Beisert et al. have identified an integrable SU(2,2) quantum spin chain which gives the one-loop anomalous dimensions of certain operators in large N<SUB>c</SUB> QCD. We derive a set of nonlinear integral equations (NLIEs) for this model, and compute the scattering matrix of the various (in particular, magnon) excitations.
The Zamolodchikov-Faddeev algebra for open strings attached to giant gravitons

We extend the Zamolodchikov-Faddeev algebra for the superstring sigma model on <I>AdS</I><SUB>5</SUB> × <I>S</I><SUP>5</SUP>, which was formulated by Arutyunov, Frolov and Zamaklar, to the case of open strings attached to maximal giant gravitons, which was recently considered by Hofman and Maldacena. We obtain boundary <I>S</I>-matrices which satisfy the standard boundary Yang-Baxter equation.
Two-loop test of the &calN; = 6 Chern-Simons theory <i>S</i>-matrix

Starting from the integrable two-loop spin-chain Hamiltonian describing the anomalous dimensions of scalar operators in the planar &calN; = 6 superconformal Chern-Simons theory of ABJM, we perform a direct coordinate Bethe ansatz computation of the corresponding two-loop <I>S</I>-matrix. The result matches with the weak-coupling limit of the scalar sector of the all-loop <I>S</I>-matrix which we have recently proposed. In particular, we confirm that the scattering of &calA; and &calB; particles is reflectionless. As a warm up, we first review the analogous computation of the one-loop <I>S</I>-matrix from the one-loop dilatation operator for the scalar sector of planar &calN; = 4 superconformal Yang-Mills theory, and compare the result with the all-loop SU(2|2)<SUP>2</SUP> <I>S</I>-matrix.
Finite-size effect for four-loop Konishi of the β-deformed N=4 SYM

We propose that certain twists of the su(2|2)S-matrix elements describe the β-deformation of N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. We compute the perturbative four-loop anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator of the deformed gauge theory from the Luscher formula based on these twisted S-matrix elements. The result agrees exactly with the perturbative gauge theory computations.
