연합대학으로의 대학 체제 변화에 관한 연구

본 연구는 교육과학기술부의 경쟁력있는 국립대학을 만들고자 시행하고 있는 여러 정책 중 연합대학으로의 체제 변화 권유에 대한 장단점과 이해득실을 냉철하게 객관적으로 고찰해 보고자 수행되었다. 연구의 수행방법은 연합대학 체제의 추진이나 독자생존의 길 등 의사결정에 참고자료가 될 수 있도록 일본과 미국 등 외국의 연합대학 사례를 중심으로 수집 가능한 자료를 수집하여 고찰한 후 연합대학 체제 추진이나 독자생존의 장단점을 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 여러 가지 외적인 상황 속에서 우리 대학이 독자적으로 생존하는 것이 가능한가, 또는 결국에는 독자적 생존의 대안으로 연합 내지는 통합의 길을 선택할 수밖에 없는가 하는 것은 그 누구도 쉽게 예단하기 어렵다는 것이다. 그러나 대학 구성원들이 미래를 선택하지 않는다 하더라도 외적인 요인에 의해 미래가 결정될 여지가 있으므로 지금부터라도 대학의 미래에 관한 공동의 지혜를 모아야 할 것으로 생각한다. 함께 머리를 맞대고 허심탄회하게 서로의 의견을 존중하며 서로에 대한 불신을 털어버리고 진정 대학의 미래를 위한 바른 선택이 무엇인가에 관한 논의와 연구가 꾸준하게 지속되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. This study was carried out in order to try to consider objectively merits and demerits regarding a system change invitation toward the Union University System and understanding gains and losses during a lot of policies to make a national college that there was competitiveness of Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of education. The results of this study is that no one is easy to predict, that it does as alternatives of an independent survival or select a street of integration and the Union University System in various external situations, finally. However, the University members does not select the future even if in various external factor because there is no doubt that the future will be decided from now on any University in the future regarding collaborative wisdom of the university, We thought it was going to do. Head with open-minded to respect each other's opinions and distrust each other confide you discard the truly University for the future, select the right to discuss and research can be sustained.

핵심역량 강화를 위한 공주교대 학과 단위 비교과 교육과정 운영 개선 방안

본 논문에서는 공주교육대학교에서 학과 단위로 운영하는 비교과 교육과정 프로그램의 특성을 파악하고 비교과 교육과정 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 참여도와 만족도, 효과를 조사, 분석함으로써 핵심역량 강화를 위한 학과 단위 비교과 교육과정의 개선 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 비교과 교육과정에 대한 학생 참여도는 평균 4.49점으로 나타나 학생 참여의 자발성, 적극성, 충실도 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비교과 교육과정에 대한 학생 만족도는 평균 4.34점으로, 프로그램의 내용, 운영 방식, 보상, 학교/학과 지원에 대한 만족도 역시 전반적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 비교과 교육과정의 효과와 관련해서는, 공주교대 핵심역량 함양의 효과가 평균 4.36점으로 나타나 9개의 핵심역량을 고루 함양하는 데 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났으며, 대학생활 적응 기여도도 평균 4.29점으로 비교과 교육과정이 학생들의 대학생활 적응에 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 세부 프로그램별로 학생 참여도, 학생 만족도, 핵심역량 함양, 대학생활 적응 기여도에는 편차가 있는 것으로 나타나 추가적인 개선 노력이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학과 단위 비교과 교육과정 운영 개선 방안으로 비교과 교육 프로그램의 다양화, 학생들의 참여 증진 방안 모색, 교사와 전문가의 역할 강화, 비교과 교육의 심화 및 지속성 강화, 평가 및 환류 체계 개선을 제언하였다. This paper aims to understand the characteristics of department-based extra-curricular programs at Gongju National University of Education and to explore ways to improve these programs for enhancing core competencies. Through investigating and analyzing the participation, satisfaction, and effects of students participating in extra-curricular programs, the study found that the average student participation score was 4.49, indicating high levels of voluntary, proactive, and committed participation. Moreover, the average student satisfaction score was 4.34, indicating overall satisfaction with program content, operation methods, rewards, and school/department support. Regarding the effects of extra-curricular programs, the study found that they contributed to the cultivation of core competencies with an average score of 4.36, assisting in the development of nine core competencies evenly. Additionally, the programs contributed to students' adaptation to university life with an average score of 4.29. However, there were variations in student participation, satisfaction, core competency cultivation, and adaptation to university life among specific programs, indicating the need for additional improvement efforts. Based on these findings, suggestions for improving department-based extra-curricular programs include diversifying extra-curricular programs, enhancing student participation, strengthening the roles of teachers and professionals, deepening and sustaining extra-curricular education, and improving evaluation and feedback systems.

