g). The highest frequency of the LWR(length/width rate) was 0.66~0.70, indicating that seed shape of the hybrids was mostly oval. Line 1087 showed the highest contents of rutin(77.26ppm). Lines 1090 and 1181 contained respectively rutin of 54.76ppm and 54.35ppm in the seeds. From the yield and rutin point of view, the most superior lines was line 1087 among the lines used for this study.

        치성 각화낭에서 매복치 동반 여부에 따른 Ki-67 발현 비교

        Odontogenic keratocysts(OKCs) are frequently associated with erupted or impacted tooth. In such instances, the radiographic features simulate those of a dentigerous cyst. The purpose of this study was to evaluate a comparative immunohistochemical expression of Ki-67 as a proliferative marker in the OKC associated with or without impacted tooth. In addition, we have also been investigated with regard to the proliferative activity comparing the unilocular and multilocular varieties of the OKC. The material for this study consisted of thirty-two cases of OKCs (OKC with impacted tooth, n=16; OKC without impacted tooth, n=16) and ten cases of dentigerous cysts as a comparison. The results revealed that the proliferative activity of OKCs with impacted tooth was higher than those of dentigerous cysts. However, there was no correlation between Ki-67 immunoreactivity and association with or without impacted tooth in 32 cases of OKCs. In addition, this present study showed that there was no correlation between the unilocular and multilocular varieties of the OKCs imn proliferative activity.

      • 태권도경기시 상대산소섭취량에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of VO₂max in Taekwondo competition. Subjects as a T group were seven well-trained Taekwondo players. Control group was composed of seven healthy male students who taking Taekwondo club in D university. With K4b²telemetry, VO₂max was determined for each subject by administering as treadmill exercise test(5% slope, start speed: 120m/min, increased 20m/min each 2min). Data were analyzed by ANOVA with post hoc-test The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study The study has shown that covering all round in the Taekwondo competition, the Taekwondo player group was over 81% VO₂max 55.88%, 71~80% VO₂max 17.20%, below 70%, VO₂max 26.92%, and the control group was over 81% VO₂max 47.35%, 71~80% VO₂max 14.55%, below 70% VO₂max 38.10%. Putting the above-mentioned together, we can assume that in the Taekwondo competition, energy recruitment is anaerobic 55% or so, aerobic 45%. To develop performance of Taekwondo, it is fit that training have to be composed of 60% over 81% VO₂max at least. In the future, I think that it will be necessary to find how to classify the ratio of ATP-PC system which was brought about in the Teakwondo competition, that of lactate system and aerobic on the metabolism.

        수완진동 증후군에서 신경장해의 조기진단을 위한 객관화된 방법

        목적: 통각과 진동감각 역치검사 및 수부와 수지의 악력, 그리고 수지의 운동기능검사(태평) 등과 근로자들이 호소했던 증상에 대한 HAVS의 스톡홀름 워크샵 분류와의 관련성을 통해 좀 더 객관화된 신경학적 조기검사 방법을 찾고 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 방법: 2000년 1월부터 2007년 12월까지 수부진동에 폭로되고 수부의 불편함을 호소하여 진동 장해에 대한 검사를 시행한 497명의 근로자를 대상으로 하였다. 일차적으로 문진을 통해 직업력에 대해 알아보고 과거력을 조사했다. 대상자들의 스톡홀름 워크샵 분류에 따른 소견을 확인하고 수부의 말초 순환기능 검사(손톱압박, 수지피부 온도), 신경기능 검사(통각과 진동각 역치), 운동기능 검사(악력, 태평) 등을 시행하였다. 다른 질환의 감별을 위한 몇 가지 이학적 검사를 실시하고 스톡홀름 워크샵 분류에 따른 검사 결과들을 분석하였다. 결과: 사용 도구는 그라인더 단독 사용이 265명 (67.3%)으로 가장 많았으며 평균 노출 연수는 14.8년이었다. 통각과 진동감각에서 스톡홀름 워크샵 분류 단계에 따른 역치가 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 통각은 양측 모두 통계적인 유의성이 없었고, 진동감각은 125와 250 Hz에서 양측 모두 유의했다(p=0.006-0.038). 수부와 수지의 악력은 단계가 올라갈수록 감소하는 경향을 보였지만 수부와 수지 모두 우측에서만 통계적으로 유의했다 (p=0.041, p<0.01, p=0.034). 태평 첫수는 단계가 올라 가면서 전반적으로 태핑 첫수가 감소하였으며 좌측에서만 통계적으로 유의했다(p=0.002-0.019). 결론: 본 연구는 수부 진동 노출자들의 수부 불편함에 대한 신경계통을 초기에 정량적으로 객관화하여 진단할 수 있는 단일 방법은 아직 없으며 일상생활의 불편함과 스톡홀름 워크샵 분류 등을 통한 주관적인 증상에 더하여 수지 통각과 진동감각 역치검사, 수부와 수지 악력검사, 운동기능검사(태핑) 등을 통합하면 초기에 객관적으로 진단하는 것이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Objectives: In order to determine find out the best methods for a more objective detection of neurologic abnormality in early hand ann vibration syndrome(HAVS), early with analyzing the validity of each of the detection methods was analyzed. We evaluated the relationships between the sensorineural stage of Stockholm-revised vibration syndrome classification and the results of several tests. Methods: 497 workers were investigated for symptom, exposure duration, the types of tools used, and medical history from January 2000 to December 2007. Pain sense threshold, vibrotactile threshold, hand grasp force, finger grasp force, and a finger tapping frequency test were performed by the workers. Results: The grinder(67.3%) was the most commonly used tool and the mean exposure duration was 14.8 years. Although the pain sense and vibrotactile threshold level tended to increase according to sensorineural stage of the Stockholm classification, there was statistically significant difference in the vibrotactile threshold of 125, 250 Hz (P=0.006~0.038) but not in the pain sense threshold. Hand and finger grasp force tended to decrease according to the sensorineural stage of Stockholm classification and there was statistically significant difference(P=0.041, <0.001, 0.034) only on the right hand side. The tapping frequency also generally decreased according to the sensorineural stage of the Stockholm classification and there was statistically significant difference (P=0.002~0.019) only on the left hand side. Conclusions: Although there is no single standardized method that can objectively diagnose the Sensorineural component of early HAVS early, the combination of subjective symptoms, the sensorineural stage of Stockholm classification, the pain and vibrotactile threshold test, the hand and finger grasp force, and the finger agility (tapping) test can objectively detect sensorineural component of HAVS early.

