        임플랜트를 위한 하악골 측정시 전산화단층사진상의 정확도에 관한 연구: 하악 위치와 gantry각이 미치는 영향

        We used five adult dog mandibles embedded in resin block and six different cross-sectional planes for each mandible were choosen. According to the angle of mandibular occulsal plane to vertical plane(mandibular angle)and gantry angle of CT machine, we classified 4 experimental groups and 1 control group. The control group images were taken at the mandibular angel 0˚and gantry angle 0˚. The experimental images were taken at the mandibular angle 15˚and gantry angle 0˚(group 1);30˚and 0˚(group 2);15˚and 15˚(group 3);30˚and 30˚(group 4), respectively, Using the reformatted cross-sectional images, the distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest and the distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex was measured and compared. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest of group 1 and 2 was larger than control group, but the distance of group 3 and 4 was smaller. The distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex of all experimental groups was smaller than control group. 2. The distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest showed the largest difference from control group in all experimental groups, especially in group 2 and 4(p<0.05)> 3. In the distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest, the number of deviation value under 1mm was 20 in group 3 and was 11 in group 2 and 4, respectively. 4. The deviation value of the distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex was under 1 mm in most cases.

        B-A type hot cathode ionization gauge to measure the UHV(Ultra High Vacuum) was generally used in these days. Whereas, HV(High Vacuum) is still major pressure region in the application of vacuum to the industry. Conventional triode gauge(CTG) is used mainly for measurement in HV region, thus we constructed the modified triode gauge(MTG). In order to find the optimum condition of MTG. We measured I_e vs U_c, I_e vs U_g and U_c, I_e vs U_g and P, I_i vs U_g and P as well as I_i vs P because I_i is depend on pressure(P), filament potential(U_c), grid potential(U_g), filament heating power(Hp), and emission current(I_e). The good linearity of I_i P curve is obtained from ∼10^-6 to ∼10^-4 torr at 5A heating current, 200V grid potential, 40V filament potential and below ∼10^-7 torn at 4.6A.

        To investigate the pharmacokinetic difference between the two amoxicillin (AMX) particles in rabbits after intramuscular injection (i.m.), both of AMX-S (particle size: 10 ㎍) and AMX-L (particle size: 100 ㎍) were injected into New Zealand White rabbits (1.2±0.3 ㎏) at a dose rate of 10 ㎎/㎏ of body weight. In this study, serum AMX concentrations were detected by microbiological assay with E. coli BE 1186 which shows high antibiotic sensitivity. After i.m. administration, AMX-S and AMX-L were best fitted as 1-compartment model with the absorption and elimination phase. The biological half-life (T_1/2, _k10) of AMX-S is 4.06±1.09 h and that of AMX-L 4.76±0.69 h. The serum maximal concentration time (T_max) of AMX-S and AMX-L were 0.88±0.17 h and 0.77±0.11 h, respectively. Maximal AMX concentration (C_max) (AMX-S: 5.71±0.62 ㎍/㎖, AMX-L: 5.04±0.25 ㎍/㎖) in serum showed a significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of bioequivalance, however, there was no difference between the two AMX's after i.m. injection in the basis of C_max and AUC.

      • Culex pipiens pallens 모기의 난황단백질 합성에 대한 Hormone의 영향

        Culex pipiens pallens모기의 난황단백질 합성에 대한 brain hormone과 β-ecdysone의 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 흡혈하지 않은 모기에게 β-ecdysone을 주사하였을 때 주사 후 12시간에 최대의 vitellogenin 합성을 나타내었다. 흡혈 후 decapitation 이나 ligation된 모기중 maturing ovary를 가진 모기의 vitellogenin 합성율은 decapitation이나 ligation이 지연될수록 증가하였다. 흡혈 후 decapitation이나 ligation된 모기중 maturing ovary를 가진 모기의 vitellin level은 decapitation이나 ligation이 지연될 수록 증가하였다. 이 결과는 C. pipiens 모기의 난황단백질 합성은 brain hormone과 β-ecdysone이 조절할 가능성을 제시해 주고 있다. Injection of β-ecdysone into unfed Culex pipiens pallens(Diptera: Culicidae) females stimulated incorporation of ^3H-leucine into proteins by the fat body in vitro. The rate of incorporation began to rise by 6 hours and reached at a maximum at 12 hours after ecdysone injection. Blood fed decapitated females produced maturing and arrested ovaries. The fat bodies of females with arrested ovaries failed to synthesize proteins, while fat bodies from females with maturing ovaries produced vitellogenin even when the females were decapitated within few minutes after a blood meal. The yolk deposition into the ovaries for females with maturing ovaries was not affected by decapitation.