This study investigates the quality characteristics of soybean dasik made with various levels(0, 3, 6, 9 and 12%) of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A. DC. flour additions. In soybean dasik added with Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A. DC. flour, moisture contents range from 24.47±0.35 to 26.31±0.81%. As Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A. DC. flour increased, lightness values were decreased and redness and yellowness values were increased significantly. The result of the mechanical evaluation showed that hardness increased after significantly decreasing while adhesiveness, gumminess and chewiness decreased with the amount of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A. DC. flour increased. Cohesiveness and springiness did not change significantly according to the level of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A. DC. flour. In conclusion, soybean dasik with the addition of 6% Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A. DC. flour has the most propper taste, flavor and overall acceptability on sensory evaluation.

대전 지역 5, 6학년 초등학생의 전통음식에 대한 인식과 이용실태

이 연구는 바람직한 식생활문화 형성 및 성장과 건강에 기여하게 하는 식생활교육의 일환으로서 한국전통음식문화 교육이 체계적으로 이루어질 필요성이 있다고 보고, 식습관 형성기에 있는 5, 6학년 남녀 초등학생을 대상으로 전통음식에 대한 인식과 경험을 조사 분석해 보고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 초등학생 대상의 전통음식문화 교육 관련 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사방법은 선행연구를 바탕으로 작성한 설문지를 이용하였는데, 한국전통음식에 대한 올바른 이해, 상차림, 관심을 갖게 된 동기, 가정에서 섭취시기 등 4 가지 항목으로 한국전통음식에 대한 인식을 조사하였고, 한국전통음식의 이용실태는 한국전통음식점을 찾는 이유, 가장 맛있다고 생각하는 음식, 이용하는 횟수, 식사에 소요되는 시간, 1인당 음식가격, 한국전통음식점 이용 시 같이 가는 사람, 학교 급식에서 한국전통음식의 배식횟수, 한국전통음식의 만족도(맛, 가격, 위생, 서비스)등 11 항목을 조사하였다. 모든 자료는 IBM SPSS 22를 이용하여 수합한 자료를 분석하였고, 빈도분석(frequency analysis) 과 기술통계, 다중응답 문항분석(multiple response analysis) 및 초등학생의 성별, 연령, 부모님의 연령, 학력, 직업에 따라 교차분석(χ2-test)을 하였다. 결론적으로 5, 6학년 초등학생의 한국전통음식에 대한 인식은 매우 높은 것으로 밝혀졌으며 한국 전통음식 이용실태와 관련하여한국 전통음식에 대한 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 볼 때, 한국전통음식에 대한 관심을 높이기 위해서는 학교수업에서 지속적으로 교육을 하고 또한 학교 방송 매체를 통해 한국전통음식에 대한 교육을 하는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to provides basic data for desirable food culture education by surveying the awareness and utilization of Korean traditional foods among 5, 6th-grade elementary school students(112 boys, 102 girls) in Daejeon. The questionnaire was used to evaluate their awareness and utilization of Korean traditional foods. It was summarized that 5, 6th-grade elementary school students awareness of traditional foods in Korea and their satisfaction by utilization showed relatively high level. However, because elementary school students can have anything everywhere, we should be transfer the importance and the right knowledge of traditional foods and shall provide a lot of opportunity to encounter traditional food. Therefore, I suggest the following.: First, It is necessary to education in connection with various curriculum including Practical Arts and to training utilizing school meals. Seconds, We should give a lot of experience to children about traditional foods as well as through planning better cookery and economical aspects by applying certain students for traditional foods. Third, We should be to seek training in various aspects tradition and conservation of food culture and tradition at home, school and the society such as providing eat traditional foods made correctly.