        This study considered organic matter decomposition by ocenic microbes as researching organic matter decomposition on kinetics which is in salinity wastewater under condition that the salinity contains 18,000㎎/l Cℓ^(-) The results of this study are obtained as following : 1. Oceanic microbe of this study is yeast, R. glutinis var. salinaria of marina of Rhodotorula genuses. 2. When retention time of filter bed in Bio-coal tower is 24 hr, 1/2V_(max) is 33.75㎎/l·hr, When 72hr, 1/2V_(max) is 15㎎/l·hr, When 120hr, 1/2V_(max) is 10㎎/l·hr. 3. The reaction between oceanic microbes and organic matter is said to be first order and when contact time of filter bed is 2.0hr, k is 0.40 day^(-1).

      • PC12세포에서 Reserpine에 의한 Preproenkephalin 유전자 발현의 조절

        In cultured PCl2 celIs, prepronkephalin gene expression was studied by measuring preproenkephalin mRNA levels as well as enkephalin content after the treatment of reserpine. Reserpine(0.5 uM) elicited and increased enkephalin peptide levels within 6-24 hrs, which was not inhibited by cycloheximide(2ug /ml), a protein synthesis inhibitor. In addition, reserpine-induced increase of enkephalin was not inhinited by dactinomycin(5ug / ml), which was found to decrease preproenkephalin mRNA. When preproenkephalin mRNA was measured by Northern blot hybridization with cDNA probe, reserpine elicited a slightly increased preproenkephalin mRNA in PCl2 cells as well as in the rat adrenal glands. From the present experimental data it is thought that reserpine-induced enhancement of cellular enkephalin content in cultured PCl2 cells may be mediated through the post translational processing along with a slightly increased transcription.

        다중이용시설내 공기중 바이오에오로졸 농도분포 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to evaluate the characterization of airborne bioaerosol in public facilities in Seoul. A total of 17 public facilities were investigated from December, 2002 to February, 2003. As results of the survey, the mean concentrations of bacteria and fungi in indoor air of public facilities were 378.08±296.33 CFU/m³ by RCS and 106.38±171.63 CFU/m³ and 347.46 ± 335.32 CFU/m³ and 95.23±62.61 CFU/m³, by Six-stage cascade air sampler respectively. The mean concentrations of bacteria in indoor air (by ventilation method) were 517.14± 343.93 CFU/m³ of natural ventilation and 215,83±100.71 CFU/m³ of mechanical ventilation. The mean concentrations of fungi in indoor air (by ventilation method) were 83.14±79.16 CFU/m³ of natural ventilation and 133.50±248.07 CFU/m³ of mechanical ventilation. The mean concentrations of bacteria in indoor air were 449.44 CFU/m³ for the ground and 217.50±103.68 CFU/m³ for the underground. The mean concentrations of fungi in indoor air were 63.89±77.66 CFU/m³ for the ground and 202.00±290.08 CFU/m³ for the underground.