        It is considered a general experience that migration from rural to urban areas will go on in any developing countries pursuing economic development through industralization. In Korea, migration is considered one of the serious socio- economic problems because it has been made excessively fast than any other countries' experiences. The socio- economic problems originates in migration can be classified in two ways ; the one is the overpopulated problems of urban areas and emptied villages problems of rural areas, and the other is the shartage agricultural labor farce problems symbolized by the increasing idle cultivated land. To relieve migration effectively, the developing policies should be converted from pursuing fast industralization and urbanization to balance growth between areas and industries. Moreover problem solving political measure should be converted from partial and corresponding approaches to total approaches containing economic, social and institutional side-view.

        Hearing impairement in varying degrees constitutes one of the most common disabilites affecting school aged children. Eight out of every 1,000 students under the age of twenty have significant hearing loss. Hearing disabilities range from slight to total loss of sound perception. Statistics indicate that only one out of every ten hearing impaired children will become deaf. Most motor activities can be included students may possess low levels of static and/ or dynamic balance, but the greatest majority possess normal motor and physical capabilities. All the hearing impaired youngsters should be properly assessed and given the identical testing batteries as normal children. Hearing impaired students have, essentialy, a communication handicap and suffer from inability to understand verbal instructions. All physical educators should be able to use minimal finger spelling and signing for hearing impaired students.

        Demodulation wants to adaptive equalizer to minimize interference of intersymbol which generate in multipath fading channel results from signal time and variety multi propagation through channel in digital radio network systems. Therefore using transition ratio of transfer and receiver system and the number of forward and backward using existing individual taps, we study improvement algorithms which generated bit error ratio by signal in frequence select fading. We analysis and compare linear equalizer and decision feedback nonlinear equalizer. Proposed algorithm is more efficent in fading environment when compared of step size by channel character which estimated existing least square and ITLMS algorithm. In this paper, using ITLMS algorithm by decision feedback BER is reduced for intersymbol interference by narrowband TDMA multipath fading in invironment without individual tap weight overlay.

      • Culex pipiens pallens의 난황단백질 합성에 관한 연구

        Anautogenous한 모기인 한국산 집모기 Culex pipiens pallens의 난황단백질 합성에 대한 hormone 들의 효과를 조사하였다. 피를 먹지않는 c. pipines 암모기의 head extract를 decapitation한 Aedes atropalpus에게 주사하였을 때 난성숙이 재유발되었으며, 난성숙의 재유발 정도는 우화 후 주사시기가 지연될수록 증가하여 우화 후 24시간에 주사하였을 때 최고에 도달하였다. 피먹은 C. pipiens를 흡혈 즉시 decapitation 또는 abdominal ligation하여도 난성숙이 저지되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 C. pipiens의 brain hormone은 헙혈 즉시 방축되기 시작하여 난성숙의 시작을 자극하는 것으로 여겨진다. 피를 먹지않은 C. pipiens 암모기에게 β-ecdysone을 주사하거나 또는 head extract 주사 후 JHI을 처리하였을 때 fat body가 합성하는 vitellogenin의 양이 증가하였다. The effect of brain hormone, Juvenile hormone and β-ecdysone on the synthesis of vitellogenin in the anautogenous mosquito, Culex pipiens pallens, has been examined. Head extract from non-blood fed C. pipiens females, when injected into the decapitated Aedes atropalpus females, stimulated egg maturation. The ovarian development in C. pipiens was not completely blocked by decapitation or abdominal ligation performed immediately following a blood feeding. These results suggested that the release of brain hormone in this mosquito may be triggered by a feeding activity. Injection of β-ecdysone or head extract followed by topical application of JH into non-blood fed C. pipiens females stimulated vitellogenin synthesis. These results supported the previous work in Aedes aegypti that brain hormone, JH and ecdysone, in that sequence, are required for the egg maturation.
